Tim Hortons

Must have the cleanest latte machine ever! I’m a shift worker and no matter what time of the day or night I’m here, the latte machine is “being cleaned”. Every single time. Haven’t been able to get a latte here in months now, may as well just go to Starbucks or a different Tims.

In my opinion, worst location in terms of food quality and service. Order is wrong more often than not. Wraps and hash browns are soggy. They cheap.out on sleeves so they will never give one unless you ask, and then they give you dirty looks for asking. Hate the paper straws so I won't order cold drinks. Other locations have plastic straws. Impatient staff are always rushing you through the drive through. Order never has napkins in it.

I've been here 3 times and every time they got my order wrong but they took so long to make it that I couldn't be bothered asking them to make the right thing.
The order was punched in right each time they just made something completely wrong

It is always nice to come on this location, good service and staff are also accommodating and friendly.

Good staff; however, not food. I ordered veggie wrap which had no veggie in it. I had same wrap earlier at other tim’s which I loved, hence, the reason to order again. But it was filled with just rice.

The first coffee I got tasted like water, although they did remake it without question and the second coffee was great! Thank you for such easy and caring service.

First time going here. It's usually out of the way for me. But I was in the area and stopped by. The service is really good, especially for that late at night.

Just grabbed a coffee. I had to wait a little bit in the store as they seem to emphasize service to the drive-thru over the dining room. Still pretty fast and coffee is great.

I am very impressed by JP (an employee working at this location) he was so generous and kind. He saw us struggling to find a clean, he initiated to clean the tables and chairs for us very quickly and neatly. Thank you for your service. You were great.

Food is usually quite delicious, and staff is so kind, however I am allergic to dairy and this is the 3rd time they’ve added butter on my bagel. I don’t understand how you can keep messing this up when I ask for “plain bagel with nothing else only bacon” It’s extremely frustrating when I cant eat the food I ordered and paid for.

This store has good service and very understanding staff. I ordered online and went fof pick up but unfortunately the order was not available. Every place has out of stock and something not available.
The staff offered to replace the order and they apologised for unavailability.
Lots of parking and nice location too.

Always always always always always check your order at this location before you drive away from the window at the drive through even if people behind you are waiting. They always miss items. Worst Tim Hortons ever. In fact it’s so bad that I’ve stopped going to any Tim Hortons. Their franchise license should be revoked.

It was really good the cashier was so kind and really friendly! The service was fast and the sandwiches were delicious!

This is the most mismanaged Tim Hortons I have ever been to. I worked in the restaurant industry for over a decade, and it's easy to spot a poorly managed food establishment. It seems that they are often out of things that they could easily prep if someone had the foresight to take initiative and plan ahead.

Not sure what they are doing to ice coffee It’s terrible Mickey D’s makes better iced coffee than Tim Hortons Lately always need to check my order 6 times out of 10 it’s wrong!?

One of the worst Timmy's in Calgary. Employees like to yell and scream at each other. Messy restaurant. Grumpy Workers.

Employees do not understand or read delivery orders, I recently ordered a double double along with an ice cap and received a plain black coffee, which is utterly disappointing

I go to two Timmies in the city; one by home and one by work, for at least the past 9 years. The by work, perfect 99% of the time. The Tuscany location is consistently terrible. Rushing you at the drive through, and always missing items. Timmies are all about consistency and this Tuscany one just sucks… do better for your community.

Working in Tuscany for 3 days now, and 2 times the wrong coffee. Thank you VERY MUCH! Not 3 cream 1 sugar. 1 cream 3 sugars

Can someone from Tim Hortons cooperate please look into this location! The coffee is either always burnt or cold and they can never get it right, sometimes it just tastes like water.

More worried about Skip the Dishes orders and drive thru rather than dine in.waited 15 mins for a everything bagel with cream cheese.and there was no line up inside.

The staff here are the worse! No accountability for mistakes. When I called the Assisstant manager and explained this was my third order this week that was wrong and that I clearly heard her staff repeat the order she became argumentative and highly unprofessional. Will not return to this location

WiFi hasn't been working for over 3 weeks, told cashier last 5 visits WiFi was not working, still broken. 5029 Nose Hill Dr NW, Calgary, AB. Come on Tim's!

I rarely go to this Tim Hortons and they always screw up my order. Wrong coffees. Or wrong food or food missing. It’s just a waste of time going there at this point

Every morning I’m at this location and almost every morning I feel disrespected. Every visit when a certain male employee works the drive thru window, he insists on putting the payment machine (which is attached to a hockey stick) on the frame of my car. I always lift the payment machine off of the window sill and then he puts it right back on my car. No other employee does this - just him. DON’T TOUCH MY CAR WITH YOUR HOCKEY STICK. I’m perfectly capable with reaching out the window and tapping my card against your machine. In fact, I drive so close to the window, I can literally put my arm inside the window. Well this morning, he tells me that if I don’t like it when he touches my car with his hockey stick that I can go inside and place my order there instead. Seriously? !? The same thing happened to my husband (also a daily customer). He stopped going to this location because of this employee and I’m about to do the same.

