Had a procedure done today and all I wanted was cheddar broccoli soup. Yeah.gave me chili. You know what I can't eat? Solid pieces that are in the chili. Seemingly they don't know how to do anything right here.

I go to this location frequently, and I’m not sure if it’s me or they really don’t like talking to the customers because I don’t believe they’ve ever said hello to me it’s not a huge issue but it’s interesting since customer service is still part of the job and saying hello and goodbye is pretty basic.

I am not a type of person who would point out negative things but this Tim Horton’s staff really pissed me off.
Ordered a bagel with hashbrown inside but the lady did not put it in and when I asked to do so, she was like”well you can do it too”. Woowww! Keep it up, soon you guys will loose all the customers.

Food, service are fine, it's Timmy, it's the same at all of them so the karens will complain. The parking and drive threw are very poor, especially in a large truck. The parking design and drive-thru layout need to be over hauled.

Not gonna lie this is the worst Tims I’ve aver seen. If you tell them a tea with 2 sugar, or coffee with 3 sugar, they will give you a tea or coffee with no sugar. This happened to me more than five times, I have to always go back to drive thru and ask some sugars. They just don’t listen when taking an order.

I'm a regular customer since I live nearby, but I must say, the service and food quality here leave much to be desired. On several occasions, dine-in customers were ignored for 5-10 minutes without acknowledgment. The famous "double-double" often arrives as a "single-zero, " and my French vanilla has tasted diluted a few times. Food presentation seems to be of little concern; they prioritize just getting your order out. I've even had donuts placed upside down in paper bags, and my worst experience was when the Canadian maple and Boston Cream donuts' toppings were fused with the paper packaging.

Very rude, poor customer service. Asked to add a bagel at the window as I was rushed through ordering at the speaker. They told me I have to get back in line to order anything else extra and that their manager has instructed this rule. I asked for the manager and they stated she is on vacation at Southgate mall. I called the manager to complain the next day and she let me know she would never instruct them not to add something at the window unless it were more than 1-2 items out of fairness to others behind in the line. Will go out of

my way not to go back here as they have been rude 6/7 days of the week. Staff does not respect the store or their manager.

The wrap was so bad it was falling apart, the people here don’t understand English, there is like 30 of them and it took like 20 minutes for a wrap and a ice cap. This place is absolutely awful, the gas station ones are better.do not recommend

Customer service and the quality of food are chief priorities for the success of a business.

The food and drink are on par or above average with other Tim's. It is always very busy when I go at lunchtime on Sundays and service is often unacceptably slow despite ordering in advance. Wait times are longer than usual than other locations, leading to waits of up to 15-40 minutes on some days for an order. For that, -1.

That said, I am regularly served by the manager (?) Sativa (the girl with the orange hair) who always greets you with a smile and has been so friendly, kind, and courteous every time. She singlehandedly saves this establishment from a lower rating and she doesn't get nearly enough recognition for her great work.

I recognize the frustrations of running behind schedule and no one likes to wait, but I also see the great deal of patience it takes to provide excellent customer service despite how hectic the restaurant gets. I very much appreciate her in particular for taking the extra effort to apologize and make up for the long wait times to every customer as I think it goes a long way to manage a difficult situation for everyone and everyone should learn from her example.

I had a wonderful time yesterday going to this Tim Hortons. I am just visiting here for more than 7 months in Edmonton. I had nice lunch all by myself. The employees are nice and hard working. The people around as a customer that are nice. It becomes very nice atmosphere so I thank God for this beautiful place Amen.

Bad service crew, as always.orders messed up chaos inside.it has been the same poor service for many years. Great location bad service. Today the young boy working at drive through window kept lifting his shirt and scratching his stomach under his shirt, then used same hands to hand me my drink after putting the lid on.the worst part is he wasn't hiding it, i could see him clearly and he didnt think this was wrong. I realize this isnt Starbucks but basic hygiene isn't too much to expect.

Absolutely awful experience this morning. Went to pay with my Tim's points this morning and was told I can't use the points, only collect them, then had to pay for a $15 meal I didn't plan to pay for. Nearly left without my food if I wasn't so confused and hungry. When I asked why even bank the points if you can't use them, I was told again "oh you only bank points, can't use them. " which is completely false. Workers are uneducated in their own system & basic explanations are to difficult for them. Won't be going back to this location.

The good standard of mediocrity, it's always a safe bet, never really disappoints but never fully impresses, donuts, coffee, sandwiches and breakfast. It's Tim Hortons so you know what your getting.

