I'm not calling your number or filling out your form. It's pretty audacious to expect this. No tp in the bathroom, all the tables were dirty and never wiped in three hours, the staffing appeared inadequate and the air smelled like burned food. If you want to be a drive thru only store, just close the lobby. It's an embarrassment.
They have lock codes on the bathroom doors so can't use washrooms unless you ask for the code finding bugs in their cups Flys in the food or in the hot chocolate So Gross corporate needs to deal with this restaurant Pronto!
I have been drinking triple triple extra large coffee’s for 10 years now never ever have. I ordered a triple triple and it came ice cold and when I went into the store to get a hot coffee the lady argued with me because it’s a triple triple. I said well Ladi open drinking triple triple for 10 years now never in my life have I had an ice cold coffee I want a hot coffee and she told me I had attitude wow after reading all these wonderful wonderful negative comments and I am surprised that this Tim Hortons is even in business. Terrible. Terrible service word of advice go anywhere, but here.
Everything I have come here it's something else. Today I waited for my order after driving through for over 10 min. I went to see the hold up and they had apparently forgotten my order. Wonderful. After getting my order I was offered nothing for the disregard or inconvenience
We entered the store at 1: 35 PM to order at the counter. We were not acknowledged at the counter for just under 5 minutes. Lots of staff moving about stocking & fulfilling drive-thru orders. Three staff were face to face with me but no acknowledgment of this guest at the counter wishing to place an order.
I am patient and understood the staff were busy with tasks. However, a small acknowledgement that we recognize you and will be with you shortly did not occur and should have as a customer service norm. People understand if the staff are busy, but being what appears to be ignored is not ideal for any place of business.
It appears 4 adults are on shift along with 3-4 teens. Not one adult understood or directed the younger staff to attend to the til.
I hope this message helps the Easthill Tim Hortons Management to improve & support staff growth.
What can you say about Tim hortons that's new and exciting and invigorating I'm not really sure I've been going now for over 30 years they're all the same
I used points to buy a bagel and they didn’t give me any cream cheese on it or let me use more points to buy it. When the manager got involved they didn’t just give me the 50 cent cream cheese and keep a returning customer complacent, they basically said Welp too bad and that really struck me as horrible customer service.
I keep giving this Tims chances but nothing ever changes! It took 3x for them to get my coffee order right and my hot sandwich was ice cold! There is lots of staff standing around doing nothing! By the way when I got home with my drinks just to find out they were still wrong I guess it was to much to ask for vanilla in my iced vanilla lattes! There are way to many tims in red deer to ever go back to this one. I highly recommend to choose a different one in Red Deer this one and their staff are completely useless!
I live near the tims at east hill and i order a double double almost everyday and everytime i go to drink it, it tastes like there is no sugar let alone creamer
Store is so focused on the drive-thru they completely ignore customers who are waiting inside to be served. You don't need 6 staff crammed around the drive-thru window when you have a line of customers waiting in line up front!
Absolutely fed up with this particular Tim’s. Every single time I come here, I’m either in the drive through for half an hour, or they don’t take orders right, OR they give cold, stale food. I ordered potato wedges today and I spit them out it was so bad. What happened to “always fresh”?
I asked for a BACON GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICH and I got NO BACON on my sandwich. They even charged me for the bacon. Very very mad. Never visiting again. Also told there was no hash browns and then got to the window and they were serving other people behind us hash browns.
Pulled up to the drive through ordered two cinnamon caramel cold brew, told they don't have it, asked for vanilla cold brew instead.get to the window to be told they don't have that either. Then after verbally asking why they wouldn't have told me that when I ordered.they came back and said oh wait " I found some ". Handed me two iced coffee drinks that were definitely NOT what I ordered.they were both burned cold coffee with regular cream in it. Not very pleased at all. Poor customer service to say the least
Ordered my food drove up to window gave my money to them while holding my phone to be scanned and tells me she already paid for so they can’t scan it now! But gave me a receipt lol
This particular location is horrendous. My family has gone there a few times and this is not an isolated incident. Today we ordered breakfast, and drinks. My wrap looks like it was aggressively fingered by a young teenage boy who lacked knowledge. My spouse's sandwich wasn't correct. Our tea and coffee either had no sugar, or it was stirred once for color to blend. Take the time and go to a different location.
It has some very good bakery products on its menu, like the doughnuts and Timbits. Although I am not a fan of coffee myself, I've heard it's pretty good and from experience I know that the hot chocolate is also very good. The prices are a little high but that's to be expected From a place like this.
