They don't listen properly to orders before taking them, then don't want to fix the order because it's already "done". Every time I go through this specific drive thu, either my food is burnt, the order is wrong, missing an item or their instore customer service communication is lacking. I just bought multiple flavored bagels this morning with cream cheese added to all, and tbh couldn't even taste the cream cheese as there was next to none added. I asked for 6 med. Double double coffees and they had 12 coffees added. Asked for 6 med. Double double and she repeated regular leg coffee ️. 0/10 for service and quality.
Tables were not cleaned, restaurant was not busy. Asked for a cloth to wipe the table, staff wiped the table but left half the grime on the table. Men's washroom was pathetic.
Love timmies alone or with someone special, as a Canadian I feel like it's my club house and I'm always welcome. Thanks for the level of service we've grown to expect.
Staff sitting on the counter, where sandwiches are made… absolutely unhygienic and unprofessional. 9: 50 am 11/27/2022 Not only were they sitting on the food surfaces but ignored me when I came to the counter than sat there and discussed with each other whose turn it was to go on till.
The worst customer service of any time Hortons I've been too. I ordered a drink and they did not give me a straw I had sat out side the window getting there attention and when they seen me they just ignored me and made me drive through again to get the straw they did not give me. I was not even rude once to the workers and they just treat you horribly anyway. I don't recommend this location as even when you try to contact the manager you are not able to. Horrible customer service all around. And the workers response was just extremely unprofessional.
It's one of those places that have a nice staff, incredible ambience, a great eats for a person like myself. I have a freakish metabolic rate which causes me to be hungry all the time!
Twice with our order and she still didn't get it right so we gave up and ate what we got, served she did with an attitude, people as we came in wished us good luck.now we know why. Think we will go to a different tims next time.staff needs to smile and listen to the customer s order.it was a place I won't be go back to soon too.
Extremely poor customer service. I ordered a small decaff with a large cup of ice. I have caffeine sensitivity and have been hospitalized due to it. Even though decaff has some, its not enough to affect me, I explained this to the cashier. They said they had no ice. I said in that case I don't need the coffee in 30c wether then. She was really snarky in her response, "so because I won't give you ice now you don't want the coffee? I said they should put a sign on the order window so people know they can't get an ice coffee, I wouldn't have order it if they told me at the order window they couldnt fulfill my order. I was told they had ice for paying customers but they can't just "give ice away too everyone or we wouldn't have any ice", I explained (again) they they don't offer a decaff ice coffee and that I really can't (medically) order the normal one and that I AM a paying customer, but she was zoned out and didn't really hear any of the rest of the conversation. I've been making my ice coffee like this at this location for 20+ years, but it's no longer allowed, they don't even give an option to pay for the ice, you have to order something that has ice in it or they will refuse you. Customer service at this location has gone down hill in the past couple years
Service was tough having someone who does under the request as she can understand English. She needs a backup who can train her. The tables were all dirty as was the bathroom. No one is given a cohesive role.
It's disappointing how downhill the customer service has gone. Not even look at you as they are handing you very hot drinks or anything you order, no manners, like it's an inconvenience for the customer to even be there.
Slow and very poor service. At least once a week my order gets messed up. And the stupid paper straws, like really nothing like eating paper while you drink your drink. Will not be ordering here again.
Manager Cynthia I think her name is should not be a manager, very rude, blamed my husband for our order being wrong, 90% of the time it is wrong, all we ask is that we get what we paid for. She argued with me, her customer service skills need ALOT of work. Told me if I wanted my order right I had to come in the store that they will not hold the drive thru up, she yeld at me " will a $10 gift card satisfy you, is that what you want to hear". And no that is not what I was looking for, all I was looking for was an apology and to know that you will train your staff to give people what they paid for, not once did she apologize and then she hung up on me! This women does not have the skills to be in management.
