I go to Tim Hortons all the time I play the hockey. I got points and I redeem them for foods drinks after a certain amount of points that depends on which restaurant or are all different. But so far they have all been great. Only the one downtown Calgary by city Hall I stay away from. There's a lot of trouble there. Other than that all the other ones have been great
Ordered $26 worth of food, they missed my hot chocolate and then I ordered 3 Canadian Maple donuts and they gave me an old fashioned, honey dip and honey crueller and didn’t even bother to call me to tell me they were out of a certain product. Don’t waste your money on these morons as they clearly can’t read a receipt and don’t care if you get what you ordered. Now I understand why they’re not on skip anymore because they can’t get anything right.
If you need to use the app for gift card or reward points, make sure your phone has enough power before heading here. The only power accessible to patrons is in the washrooms. Don't bother trying to buy chili here. I've tried ordering it multiple times between noon and 7pm and I have yet to ever see them have it. You can order it through the app, but when you get to the store, they'll invariably say that you can have broccoli soup instead. If i wanted broccoli soup, I wouldn't have ordered chili. In the time it took arguing with the staff to get a refund (not to mention having to get it done twice before I recieved most of what was spent, but still not the full amount), they could have cooked up a fresh batch of chili for those of us who eat supper after 6pm. After the renovations, I thought this location would improve, but instead it took a nosedive.
Staff needs better training. Was overcharged by $3 for an item that is clearly on their menu but stated that they do not provide the meal bundle through their locations menu. Nothing on the app or on the website signifies that you need a rewards program to buy the bundle which is what their excuse was. And then upon my return to work with my lunch I discovered they failed to place the 10 timbits in the box which forced me to return. I feel I have been cheated out of my time and money with this location. Do not recommend!
The service of this tim hortons was awful. One of the waitresses at the cashier, Jackie, was so rude to my friend. Disappointed and not recommended at all.
Please learn how to make a farmers breakfast wrap. Having the entire sausage round on one end with the entire egg and hash brown on the other end doesn’t make for a good mix of flavours. Aren’t they supposed to but cut in half so flavours are stacked equally through the entire wrap?
All of the staff seemed to be focused only on the drive through and NOT on the line of customers that were actually in the store! With customers lined up out the door then waiting 20 minutes for a wrap, it was an ok experience.
For at least the past 8 years I have been going to this Tim Horton's pretty much every day before work. The morning drive through line between 5: 00AM and 7: 00AM is usually pretty quick (I would imagine a drive through average time of under a minute). This week has been a different story. On Tuesday they gave me two wrong coffees, on Wednesday it took 4.5 minutes to get my coffee when there were only 3 people in the drive through. This morning (Friday) I got to the window after ordering and they really have a hard time of keeping track of who orders what (keep in mind at this time there were only approx 4 cars total between both lanes). I got to the window and they over charged me for my order without verifying what I had ordered. (Two coffees) After waiting 5+ minutes without any communication I was asked if I had a dollar to give them then they would be able to refund my Tim's card. This didn't make sense to me at all so I said not to worry about it and left. Hopefully the normal lady who works morning is just on vacation because she is amazing and so cheerful in the mornings. The typical lady you would see in a Tim's commercial! Sadly though it appears they have a whole new morning team and they are really slacking.
I came at 6: 32 to get two coffes and a donut from drive through. Lady asked me 2 times which donut when she gave our order she put donut in a side and went to do other stuff I called and said where is my donut why did you put this here she said oh I'm working alone I'm busy and forgot to charge that's why I didn't give you. I said but atle6you should tell me so I can pay she was keep saying I'm working alone I do6know I'm very busy.bad customer service this is not customer issue if they have no staff.they should hire more so they can provide good service
Very bad service i ordered veggie harbenero wrap and they gave me non veg.i think if employees have to make this types of mistakes tim should stop selling veggie stuff
I ordered on Tims app and my experience is not really good because the food item was missing and it spoilt my whole mood. Also, there got no way i can get refund for the missing item because the app lacks the customer service contact information.