What a disaster of a restaurant this location has become. I placed an online order for pickup at 9: 30 today, I get to their store at 9: 52pm to pick up my order and the drive thru is blocked off. I thought no problem, I'll just go inside. To my surprise, the doors are locked as well. This location shows as being open until 11pm so I called in store as I could see several employees working. An employee answered the phone and said they're closed. I questioned her as to why they're closed an hour early and as to why my online order wasn't prepared earlier when I ordered it a half hour prior and paid for it through their app. The employee then lies to me saying she doesn't see anything in the system and that I'll have to go somewhere else. I tell her I already paid for my order online and there's no way to cancel. Surprisingly after telling her that, she finds my order and tells me she can get only half my order ready. After questioning her as to why my order wasn't prepared earlier, she tells me that she doesn't have to explain anything to me. After this was all said and done, I was able to get a full refund in cash but this experience has left me with the knowledge to take my business elsewhere.
My experience tonight has led me to believe this location is in dire need of a better management structure. For an employee to treat a customer in such a way, lying to them, disrespecting them and arguing with them every step of the way. I would be looking to hire and train new staff at the current rate they're at.
I like Tim Hortons but I don't like that there are 5+ staff members working the drive through window and only 1 person working the front counter. The manager should re-evaluate the stations of the members. The line up at the door gets long and the customers on both sides of the wall are equally important and should have adequate staff to handle both. That poor lady at the front counter has no help at all.
We go here all the time, not sure why! (convenient location). 9-10 times we call back when we get home because our order is wrong. Terrible food, terrible coffee, order is always wrong (not sometimes). Got a breakfast croissant today and it looked like They played a game of football with it before they put it in the bag also order sausage breakfast sandwich with no egg, surprise it’s got an egg on it! We’re done! Peace out Easthill Timmies!
Couldnt even handle a single item order. After trying to charge me $18 the first time, they take another guess at $6.so then I had to hand feed them my $2.25 order of a double double at the window. To only get handed a god damn decaf. Purely pathetic
Place is supposed to be open until 10pm and here at 950pm on August 14th to get my wife a coffee for work and they are closed! Multiple times this happens at this location on 30ave and 22st!
This used to be the worst Tim Hortons in the city. They were devastatingly slow and got my order wrong all the time. In the past year, they’ve really turned things around. It’s still a Tim Hortons, so they don’t sell the absolute best products, but they have great staff and fulfill orders accurately. When the dining room is open, I really recommend it over the drive-thru - I typically get through the line up inside in half the time.
Asked for a chocolate dip and a double chocolate donut they got the double chocolate right but screwed up the chocolate dip.like how they are basically same thing 1/10 never using drive thru there again
OMG, probably have the person with the worst English working the drive through, No dark roast, have to make some, had to go through 3 different types of donuts before they actually had them, YOU SELL COFFEE AND DONUTS. 5pm and your out? Every time there's a special cookie for a fund raiser, always out.
Great staff, greet me by first name. I Use the app most days and they always have my drink hot, fresh, made right and waiting for me. Thanks for your hard work, warm smiles and attention to detail.
By far the worst employees and service I've ever dealt with at any store, never had a place continuously get an order wrong on every occasion I have been there.
I can say without a doubt, that my order is incorrect or incomplete 75% of the time. There is never an issue getting it corrected, but a major inconvenience! If we didn’t live 2 blocks away, I would be going elsewhere.
Drive through very busy so went inside. Ordered a grilled chicken wrap meal and turkey bacon club meal. Good food anod great coffee. They ran out of decaf had to wait for more to brew.
The manager took my order and messed it up and was completely ignorant when I came inside because my order wasnt right and when I got back I called again because it was still messed up he tried telling me that's how I ordered them when I didnt. By far the worst and i mean WORST Tim Hortons in Red Deer.
I have went to this location for a long time and I'll tell it's went down hill. Running out of hash browns all the time, slow service, wrong orders, inconsistent coffees.go to a different location
Love it Is easy to spot this place from the road, but sometimes is packed, and the people block one way in the parking lot for the line in the drive thru.the need more space for parking or tell the people to park a little bit ore far.
This is the worst Tim Hortons! We have gone to this particular one out of convenience, because it is within walking distance. EVERYTIME we have gone, our orders are screwed up, or we get old food that has clearly sat out! Today we asked for well toasted bagel and cream cheese. We got a un-toasted bagel with almost no cream cheese. Asked for a well toasted English muffin and it was cold. And our hashbrowns were old, cold and soggy. Our coffee orders were even screwed up. This Timmies need to get their act together. And when we do ask for correction we get attitude. Today's breakfast was a plan waste!
First Tim hortons ever in 3 years to charge me extra then normal to fill my big tim thermos that I get filled once to twice a week.not sure how he thinks he knows better then anyone in the other 30 Tim's I have gone to. I even have regular Tim's I go to that, according to him, have all got it wrong and have all undercharged me for years. Poor customer service.love Tim's, will never go back to this location
