I went many of the times in drive thru and an employee was very unfriendly and she didn’t have happy face. She served food all the time in bad mood.

Honestly deserves 3 stars but they had just served a group of 20 and my bagel being a triangle just made me laugh. It tasted pretty fresh tho I guess

If it's busy not a good place to go in for coffee especially work meetings. The restaurant very loud and echos. I find the restaurant space really small in between tables. I drink steeped tea. Always from this Tim Hortons. I've never got a coffee "accidentally" and it is always fresh.

Unbelievable I went in to this place to order a breakfast and asked to get the washroom key the girl looked at me odd and said she was busy and I'd have to wait, after coming to serve me. Then she promptly walked away.

Not impressed with how they made my themed Iced Cap. The topping was barely there and there was no syrup. Compared to the Tim Hortons in Golden this was a huge disappointment.

Once in a while, I stopped by buy I always get very hard hash brown. It’s like waste of money, why can’t you guys cook the fresh one since we are paying for our food! Disgusting

This is my go to Tim Horton. I am a huge fan of their London Fog and this Tim’s gets it right all the time. I want to give a big shout out to Zee on the morning shift as he is polite, always greets me with a smile and makes me feel like I’m always welcome. Great customer service from this young man. I mentioned to him my Saturday London Fog was not right, it was missing something (more than likely the vanilla) well Zee offered this mornings drink at no charge and made sure it was made right. Keep up the good work Zee!

Yesterday I went to drive thru for my stepped tea small double double, when I pulled up on the window there was an old man by name JUN I told him to add 10 pack of timbits assorted he gave me so bad look and said no single word, he was so arrogant. No thank you no sorry nothing. Just making faces. It seems like I make a mistake by ordering on window and he has to do some extra work

My wife ordered from this location, they only gave us 2 flavors of timbits, missing drink&my mother in laws vanilla ice cap was overly sweet, the strawberry creamy chill was undeniable. Poor customer service, I called and they told me she had to go to the store to fix the order tomorrow! They never once apologized, I won't order from here again&I advise everyone not to come here

Absolutely love this location. I am a regular and it shows. I start saying my order over the drive threw intercom and they recognize my voice and finish what I was going to say. Other then the old guy who can't talk that stands on the corner with his little book begging for change or money but other then that this location and the employees are AWESOME!

Usually have a good experience, except this morning when they got my order wrong and when I tried to get them to correct it, they got angry and said that's what I ordered.

I know what I ordered, if they get it wrong, they need to own up to that and fix it.

Sometimes I have really good experiences here, but lately it's been consistently bad. In the drive thru, the person taking my order either isn't listening to me or just cuts me off while ordering. The actual pay window is the worst part of the experience. Most of the time I just get the pinpad shoved at me without a word, followed by all of my items. When I turn back to say "have a good day! ", the worker is completely gone already. Today was where I draw the line, as I had all of these things happen and on top of that I got sausage instead of bacon on my burnt breakfast sandwich. I know it sounds like such a petty thing to be upset about, but something in the sausage patty makes me feel really sick for hours, which is why I always emphasize the "bacon" when I order, so that I'm heard clearly. I was picking up breakfast on the way to work, so I didn't know it was wrong until it was too late.

These kinds of issues are indicative of understaffing and/or poor training. Given the situation of the global pandemic and the fact that so many people are having to call in sick, I would hope that Tim's would overcompensate with hiring extra staff and having extra staff in to help with quality training. You cannot simply throw your employees to the wolves and let them take the brunt.

I'm also aware that most of the locations in town are owned by the same person, so I'll simply be switching to Starbucks.

Staff were super friendly and efficient. Only complaints are the drive through was super icy and there was a lot of trash outside of the garbage can.

Third time in 3 days, they messed up our food order, and got the coffees totally wrong! Then to top it off, they were rude at the drive-through, don't know how to say "thank you" when you spend money there. That's it, done with Tim's. Scenic Drive S, Lethbridge.

I placed an order for my family of 5 and when it was delivered the entire bag was soaked through, a coffee had dumped over causing our entire order to be inedible. I chatted with SKIP to replace / refund and was only given 37 out of 50 dollars spent. Unfortunately when I submitted my review for SKIP I was unaware that TIM HORTONS would be affected. I want to say Thankyou to Tim Hortons for their customer support, they could not help me but I was called back with an apology and the lady just made me feel a little better#im hungry!

If I could give this location zero stars I would. I found a BLACK HAIR in my egg wrap! I nearly puked when I saw it! I will be avoiding this location. I seriously do not get why a business involving food handling does not make staff wear hair net, hat, and men to be clean shaven to prevent this. It is pure disgusting!

Clean. Lovely service. Delicious Strawberry Shortbread Donut. Get the attendant to open the restroom. Very clean. Nice location. Green spaces to eat your treats and play with kids, walk dog, just South of building.

Service about as good as shown in commercials. Orders are almost always accurate and atmosphere is always welcoming. Occasionally get "watery" coffees

Most Time Hortons have very fast service. The drive through works fine but if you go inside to get a coffee the service seems very slow.
All safety measures are in place.
Bathrooms are clean
It got three stars because of tardiness.

It's Tim Hortons. Iced capp was good, food was good. Just like all the other Tim Hortons in Canada. If you've been to one, you've been to them all.