The location of this Tim is perfect foe people in NW Tuscany. The drive through gets busy at peak hours but has a clean cozy indoor sitting area. Good for having a coffee with friends.

The TimBiebs are awesome tasting sugar coated death circles and the added toy puppy was a bonus. Whats that? Not a toy? Is it a piece of Bieber coated in sugar & white chocolate? Exact same flavors as regular TBs just coated in extra sugar, rolled in sugar chunks then coated in even more sugar. Either way, these things taste awesome until you fall into a sugar coma. Sugar coated puppy bit?

In Oct 17 apx 4 pm we were there went through the drive thru ordered one extra large French vanilla and one extra large 2 milk 2 sugar and turkey bacon club ×2 and a beef and cheddar sandwich. We only received one turkey bacon club and the roast beef plus the drinks. We asked about the other turkey bacon club and they said they didn't realize and to pull ahead and they would bring us one at no charge.we pulled ahead. After sitting and waiting for 10 min no one came. I finally went in and reordered another sandwich and paid. While I waited no one seemed to be doing anything just standing talking after another 10 min some girl out of the back asked what I was waiting for I told her and she went and talked to someone and they finally made it. I cant believe it could take so long just to get a sandwich. I asked the girl that had finally got my sandwich who the supervisor was I believe she said neisha but she didn't seem to be around as everyone was just hanging out talking.

We had a small problem with our order and when we came around to get it sorted, the manager put a credit in our name and made sure we were taken care of personally.

It was a really great level of customer service. We’ve made it our mission to use this location as often as possible!

This place needs some serious love and attention.

So much I had to take a minute to take a photo of what’s supposed to be part of a sandwich but looks like it’s been sitting inside one of my friends roommates fridge for 5 days past expiry date and decided to eat it to make a sandwich but forgot to eat it so it’s been sitting inside the fridge for another couple days but it’s still good to eat anyways kind of disgusting sandwich was not only paid for but to make this sandwich so much better

The amount of coffee and other condiments that are wasted while they are making the food/drinks were not only UNSANITARY (as in absolutely disgusted at how they work as I observed the food/drink get prepared)

The Turkey sandwich had pieces of chicken that are used for other sandwiches in it.

The staff seemed so unorganized to a point where I felt sorry for the owner of the location and I sincerely hope to avoid food/drink from this location.

(I guess they threw out the customer service and focused on “quality”)

Regardless of the service provided. You have to prepare food with care and respect.

They have a rule for their staff which is different then the customers they serve during The Covid pandemic, one way in for customers while their staff goes inthe out door

You got to watch this Tim Hortons location to see that your order is correct but other than that it seems all right. I would say they're about 80% accurate.

App is workable ng fairly well, however ordering is a bit more complicated. Gets better as I use it more. Thanks!

A bit grumpy here when I went - maybe just a bad day. No smiles no happiness, made me sad as usually they are much happier.forgot my sugar in my tea.maybe next time will be better?

The only thing good here is the donuts. Some of the staff are not that clear in understanding English & get the orders all mixed up.

I go here quite often after a long day to get a coffee. They always get my food ready very quickly and the lineup inside is usually pretty short.

I went through the drive-thru. My sandwich that I ordered arrived very quickly. But the store was out of chocolate chunk cookies. How is that possible? I don't like peanut butter cookies and apparently no one else does either because that was all that was available. That was disappointing.

Everything perfect. Cause Covid-19, please take protective measures! When I paid two staff didn't wear a mask! I was worry about my food

Not enough donut choices and when I was talking to attendant another guy interrupted and was not helpful. I just walked out.

Used to be good. Not sure if new owners but i have wasted my time coming here 4 times in last month. The only soup they ever have is chicken noodle or chilly.

On two different occasions, our family visited this Tim's location around 8: 00 pm. The staff were not cooperative neither customer friendly. When kids ordered for sandwiches, they told they are closing soon and so they cant make it at that time (They were still open after we came out having our coffee from the nearby A& W). On our second visit the staff told us that we can order donuts or muffins only. Appreciate if management look into this location and do proactive corrective measures. It is not worth trying this location.

Service is excellent but the dining area is closed and feels literally like a dump and other customers drive the wrong direction in the parking lot. So not perfect.