Most worst experience in this tim hortons. No body cares about the customer not even greet them. There is no big line up then also they took very long time to make a order. Even though staff is too rude that they not even treat you very good. I recommend you never visit this place. Store is empty still

On Sunday March 27th I bought few bagels on my way home and found hair inside one, called and talk to the Manager and in not a polite way she wanted me to take it back if I want refound and I live half an hour away from there.

The manager on shift today at 12: 30 told me would not help me with my issue where they didn’t not pack any of my food, would not provide me a customer service number, would not provide a franchise number, would not offer a refund or provide her name and continuously laughed at me addressing the issue.

Every morning around 7: 20 I order the same thing a triple triple and every morning 9/10 times I get the most watered down gross tasting "coffee" I have ever ordered from any tim Hortons. They literally pile up at the window just handing stuff out that I didn't even order. Yes they are quick but at the cost of any semblance of quality. It's not all the staff just a select few that make my morning coffee experience pure trite.

I tried a few Tim Horton s on my way to work, but none of them are comparable to this location. One of the best in Edmonton, especially for fresh black coffee, hash-browns or donuts. The staff are very friendly and provide quick and efficient service.

Tim Hortons is Tim Hortons. It's gone down hill since they've changed leadship, but it's generally the same. This particular location is very fast which I appreciate and I've never received a bunch of plain doughnuts when I ask for an assortment of Tim bits, all important things, in the morning dash to work. I still wish there was a Ham and Swiss, but there isn't, so out of bitterness I am giving 3 stars. Lol.

Went inside in evening to order a coffee and 2 bagels it was not that busy inside just me, had waited for more then 5-6 min just for 2 bagels so i just took my coffee and came out without my bagles as i was getting late for work

My usual beverage is coffee with 3 sugar, 5 cream with 2 espresso shots. On 2 occasions, the location at the Northeast corner of Rabbit Hill road and 23rd Avenue have served me cold drinks. The only location to have gotten it wrong. To make it worse, they forgot to add sugar to the replacement on the second occasion after even modifying my drink.

Despite the fact that the front staff are very friendly and helpful, the management needs to revisit their manner in delivering the instructions to the front team in front of the customers as well as giving any feedback information to the customer themselves, in a more respectful way!

When I'm on my way to school I usually stop by this Tim Hortons. It's ok but the problem is that each time that they frequently mess up my order when I said it clearly but I still end up eating it anyways.

Everytime I order from this timmies my order is always wrong. Coffee is almost always burnt to some degree and today when I ordered on skip, they didn't have any cheese biscuits and didn't even bother calling to ask what other ones I wanted or if i wanted to remove them from my order. I'm never going to this timmies again. Horrible every time

The best Tim Horton's out there!

To start, their ice capps made with chocolate milk are the best out of any tims I've been to.

Also just yesterday, my breakfast sandwich came with a fresh cracked egg instead of that premade egg stuff! Hopefully this sticks around!

Lastly, their service is incredibly quick. The drive through is so fast, each car takes only about 30 seconds. Crazy efficient in the mornings before work.

This is the WORST tim hortons I have ever ordered from and will be boycotting and driving out of my way so I no longer have to deal with the incompetence that is employed there! I say this after being treat with disrespect, on multiple occasions. The lack of knowledge and inability to get an order correct is horrendous! Cooperate should really get involved with this restaurant and insure they’re company is being represented correctly! It is sad that the simple task of asking for almond milk sends the drive thru in to complete chaos. Or when asking for an ice latte and a hot latte turns into an argument even when displayed on the screen as such. Or having an employee yell at you to just pay and go, even though the order is wrong. Save yourself the trouble find a different timmies.there are ones less than 3.0 km away that will treat you with respect and get your order right or if they get it wrong at least knowledge they did and fix it!

Please stir the coffee. It's way too often I get a coffee that tastes like there is no sugar then get to where I'm going and stir it finding all the sugar at the bottom.

Went there this morning before work. Totally messed my order and didn't eat anything all day as I was out of the city working in the country. Came back after work and talk to acting supervisor Aaron fixed my order and gave me double my order as I was so hungry at 7: 30 pm. Thanks for making it better salamat po.

They may be fast in delivery through the drive through but they neglect my simple request.

I told them to mix my ice Capp when placing my order and through the drive through window when I saw it wasn’t mixed. They took it back after me repeatedly saying to mix it. Once they gave it back in about 4 seconds.it was barely mixed. My ice cap has no milk or cream, because of my dietary condition. Having the java mix not mixed doesn’t give it the frothy and creamy taste. Was very disappoint.

