I go there quite often (everyday) and I find the food & beverages up to my satisfaction. However, I find this Tim Hortons quite dirty with the staff making no effort to clean the tables. The tables, EVERY SINGLE TIME, are dirty with sticky stains and when you request the staff to clean the tables, they appear annoyed with the request. Disappointed!

My recent visit to Tim Hortons was marred by the disgraceful behavior of their manager, Utkarsh. His mistreatment of customers and use of offensive language left a sour taste in my mouth, and I would strongly caution anyone considering a visit to this establishment.

John Cardone, owner of this location is extremely terrible. He lacks the basic communication skills. He does not care about the service or quality. He only cares about extracting more profits by paying the students the bare minimum. He is super rude. Not sure how Tim’s is letting someone like him get a franchise store.

Please don’t come to this tim hortans one of the worse in all of Canada and I say that with a passion if you want breakfast just come to my house and I’ll give you a bowl of cereal and it’s gonna be better then everything on there menu non of the employes ever seem to try at all never have any donuts have to pick and choose from like 2-3 usually even then they do attitude even the 5 star reviews are most likely faked by the families and owners of this poorly managed location

One of the slower Tim Hortons in Calgary. Doesn't get that busy but it's literally always a long wait for anything. At least they don't get your order wrong.

Do yourself a favour and visit a different location for the next couple months.

Imagine going to a drive thru where you asked for a drink. Then less than 10 seconds after ordering a second drink, you’d like to add more cream to the first drink and they tell you they “already made the drink so they can’t change it”, when you haven’t even finalized your order total. Or even refused your true drink choice before being directed to the window eh.

What happened to good old fashion Canadian service where you listen to a customer within a reasonable time frame? I’m not in a rush, I clearly waiting in line.

Terrible store.

I came to this location in the morning, on May, 12 at 3: 45am. I ordered two coffees when i came to the window to pay i saw a worker mopping the floor with those same gloves? She put lids on my coffee cups, what so ever i didn’t say anything to her I asked her to if she can take her gloves off and give me two new libs that she gave me. When i got home one of the coffee wasn’t right that i told her to make. Seriously even no respect to talk no morning how can i help you nothing her wording was “hi…. ” anything ……!

Very poor service. Taking steep tea every morning from here and 9 out of 10 times it's bad taste because they give me tea made I think hours ago and they warm it up in microwave which is not good. Every time I ask for fresh tea when ordering. I think manager should look into it and ask night staff to brew fresh coffee and tea.

Gross. Ordered a Turkey Bacon Club sandwich, got a mayo sandwich instead. Scooped off enough mayo for 3 sandwiches and there was still too much. Couldn’t eat the sandwich. Maybe take an extra 15 seconds and put some quality into the product instead of pushing out drivethru orders.

When their debit was down. They put only 1 sign though they have two entrances. Dumb Indian manager was blinking blind when I told her u have two entrances. I was 25 cents short even after digging change, they refused inspite of being regular. Went inside a manager won't even bother pacifying me as a manager, rather idiotically kept debating. Not even once thought how to do a customer service as manager. Who appointed her. Shame for Tim Hortons.

This place has disappointed me many times. There is 8 employees yet it took 6 minutes to make a sandwich 5 minutes to get the cashier attention.

WORST SERVICE EVER OF TIM HORTINS
. I ordered 1 small step tea and bagel double toasted butter.they want to serve the drive in do fast that they dont check the quality of food they are giving.
The tea was cold drinking like milk.no butter on bagel.
Worst part i went again they did the same thing again.
My advice to everybody just dont waste your time going there.

Every time when I visit ask for hockey cards if we pay 2$ than we can get but if somebody let them know about 1 $ deal with buy something than always out of stock

You have to check the taste of your coffee before leaving; coffee does not always taste good.
Staff are not that friendly, although they are pretending to be.