I hate Tim Hortons. It's just gone down hill since it was bought out. I would choose any other fast food joint over them and make no mistake, it's fast food now. Staff was great though.

I like the Bagels with cream cheese and Crossiants and the hot chocolate was really good. So i come here often.

Wanted to say what a great experience I had. I've mixed feelings about tims as I've had MANY orders screwed up. But I came through your drive thru last night.the staff was friendly and polite; we had some nice banter after he accidentally said "good morning" (it was 7: 10 PM) and I was impressed with their distancing protocols (use of tray to hand me items). Thank you so much!

Ugh, this location has drive thru personal who make jokes at customer's expense. I asked for a 10 pack of timbits, no plain. After i ordered i was told next window, and when i didn't immediately go (no one was in front or behind me) a lady said "Seriously? ! " through the speaker. When i drove to pay they were all laughing at how funny they thought they were. Then the man passes me my timbits and jokes "All plain. " Again they all laugh.
Hahaha, not funny. I get trying to pass the time as it wasn't busy but i was super uncomfortable and didn't appreciate being the butt of their jokes. Maybe if they weren't so busy being comedians they would've given
an actual assorted pack of timbits instead 5/10 of the same.

Smaller one that's usually not as clean as others but still ok. Close to soccer centre which hwlps.

Frequently neglects in-store customers in favour of drive thru customers.

Constantly screws up orders. It seems you need to ask 3 or 4 times to get the staff to remember "no mayo" on the drive thru. Joe Pesci would have some colourful words to explain what happens to you at the drive thru. They ring true here.

The only saving grace this location has, is just that. It's location. There is not much else around as I typically prefer Tim's to Starbuck's, that may change.

Tim's should be the daily coffee house of any Canadian. Some outlets have questionable staff and service, but for the most part, great coffee and great prices! The other menu items are great too. Timbits is an absolute winner!

I can't think of a reason why they built it facing the hill and left the Rockies view at the back of this mini mall.

Today I came in and ordered 4 breakfast sandwich meals. They managed to not only forget a sandwich, they also didn't get one of the sandwiches right even though I repeated the order 3 times. Even some morning when I go through the drive thru I order the same wrap and every time they don't make it right. Seems like they don't care about the quality of their products or service at this location. Waste of time and money going to this location

I bought chicken grilled wrap here for my son. After eating this, He had severe stomachaches and diarrhea three times. I wonder if they follow the food safety standard. I was very disappointed about it.

This is the best Tim Hortons I’ve been to in all of Canada. They are so efficient and seem to never run out of anything. The staff is very friendly and it’s always a great experience visiting. I will go out of my way to come to this Tim Hortons. I always say that other Tim Hortons should be trained by the staff at this location.

Order one coffee get hot chocolate doesn't have stock of current offers and can't even correct a mistake.

This store never has enough staff on, the drive through is always taking forever, and if you go inside it's even worse, they usually only have 1-2 ppl working the tills while the rest of the staff are worrying about the drive through. Their only saving grace is because there is no competition and the customers don't have any options. They need to have Better management or get the owners in there to be more organized and functional. They could be prepared better daily, like the country hills store.

Very slow drive through service (took over 15 minutes to get to the speaker). Then they didn't have stock of some items and the lady working at the till was rude when telling me that they did not take AMEX (I use it at other locations all the time). Next time if there is a lineup I will go to the A&W that is in the same parking lot.

Love Timmis, however this particular location (Bowness RD) is simply dirty, the doors handle, tables and floors need some TLC.

Filthy washroom (male). A sign on the inside of the washroom says to bring it to the attention of a staff member, but here’s a better idea: clean it on the schedule. Some of the streaks on the walls quite obviously have been there for weeks, if not months. Absolutely filthy.

The staff is my far the worst I have ever experienced at Timmy’s. The young lady was very rude and has absolutely no manners. There were 3 donuts on the rack at 8pm, and the young lady tonight said they are not making anymore! They close in 3 hours and it’s a donut shop, try to make sense of that. On top of that she has an attitude, my apologies for trying to be a customer. Went to crowfoot, the racks were filled and they had fresh ones coming out as I got there. The people at crowfoot were also wonderful. If you want service skipped the Tuscany one, go to crowfoot.

Fast, friendly service and perfect orders every time.

This is, by far, the most friendly Tim Hortons I've been to, on average. Nearly every single time I have been here, whether for the drive thru or not, the service here is always very friendly and very patient. I'm often the guy that gets complex orders or modifies drinks and they never let me down and always sound understanding.

The lines move quick and I always joke and laugh with the employees no matter the time of day.

I highly recommend this to all Timmies fans in the area especially on the way to work. Very happy at this location.
