I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel, toated with butter. Drove away before checking. Bagel was not cinnamon raisin, was not toated, did not have butter - was plain. Do not go here.
This place is horrible! The manager is a disrespectful snot. You wait 15 minutes to even be acknowledged and when you say something she gives you major attitude, meanwhile she’s socializing with the staff she should be setting the example for. Real professionalism.
This is a common occurrence.daily. The moral in this place is terrible, staff looks absolutely miserable and the service reflects that.
Based on previous reviews the owner is ok with their store being run like this. Avoid this place, your satisfaction is long down their list of priorities.
I don’t understand the point of having two drive-through ordering kiosk if they’re only taking her or just one at a time anyway. From time to time they’ve even excepted the order of a vehicle that’s pulled up after me.
The service was very poor, the food took forever to come and the lady at the till even lied about not having certain drinks as I saw her serve this drink to someone else. This was during nightshift and I really needed a coffee too, ended up late due to slow service. The service itself was atrocious as the server was completely uninterested in taking my order and for almost everything I ordered she just replied “were all out”
This location has doesn’t take the time to make their wraps proper. With other Locations they have their wraps at a length of about 6-7 inches. This location had an egg shell part in the egg and a wrap length of about 4 inches
Cashier (white girl with the glasses) very rude, mean, no customer service whatsoever & doesn’t know what she’s doing. I gave her my Tim’s Rewards to scan at first then she canceled & stating that I have to tell her my order before scanning then asking for payment but I said here’s my rewards to scan it but she said it’s too late coz she has to start all over again. Omg I’m not coming to this location again as it’s in my neighborhood but I don’t mind driving a bit farthest like in Chapelle ppl are more nicer than this location. Poor customer service & slow
Went with my friend to buy a chocolate, tim bites, steeped tea and cold brew coffee. So they didnt have any chocolate tim bites, instead of steeped tea they gave me coffee which i knew after i had it at home. And instead of cold brew coffee gave me iced coffee, when told to associate its wrong coffee, she started arguing with us that this is how we make here and dont tell me i am doing wrong.
Found a huge chunk of plastic in my wrap and ate a piece of it before I realized.
This place needs to be shut down. They tried to compensate me with a new wrap, but I don’t think I could ever eat anything from here or any Tim hortons ever again after this. Ended up just asking for a refund but this was definitely not enough compensation.
I’ve already contacted their corporate office for further assistance on this matter and they just told me that the owner and manager of this location will contact me but I haven’t heard back from them yet. It’s been over 2 weeks since the incident.
Absolutely brutal. Got a decaf coffee that was at least an hour or more old and a bagel that hardly had any cream cheese and a slice of tomato that cost a dollar more. I wanted a sandwich but they only had bagels available. I should have canceled my order and went to McDonald's instead.
Horrible service and low quality coffee and sandwiches. Coffee was half full and not even lukewarm. It’s shame that it’s located in community where it is supposed to bring some values to the residents living here, but it fell in a hilarious way. Won’t come back again.
It was quite hot, i think umbrellas could be invested in for outside. Service was good and fast but my donut was upside down. The building needs better air conditioning. Coffee was decent. Could've put more coffee in the iced capps.
This location was not busy in thie current Covid pandemic era but service was relatively slow. Despite the wait our wedge fries were soggy and not much above room temperature. They were amenable to provide a replacement but took quite some time achieving the task. Fortunately their coffee didn't disappoint
They randomly select items from inside and out it in your drive through order it seems. Or they just leave out the b l t on a beagle belt and give you some warm egg and melted cheese on a bagle. They do not care about their jobs or you.
This is by far the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. Their staff is rude, they are always out of something, and the quality of their food sucks even more than the usual for a timmies. My husband and I will always go out of our way to go up to the location on Ellerslie and when we make the mistake of giving this one another chance we always regret it.
Just ordered a medium coffee and a cappuccino. They gave us a hot chocolate and a cup of hot milk with zero coffee in it. Didn't realise til we were 20 minutes away. This place is an absolute joke.
I tried to buy omelette bites from this location so many times but they never had them. They always give you the same answer sold out. If they dont have enough quantities than there no point to keep that item in menu.
Poor customer service.had to wait a lot as they were just serving drive through customer and when she came no greeting and neither after the order done. Also she hand me over box of Timbits when transaction went through.bad experience
Very poor food quality. Hash brown was super hard like it was made yesterday. Bagal BELT should have bacon, egg, lettuce, tomato. Please make sure you have BELT inside.
Just got steeped tea, it is appeared just boiling water, worst drink ever from any Tim Horton. Would not go back at this location at all, even can’t go back right now to return it.
Awful service. Got a sausage farmers wrap. The presentation was just as awful as the customer service. Ate 90% of the wrap before tasting any sausage️. If I could give a zero star, I would. Do better!
Don't bother going inside they are so focused on the drive thru they ignore you when inside. They can't multi task in the drive thru, they can only take 1 order at a time and still can't seem to listen to your order.
I am writing this review for the employees of the Allard Timhortons. I have seen several times the manager of the store behaving very badly towards the employees. It seems very rude mentality towards staffs over there. If its possible I will take some pictures next time and upload.
The manager of this tim hortons honestly have no leadership skills, I do not want to single him out but I am very upset with how he treats employees. Instead of fixing the problem, he blames the employees. I am an employee and I have encountered this problem myself. Its not only his fault but also the person who hire him and train him. No use of management if they will not manage problems and instead create more for employees.: (
Stopped here a couple of times. It is never busy when I am there but the food is always cold.very poor
Update: haven't been back for a very long time. Showed up today and they took 15 minutes to get me my order when the was no one in line.and after waiting over 5 minutes they had to ask again what I ordered. Pathetic customer service.
Sign says open 24 hours, restaurant and drive thru. Work night shift and have shown up twice to the door locked. Don't put up a sign that says 24 hours if you arent going to be open. Also whoever works nights on weekends doesnt even toast or give warm food. Just horrible.
It is so sweet, one girl remembers my order every single time I drive through when she is working. Another girl remembers what kind of doughnut I like and it is so great when they are working! I do not know their names but they are what make this Tim Horton's Amazing! The manager on the other hand, I have caught her countless times on her phone and ignoring customers. When those two girls I mentioned above are not working, I agree with the customer service that everyone else has complaints of with waiting for 10 minutes inside and their coffee being very watered down. Other than that though, I honestly love the two girls that work there and make it great. There's one guy who works there too, and he makes the world of a difference. So shout out to all three of the beautiful humans who are making customer service rock!
Ordered an English muffin BELT and it was disgusting. The muffin was NOT toasted or hot and the egg was borderline lukewarm at best. They barely got the temperature of the coffee right. Customer service very unsatisfactory.