Worst service ever. Tight parking, sometimes no parking because it’s being taken up by all the cool cars and trucks with their owners just loitering for hours. Whole plaza should have had better designing. Once came and ordered a donut and came with a nice curly strand of hair. Workers there do not ever change gloves nor have I ever seen a worker wash their hands ever! Front counter handles cash and food which is unsanitary. Management should try hiring younger people for a change instead of all aunties.

It really is a 50 50 chance when you come here. I do still come here personally but I did notice that the food is not consistent. I usually go through the drive-thru and obviously the purpose of me going through is for convenience and speed. When you get the wrong order and are already 5 minutes away for the location especially when it is the morning and you have to go to work or a meeting it really ruins your morning when you do not get your order correct especially if it is your breakfast. I wouldn’t mind waiting an extra minute to receive a correct order. I did work at a tim hortons and know they are on a timer but like I said I rather wait a minute more to get the correct order which would make me leave a happy costumer. I have not stopped going here but depending on how future service I could stop but I am not at the point yet.

I went there yesterday, I ordered french vanilla but it's taste, is not good. I went and told them about this. They gave me new french vanilla with good taste. Whenever I went there, they behave in very good manner. Great customer service.

Once I ordered broccoli soup and they handed me chicken soup and I am a vegetarian and it was my first time trying their soup @tim Hortons and I wasn't aware of this.and then I came back and ask them to change my soup.

To be honest, one of the worst tim hortons. Gets the job barely done but rarely delivers good food. Just a whole bunch of old South Asian Ladies screaming and spitting in food.

Have been to almost every other Timmies in the city but this one is like slowest. They take like 3-4 minutes easy on per order in a rush hour. My garden wrap was sitting right at the window for 5 minutes straight before someone could pass it to me. The order taker will sometimes say just "Hy" even that could be barely heard.

Worst Tim Hortons …. Got Served with bitter coffee even if told them again. Worst Tim hortons of Calgary for sure. I asked them if coffee was fresh … The lady said yes it is fresh but it was stale coffee. I feel cheated that i am giving my money for So Called Always Fresh but got stale coffee. Worst Tim of Calgary. Better make your own coffee. Other Reviews justify my situation. Also Staff hardly knows english.

The service is pretty decent, where my sister and I get some chocolate creamy chill for summer and my mom orders some coffee at the drive thru. Most employees there can't even speak proper English tho, lol!

I've been at the drive thru so many times and have to deal with a 10-20 minute wait after that its takes a good 2 minutes for someone to speak to you to get your order because they're so busy. Its not organized one person should be told to be available at drive thru and drive thru only. There are only 3 employees working and clearly the manager couldn't care less. Honestly the employees shouldn't be the problem its the manager for sure.

DON'T GO HERE IF YOUR IN A RUSH.

The worst Tims in Canada. Coffee tasted so bad the owner should check the coffee process. I never got exact order I asked for. Always there is a mistake. Employee never acknowledged and the give you the order without even looking at you. Tim Hortons head office should take action with the franchise owner

Rude employees cannot take pressure of rush. Went couple days ago in the evening. My order was not taken seriously. Have to remind them twice of my order. More than 5 person's got their order before me even though I order before them. Not a single sign of apology instead they put blame on me. Pathetic customer service. Hope I could give zero star.

I love this Timmies. They are amazing at getting orders out fast, right and say thank you. On Fridays they recognize that we are regulars and wish us a happy weekend. It's the little things that make this location feel inviting. The staff put in effort and act like they care about their job. Customer service sucks in this city but we've found a winner here and it's so up lifting to start your day with a good coffee and an up beat "have a nice day. " Well done ladies and thank you!

Not a surprise that they don't have a lot of their items most of the time, it's pretty common at this location. Went around 8pm and ordered a cappuccino. Was told that they could not get that for me because they had already cleaned the machine and were not going to make any more. Online it says this branch is open 24 hours, but cleaning up the machines and closing off certain things would be understandable at maybe 10pm or 12am. Why would they clean the machine and stop taking orders for things so early on?

Every single time that I got a cappuccino in this location. I paid for a medium cappuccino but the cup is half fill. I understand that machine is the one that makes it and produce foam but if u see the cup u will know if not even close to be full.

