11 people in line, two people behind the counter. One was taking orders, then went over to make food (without washing hands, food safe protocol NOT followed). The third employee that was visible was busy sweeping the floors around customers sitting and eating. While the lineup stood there. The other lady behind the counter then started taking orders. Had to repeat my order four times as she obviously didn't understand English. Everything someone tried to order, they were out. A customer asked if they at least still had coffee. I walked in the door at 19: 10, at 19: 25 my order was finally taken. Then finally at 19: 35 I got my order. Three drinks!
Another grubby Tim Horton's. Filthy windows, filthy mats. Coffee is fine and so are the doughnuts. Tim Horton's Mahogany used to be grubby as well but I wrote a review and they've cleaned it up a bit. But by far the best Tim Hortons South of Stoney Trail is the one at Auburn Station in Auburn Bay.
The place didn’t get all of our orders correctly and it does not have a drive through. The inner store looks very modern. Rest of it is a regular Tim Hortons.
Asked for a wrap with no tomato - came with tomato which is fine, i don’t mind picking it out.but the lettuce in the wrap was brown and mushy and the tomato was mushy as well. We paid a good chunk of money for it but it ended up in the garbage.
Very Slow service. Staff has no get up and Go. Been going there everyday for 2 weeks to get just a coffee takes up to 5 Minutes after ordering to get my Coffee. Other orders customer are told they have to wait longer cause they ran out of eggs or wedges. Would be nice to know before paying its going to be another 15min wait for Wedges. Unorganized and unprepared.
The staff appear to be under pressure to process customers as fast as possible rather than attending to the customer in a personable way.
Some Tim Horton's locations are really good. Only visited this place the once: incorrectly charged for what was ordered, incorrect items supplied and sadly despite having the cashier (petite young lady, spectacles, didn't notice a name badge) confirm the order to one of her colleagues, the hot food team made the wrong sandwich afterall. Stripped-out the stuff I didn't want to eat & donated that to the garbage receptacle which was a waste. Yup, I could've had a chat with the cashier but at the time I felt that would have only added to the lady's stress - easier for everyone if I just walked away.
This location is also messy with scraps of food & litter on the floor, side surfaces & table tops. I chose not to visit the washroom.
Looks like a local management issue which the area franchise manager might be able to assist with?
Worst customer service some of them don’t have even name tags there was a girl with specs without name tag she didn’t even greets you well when you go for order very disappointed everytime i go there she give the huge attitude
I wish there was an option for negative star. Amazingly slow. All the staff was busy not sure what they were busy with. If they were serving Skip the Dish still walk in customers should still have some priority too
Like any other Timmies, is hard to find anything wrong with them, and I love the location of this one. Service is quick even though it is always packed. For those of us who like to bike there, they have bike racks outside and for those who drive, lots of parking. The place it self is clean, neat and spacious. Will keep coming back to this one.
There was a small girl, with specks on till 12: 30.she do not know what is coustmer servic and how to take order or how to stand front of coustmer. This bad experience i had with this employee.i kinda regular coustmer here but don’t know what’s wrong with her coustmer service.
Very slow service it will take ages to get a coffee they staff and manger our rude it will take half n hour to get the coffee and if you order delivery then wait 1hours they even make delivery guys wait very bad service I hope some take action
OUTSTANDING! I go here early in the morning to work on my laptop. I thought I left my wireless mouse and went back in the afternoon to see if they had it. They checked the video from the morning and saw me pack it up. Wow! (I found it at home.silly me!) Coffee and service are great.
The cashier was a very nice lady. Although the place is not clean. You can see garbage under the tables and the tables weren't clean. Also, the door of the washrooms were unlocked and/or hard to open and when we asked a guy if he can help us to open a door for my daughter to enter he just walk away and told me to ask to the cashier. That was our second attempt for someone to open a washroom
Overall friendly and convenient. Just gets too busy sometimes and wish the evening service was more consistent. Waited 15 minutes for an iced coffee order one time and decided to order ahead from there.
