Tim Hortons

Revised: After receiving a reply from the Tim Hortons owner and being asked to contract the 1-888 number, I was told that I would be offered a refund and that I would be contacted about it. To this day, I have still not received a call, or an email regarding a refund. Service has been downloaded to 0.

It's great that this Tim Hortons location is one of the only ones that carries chocolate eclair donuts in Edmonton, but it really SUCKS when you go out of your way to go there and buy 1/2 dozen of those specific donuts and someone gives you Boston cream donuts instead. Some attention to detail would be nice. Next time the person working the drive through will be asked to make sure the order is correct.

Wow! Great service all around, from the prompter to the nice lady that served me. Got there about 7am this morning, huge line at drive-thru, that wait was less than 5min, and by the time i got to that window, everything was prepared and ready to go, i felt like i was holding up the line. But once again, that lady serving at the window was pleasant, and it made my day the way i was greeted.

Always a pleasant experience here.i will usually take my dog through the drive thru and she gets so much love and offered a tim bit. Great place

Second best tim hortons on the north side, only beaten by the edmonton garrison location. Staff are very nice service is usually very fast. Slight downside is the location its a bit of a parking lot hassle to get around during busy times.

So incase you didn't notice but every sentence starts with S.

There coffee is not the best taste burned and the workers are so slow because they talk till the drive thru gets busy

Went to drive through and they asked me to park. I waited 10 minutes before walking inside to see what the hold up was. My food was sitting on the counter. Waiting to be brought out. Got it from them and then my order was wrong.

Best tim Hortons love that they have some of the original donuts I remember from early 2000 chocolate eclaire and strawberry vanilla. Always stop here when I go to the Northside of edmonton

Best Tim Horton's in the area by far. Super friendly and efficient Drive Thru team, orders are accurate and fresh. Shannon in the Drive Thru is fantastic, always is very pleasant to talk to.

Good coffee but they do not have powdered doughnuts and the employees never give me my change back when i pay in cash! They put the spare change on the counter as a tip for themselves? This has happened more than once i dont feel i should have to ask for my own money back?

Not crowded in the evening. No line up. Only one booth. Keys for the washrooms. Kind of the smallest one I've seen. Three staff. Drive thru 3 deep at 7 pm. Quiet place to visit with my sister.

Definitely not even close to Tim Hortons standards. Mid-afternoon trip saw slow service, empty donut trays, you need someone to unlock the bathroom, no toilet paper in bathroom and I believe I got the last 10 Timbits.
