Worst tims i ever been, especially lady named Halima shes got attitude. If she doesnt wanna serve or attend to us, she should leave the job for someone who cares. Guys give a smile it cost nothing.

Absolutely love Tim Hortons! However this location could use better service training at the drive thru window. There are two lanes, but they don't alternate. The person taking my order did not confirm my total and when I got to the window she did not confirm either. So I gave cash, and I knew I had some cents left in change. The drive thru lady took my cash closed the drawer and smile at me. I thought it was very unprofessional to not give change back or confirm my purchase total. Hope you can train and have a staff meeting to discuss improvements with service. Thank you.

Rude staff, including the supervisor. I went through the drive thru and did not receive one of my drinks. I went back inside and the guy working the drive thru window insisted very rudely that he gave me all my drinks. He was argumentative! The supervisor was helpful either, she wasn’t just as rude.

Man the service here was terrible. It took forever and they were out of everything. Also I instantly got liquid diarrhea after eating this food. Will not be back.

I was SO Impressed. I came with my son. He is a little picky and doesn't like the cream in the Boston cream donuts. He was interested in the filled sugar cookie. Out of curiosity, we asked what was the filling. The first gentleman didn't know so he asked another. The second gentleman came to chat with me ans answer, clarified it wasn't for an allergy and finished taking our order. I had ordered a donut and he asked me to check and make sure it wasn't too hard or dry (it was later at night when we visited). While waiting for our beverages, the first gentleman came back. He had called the information line to ask what the filling was! I was Blown away. I will be sending a note to corporate or whomever I need to to thank these men for their attention. We got Excellent customer service and that is hard to come by now.

Got my order and I was missing items and I got the wrong drink. Called and tried to get it fixed but they refused to fix it until I picked it up.

I am appalled by the level of customer service we have just received. Jaspreet swore at us because of her hearing medium instead of large, then proceeded to be hostile and refused to give us her name. I will not ever come to this Tim Hortons again. I understand that people have good days and bad days, but for her to hold a supervisor position and have such disregard for customers is disgusting. I am thoroughly unimpressed. Shame on you for allowing such a arrogant person to hold a supervisor position.

I waited 15 minutes before someone even took my order.
I asked for a bacon grilled wrap an they gave me a farmers wrap. Not the same thing. Then waited another 10 minutes to get my wrap & coffee.
Whoever is the manager there needs to be making sure that their employees are getting trained the right way. There was about 10 employees on the floor. It looked very unorganized and everyone was scrambling on the floor. Not a good look.

Stay clear of this location dine in, take out is a disaster! 14 people on shift with 0 direction needed during the rush, took me 22 minutes in line to get a friggin coffee! DO NOT GO INSIDE! Drive through is efficient but i guess with the heavy lines in drive through it says alot about the state of the inside staffing issues! Lots of staff with 0 clues how to be effective/efficient!

They did not get our orders right, not once but three times. The first two times we did not mind it too much and did not bother with it; however on the third time, they completely forgot to include one item. So we went back in to fix this problem but they had extremely rude customer service while we tried to fix things; they even argued with us. In the end they still made us pay for their mistake and they didn’t even get the order right AGAIN. This was extremely rude and definitely not the right way to serve customers.

Standards have dropped dramatically in last 3 years. Mean served in paper bags. No tray. No ceramic mugs. Slow service and then had to go back twice to counter to ask for napkins and ketchup and pepper. Not impressed at all with this. What a waste of paper using only paper no plates or mugs for inside diners. Prices up dramatically too.

5 STARS just for the hardworking staff here, they all come from different ethnicities. They do a fantastic job!
I often come here, its one of the busiest Tims in Calgary. Not the best location if you are in a Rush and it’s the peak hour, cause it can take upto 20 mins or more at the Drive thru.
Because of the long wait times, i avoid going there in morning.

Don't order the chili, it's served room temperature. Asked to warm it up and even though microwaved, it was still the same temperature. Into the garbage it goes

I love love Timmy's sausage and egg biscuits. Now that they use freshly cracked eggs I won't go anywhere else for a breakfast sandwich. So yummy! And if you use the Timmy's app and order ahead it's better than ever.