Well take this review with a grain of salt as I am not big fan of Tim Hortons or any other chain restaurants. I find that the menu offers little choice. The food isn't that cheap nor is it very good. A donut is like what, two dollars? Oh wait that's only specialty donuts, basically every donut they have. I'm sorry I would much rather go to a hole in the wall mom and pop operation. I am always in support for the little guy and not the giant corporation and it usually ends up with me eating better quality, better tasting food and a good feeling about where my money is going.
Very bad service. Went through the drive thru, the staff was not well behaved. The bagel with cream cheese I ordered looked like someone smash on it. They need to improve a lot.
As I was going through the drive thru at this Tim Hortons, I was faster than the person still ordering to the right of me. The completely incompetent staff working there made a complete mess out of me, my mom's and my sisters order. At first they made us pay for the people behind us which was 23$, finally realised that our order had been screwed up, and THEN told us several ingredients for my farmers wrap were not available. (Cheese, sausage and hashbrowns) Instead of telling us we could order something else, they put together a complete mess of a wrap which included WEDGES doused in sauce, wrapped in a tortilla. Unfortunately, I had to eat it all in hopes of finding an ingredient I expected to be in there. The only good thing about this order was that my iced coffee was made properly. We are also supposed to be receiving a refund for the first mishap and it is yet to be recieved.
Great service sometimes a little slow they seem to focus more on there drive thru then helping customers inside the restraunt but what can you do. All around not to bad of a place to get your coffee!
I'm not sure what has been going on with tim hortons but its not like it use to be. The food quality is not there anymore and you tell the server multiple times your order and its still wrong
Drive thru is always busy in the morning, very long line up. I prefer to order inside now. Good coffee and delicious breakfast wraps. I waited a lil bit but that’s okay. Staff are nice and friendly. Good customer service.
Terrible drive through experience. Slowest service at a drive through i've seen, hard to understand the staff taking your order and incredibly slow to respond to your requests.
Ordered a chocolate creamy chill. At 3: 30 am the place is dead quiet. The drink has absolutely no thickness to it whatsoever. I might as well gone to Macs and bought a chocolate milk and saved half the cost! Plus someone should show the employee the proper way to wear a mask, your nose and upper lip should NOT be exposed. If that's how you want to wear it, save the mask and not use it.
LOVE this location! Great staff and always clean:) Both the morning staff ladies and the evening staff are a treat! The location is in a very industrial zone of the city and gets a lot of traffic so plan your Timmy's runs accordingly (busy times: 8: 00-8: 45,9: 50-10: 40, and lunch) I go here almost every day (coffee addiction is wild ¯_ (͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) _/¯) and they never fail to make it a quick and pleasant trip!
Went here this morning and asked for 1 sausage farmers wrap and 1 sausage breakfast wrap. We got 2 wraps that had just egg and cheese.these are not what we asked for? Everytime we come here (which is alot) we never get what we order. I'm done coming here this should not be difficult I get your busy in the morning but really? Just eggs and cheese? So mad
We always get our work orders from this tims.great order efficiency and accurate. We haven't had any issues with large orders over the past 12 years ordering from this location.
Good central location. I wish they would get back the coffee they used to have that tasted much better. The baked goods used to taste better when baked on site. Service was good and friendly.
This place is okay because they let me come sit inside even if I don't purchase anything. Anyways the reason I don't purchase anything is because their food contains allergens I'm allergic to. Even if they sell the allergen free food it still is cross contaminated and they don't indicate that
They use napkins for toilet paper and the coffee is so watered down you'll need 2 or 3 of them when you can just go to Starbucks and get the real thing
Very long queue when you come between 0730hrs to 0830hrs. Wait time was like 10 minute. Beyond that above mentioned timeframes, fast and great service.
