Asked for double double and get no sugar. Asked foreverything bagel toasted woth butter they don’t toast it and put no butter Tried double toasted bagel and get a burnt bagel. Too fast to hand stuff and leave.

This place is disgusting. There are 20 flies flying around with food uncovered. The flies are all over the tables and chairs as well. Do they sanitize anything?

Sent my husband to get me breakfast at this location (breakfast BELT bacon on everything bagel, hash brown and a large steeped tea. We were charged $11.82. He brings it home, I open up the bag and what do I see? Everything bagel only! No vegetables, no egg, no bacon, no hash brown! What the actual hell!

Update:
This location used to have decent experiences, however the customer service started getting degraded, the more times we go to this location, the worse the experience.
Horrible customer service. Highly not recommended.
Take your business elsewhere.
The one thing they're good at is ignoring customers.

Literally wrap came out of my bagel I bought from these guys. I wish I can post some pics of it. And I ask for light cream but it was all over the bagel. Very poor service

The workers are very rude specially their manager this morning at 9 o’clock am. I ordered small coffee 1000time I said I want small coffee they were talking to each others with different language they don’t care about customers orders they are busy with their own fun on the different languages, when I went to the windows to take my order still they asked me what is ur order. I told them I already said my order, their manager get mad on me and she gave me attitude and she said if u not happy dont came back here there’s a lot of Tim Hortons around, please keep someone as manager to know how to talk with customers

This store owner of silver berry and 34st in edmonton is a crook! He only cares about profits! I went in there since the day it opened (over a decade) and spent $15 per day.now he is trying to charge me $2 to stir my coffees cause his manager don’t like me.or any white men as Iv often seen here mumble stuff to herself when serving one.racist unprofessional and crooks! Mcdonnalds here I come

The workers are very rude and tell you to hurry up before even handing you your coffee to leave. I ask for a sleeve 5 times prior to getting one every morning - coffee is normally burnt for the lack of care from the employees - I wouldn’t recommend this tims. If I could give negative stars I would

This Tim Hortons is inconsistent across the board. From the food they stock, to the coffee they make, you never know how it’s going to turn out when you order. About 3/4 of the time, the coffee is not made well, and even though I live across the street, I’ve started going out of my way to other Timmies to get my intake. Avoid this one if you can.

Quick line but terrible service. Orders are always wrong. Rude staff. Never really ha e any issues with ither ones just these guys for some reason. High turn over rate too. Not sure why it's in a great location. Just terrible service and constant wrong orders with these girls.

DON'T KNOW WHAT IS WRONG WITH ALL THE TIMMIES BECAUSE ALMOST EVERY ORDER IS MESSED UP NO MATTER WHERE YOU GO. My daughter got us started with timmies and their steeped tea. Now she won't go near a timmies because they kept messing up her orders too. So you lost a good customer in her. I am so close to calling it quits as well. Hate getting home with an order only to find that it is all wrong. What is up with that. So frustrated.

Every time we come here and try to order what we want, they don't have it. The girl says there’s also no hash browns but they will be done in ten minutes.that’s why I couldn’t order myself hash browns.

The lady at drive thru is really rude was in so mich rush even there is no car behind us …they don’t stir the coffee haven’t cut the bagel and asked for double tost. Just one thing sometime people having their first meal of the day. Imagine someone serving you like this.

This early morning i ordered a peppermint tea and a bagel with cream cheese and egg.my tea was supposed to be with 2 honeys in it, from the order box, i’ve repeatedly told them that i want it stirred well.guess what? No honey at all.and my bagel? ! So messy and it’s not even toasted! I used to work at Tims, i know you guys have to reach the goal time but not thinking of the quality products you are handling your guests is not acceptable.i wish you guys can try better soon.the person who was taking my order acknowledged how i want my tea to be done.too bad, it wasn’t done the way it should be! Still, i salute things you do for your guests but please don’t forget the quality of products.