Only 1 till open and not alot of knowledge of how there app works or roll up the rim or how to link card to account. Also hate wifi there, always have a hard time connecting

I've gotten food poisoning from this place once.
Every other time I've come they are out of basic things.
I would honestly suggest they get their orders done a bit more realistically.
If your open you should have your main menu items in stock.
Its one thing for the speciality items to be sparse, but your MAIN menu items shouldn't be out of stock long before you close.

The drive thru Indian ladies are rude at this location especially the one wearing red shirt this morning 3/16at 7: 30. I was getting cash from my purse and not yet ready to receive my coffee then she suddenly turned back and talk to their own language with an ugly facial expression, this is very offending. She is not supposed to get exposed to customer service, hide her or bring her to the back of the house, to do some cleaning of washrooms or garbages, that's where she belongs.

If you're a drive through night owl like myself, this place is a hard pass. Their menu items are either rather limited or their out of stock on their staple menu items (like chicken.) The foods not the greatest, I've gotten food poisoning from the place in the past and some of their food items can be crispy in all the wrong ways. The Ladies we were served by were nice at least.

This morning at about 9 AM I decided go through the drive through at Sunridge Mall parking lot for breakfast. I ordered a sausage and bacon wrap, xl coffee and two Boston Creme Donuts. Everything was great except for the donuts. This location is clearly serving day old donuts. The dough is dry and stale and the chocolate is chipping off. I don't believe I should pay full price for day old donuts. You can see the bottom of the donut in the picture is wrinkled which is an indication of being dry and stale. The chocolate is cracking. My guess is Tim Hortons Management would not be happy if the knew their staff is serving old donuts.

Normally I go to the 17th location where i have had no issues. I think I will go out of the way to 17th ave SE even if I am over by Sunridge.

Staff need a customer service refresher. Making people wait to take their orders in the drive thru and ignoring them when they say Hello half a dozen times then making them wait even longer in silence. Then they have the nerve to get snippy at customers who have been waiting for them to take a simple coffee order. And tell the customer that no manager is available. Really? No manager at all? Sheesh. Lie.

I was having alot if trouble opening the bathroom door because the auto lock was jammed. I finally got in and had to do #2. Oh what a releve to go. On f9ninish8ng I realized ther was no toilet paper. So I spent the next few minuets waiting for someone else to come in and yes that person also had to through his shoulder into the door to open it. I finally got help but what an experience. Food was good, coffee was weak.

Today was the 5th day out of 7 visits that the drive through "system" has not worked. I went in for service on one occasion and there were so many people in line without masks on and then my order was wrong when I went back to my car. 5 out of 7 times! Once or twice - I understand but 5 out of 7 times.it's ridiculous and i suggest they get it fixed and make sure the orders going out are correct! Super disappointing! Starbucks and A and W are getting my business now until this location changes for the better.

Great coffee shop to relax just that last time one rude customer was inside, my husband was waiting beside the table where one customer was about to leave off his seat but this lady with head covering just budged my husband and said she asked the guy customer to take it as if previous customer was the store owner. Told the lady, that it is first come first serve basis at this time. Her other lady friend was actually still in the order line up, and me just waiting to get my order. How people can be mannerless.

I asked four times for dairy free creamer. The worker looked at me in confusion. So i asked for soy milk. They still didn't understand. I ask to speak to a manager. I ask for dairy free creamer another four times. She looks at me confused. Once i get my coffee they hand me 4 dairy creamers and said they had put two in the coffee. Not only did you not listen whatsoever but you add even more dairy products when i said i need dairy free 8 times. If you're lactose intolerant avoid this place as they may try and hospitalize you.

I went there for breakfast at 9: 20 in the morning. They told me they were out of breakfast. And then they told me that I could only have a wrap. Then they told me to pull around to the front and they were incredibly rude about it. I asked him for ketchup and they brought out my bag with no catchup in it. When I asked them for ketchup they just said it was in the bag. And we are incredibly rude the whole time

This Tim Horton service was fast and the woman who served me in particular was very kind and very nice and her good mood definitely was contagious and changed my grumpy one into a good one this is definitely my favorite Tim Hortons in Calgary

Place is pretty good. Its got some of those order terminals which i think is pretty cool, though they dont have tap for probably good reason. You can sit down to eat and plenty of things on the menu to order

Terrible service, terrible service. Staff are so focused on the drive thru that they ignore instore patrons. Then they food up your order and serve 7 or 8 cars by the time they served me - that my last visit here.
