Tim Hortons

You staff are not attentive, not friendly and rude.
Will not visit again.
Management needs to train the staff better.
Standing around while no one at counter to serve. Bad scheduling of staff? Lack of customer training?
Not sure what's going on but worst timmies I have been to and I have travelled all over Canada

This tim Hortons should probably start training all the others on the south side. They've yet to miss my order, on the first attempt.

Got overcharged and visited again to get refunded. The manager was rude and no sorry at all. The worst one!

Service at this location is ok… but they seem to think it’s ok to put a mandatory donation on your transaction and say they cannot remove it.

Prices aren’t high enough these days?
They can’t simply ask me for a donation?

The staff look like don't fell they wana work, you talk to them, they ignore you, i ask her where shall i wait for my order, pointed with her finger, no tongue to speek? Or no maners to say thanks or please?

I was in the store. The scan and pay doesn't work in this location and customer service was poor.

We went through the drive through and it was really slow. Food and the service people were very good.

Don’t even have what u want to eat most of the time, take so long to order and a whole waste of time do better

They don’t know what u ordered and then when u pull up to the window they assume what u did NOT order and then once u tell them what u ordered and then they make it after u tell them what u ordered… never gonna come back here.

The bathrooms were DISGUSTING! The toilets barely flush and the sink doesn't drain properly or have hot water.

As for the restaurant I can't say I've seen that many flies in a Tim Hortons ever.

I ordered a bacon bagel BELT and icecap this morning. I didn't see the bacon and drove back to complain. To my surprise one of the staff pulled out a "strand" of bacon between the lettuce. The most annoying part was the way the lady spoke to me when she pulled out the strand of bacon. I was so upset that I didn't collect the bagel BELT back, I didn't get a new one and I didn't get my refund. Because if I had stayed for one more second, I would have caused a scene. Terrible

Wrong Coffee.
Picked up breakfast sandwiches and asked for Latte. Was asked to pull into parking spot as 'Latte' was not ready. As soon as i parked, person came and gave the order.i thought " that's quick". When i drank few minutes later, behold it was NOT LATTE, just flat coffee. Thanks @timhortons for running my morning.

Worst Tim Hortons, consistently. They don't even try to get your order correct. My tea is cold 90% of the time and I'm given grief when I ask them for a hot tea. I've even been told that they wouldn't correct it even though they handed my steeped tea to me cold. Don't waste your time.

Tried the farmer’s breakfast wrap and the iced capp. Wrap was okayish.not so good though. Iced capp was good. Also tried the new timbiebs… all three types are okayish.not worth the hype.

Is dine in available after midnight? I miss popping in on a late night walk for a coffee pre pandemic. Anyone know?

Owes drive through ever, made me late to a meeting!

Never again will be going to this location.

Took almost a half hour to get to the window and then sat at the window for another ten minutes cause the didn't have anything ready for my order but I did notice that they had other orders ready terrible service stay away if you can

Food was okay but the selection for bagels was garbage and I went around noon. Only had one plain bagel left and I was ordering for a few people. If you know your going to be busy, make more of the most common items that people order. Also hard to communicate at drive thru properly. Very quiet and lady didn't speak much English.