Only gave a 2 stars because when I order from Skip or DoorDash. The coffee arrives and it tastes like its been sitting on the burner for way too long. Any other place we order it taste fresh. Please hire coffee drinkers that know this, or teach staff to change the pot. The franchise is supposed to put the time it was made, on the pot to ensure freshness.

To get your coffee or tea right you have to wish for a miracle. Noone follows a 2x2 or 3x3 standards. It sucks when you have machines dispensing that amount and you cant even follow it. Aunties working inside all have a different flavor of understanding and all make coffees based on that. Drive thru is more important than the customers inside because they get timed on the drive thru services. This place needs thanos, so he can bring some balance into this place.

Terrible customer service, I am extremely disappointed. Was telling my order to someone on the phone, and the drive-thru employee was being very rude to the person I was relaying my order to. In the first place they didn't have anything we ordered and considering this Tim Hortons branch that isn't something new. Normally I would overlook this and either order something else or go elsewhere. I would've done the same today if the employee in question some respect. As my father was relaying back to me that they didn't have X product and so on, this lady impatiently told him to stop talking with me and talk to her instead claiming "we're here too". If I was talking to him about something other than my order I would have been more understanding, but considering that I was telling him alternative food items to get instead, this employee's lack of patience and her clear lack of courtesy is concerning. Furthermore she refused my family service because of this saying "I'm not going to serve you then. "

Drive-thru is quicker paced but if you don't have the food items, you still need to wait to let the customer order something else. Would give a zero star rating if I could.

As much as I love going to this location, I feel incredibly unsafe each time I go to the taradale location now. I am concerned with their health guidelines and laws regarding masks, especially with wearing them properly. Half of the staff were NOT wearing their masks properly. Noses were exposed, or not wearing one at all. Even though masks are required inside, every time I've gone here people are NOT wearing masks or wearing them properly. I feel mask obligations are not followed as strictly up in the northeast area. I will not be going to Tim Hortons taradale until I see improvements for considering the law, and properly protecting the public and their coworkers. Other than that, their service is good and the place is kept decently clean.

I come here frequently in morning time around 6: 30 am. The lady on drive thru counter, I think she is supervisor or manager not sure, she is so good and fast. Usually the supervisor and baker with her are so fast im morning, the flow of traffic is so smooth and nice.kudos to both who tries everyday to get the line going!

One of the drive thru worker who called herself "big mama", was very rude and spilled my drink, and did not offer another.my poutine was also cold with very little gravy and hard cheese. However i will give them two stars for their tasty wraps

This is my third time I went to this Tim, went drive through, instead of saying welcome to tim hortons they just say Hello.its okay.gave my order of chai tea MEDIUM.went to window said they have no chai tea. I said its okay gave me St. Tea, lady at the window gave me a small size.when I asked for Medium Size, she was rude and said SHE CHARGED ME ONLY FOR A SMALL. No Apologies.no regret. NEVER SEEN ANY TIM HORTONS LIKE THAT.

Staff are rude! Everytime I go through the drive thru the staff are just pushy and rude. Not to mention they are ALWAYS speaking not English to each other while I'm at the pick up window.

After 9pm, the coffee tastes like hot water with cream.
After 4am, the coffee is clearly made for their iced coffee, but they are too lazy to make yours so your coffee tastes like a concentrated americano and no matter how many creams and sugars you add, it tastes bitter.
At 8 am they are beyond busy, so goodluck having a coffee taste the way you ordered it.

Now I drive to Tims that is 10 mins away. No one here cares if they got your order wrong.

It's never clean, they are always talking to each other instead of working. I placed a mobile pick up waited in the correct area & had to go to the front to the cashier where there was no line. Had to holler at someone to come and no one came even though there were so many people working. Everyone ignored me, the person working the drive through had to leave his post to help. Whoever got the order ready left half the order at the cashier. She had to be called over just to do her job instead of socializing. She basically rolled her eyes the whole time. Everytime I come to this location it's more and more disappointing.