This is for Tim Hortons at Esso on Rabbit hill.
This had happened many times (non rush hour times). I have no choice but to write about it.
New staff cannot get a single coffee right.
Coffee is either cold or burnt. Ask for 2 creams and receive way too much cream that one cannot even taste the coffee. Ask for sugar and get no sugar.
Staff has time limitations to get order done for drive thru, I get that! Does not mean you make them wait at speakers forever and then serve something that they did not ask for.
Sometimes I order Double toasted bagel with cream cheese. Bagels are barely toasted and cold.
This has happened numerous times and again today.
I dont like to turn around and waste further time driving back. (rarely do)
I may consider driving few more kms to different location away from 23rd Ave if this happens again.
If reviews mean something, please rectify the issues people are experiencing.

Went there this morning and I ordered a coffee/french vanilla/donuts/breakfast wrap and a lunch blt bagel.

First we got the bagel and then we had to ask for the rest of our order. Then they gave us the wrap and donuts. We had to ask again for the beverages.

The food quality wasn't great the bagel had no mayo on it and had lots of brown lettuce. The coffee tasted burnt and we had no napkins in the bags. My french vanilla was leaking. Not very good for take out.

On top of the bad food quality I noticed that none of the staff washed there hands or changed there gloves in between using the till/screens and handling food and serving customers. That is very unsanitary and not safe during these times! I also noticed two of the staff members were not wearing there masks properly! They had there masks under there nose. The proper way to wear a mask is to cover the nose and mouth.

Please wear your ppe properly and wash your hands in between food prep and dealing with customers.

This is not professional Covid standards.

Wouldn't recommend this place.

Everytime I go here they always get my order wrong. Like once I made a simple order which is a 3 cheese bagel with a cup of hot chocolate for my son. When he taste it it tasted like garlic he said. But the hot chocolate was good and yes there was garlic inside

Drive thru was really busy so the waiting time inside was a bit long. They forgot to ring in my friends hor chocolate so we ordered another and waited again. The food and drinks were good when it was ready.

I work in the same parking lot but go the extra few kms out of my way not to go to this Tim's. It seems like they put the lids on first then fill it to the absolute top so you cover your car in coffee everytime you drive off, saying the coffee is burnt 3/4 times would be a conservative guess (doesn't matter what time of day you go), bacon's always dangerously/grossly undercooked and chewy.

I was in the coffee shop at 23 Ave & Rabbit Hill RD June 2/20 and the spacing is great but I never seen anyone wipe down any of the tables between customers. I will not go there again, I don't think that is Covid safe! Thanks.

I went in for coffee, muffins and Timbits and probably had the worst service I have ever had at at a Tim Hortons. The server did not ask what type of muffins or Tim Bits I wanted so when he put them up on the counter I stated that you didn't ask me what type I wanted. He wrapped the box and went to pick What I Requested and then threw them at me. At that point there was no way I was going to say anything about the Timbits. I found him very rude and he acted like he didn't want to be there. I will definitely not be going back to this Tim Hortons as I'll drive the extra miles to a place that wants my money.

Went through the drive through December 1st 1pm.
Took 6 minutes for the man on the other side of the intercom to take my order, did not seem like he was educated on the menu I was looking at as he did not know there were gingerbread tea lattes or if his latte machine was working, asked for a jalapeno farmers wrap with sausage and he typed in a few things before correctly pressing the correct buttons to get there. Although by the time we finally were able to drive up to the window both my lattes and food were made because they had enough time.overall an okay experience but just make sure your staff is educated and confident when answering in drive through

To the owner: please coach your staff not to clean the hot sandwich grill with noxious chemicals while patrons are in the restaurant eating. It creates thick fumes that cause breathing difficulty. Its hazardous for everyone's health, including your staff. This should be done either while the grill is off and cool or at the end of the night 11pm.

I love tim hortons but unfortunately this location, the employees always seems frazzled. I always get a chocolate chill and a bacon grilled cheese. Usually the chocolate chill has barely any chocolate and no whipped cream or chocolate sauce and the grilled cheese is never cut in half which is annoying. Just very inconsistent

Usually dont complain. But have gone here multiple times as it the closest to work. And have had very little satisfaction. Mistakes happen, i understand that. But after receiving mutliple coffees that are even close to full, along with order errors consistently. I finally went back today as my order was missing an item that i saw that i paid for. So when i went back. I decided to also point out that i hadnt even taken a sip off coffee and that there was probably less than 78 full. And i wasnt even responded too. As if it was a ridiculous request. Last day coming here!

Many of the people working there don't speak English that well, and are very slow on the cash register. I notice that often times the employees don't know how to make everything, I just got the new frosty chill thing which is like a milkshake, but the employees weren't that sure how to make it. Plus the place is always full. I got my order and it was all good and they were pleasant, but could be trained better.
