Tim Hortons

Been going here for awhile maybe 4 times a week, today I had the pleasure of a short chat with a guy I've seen working there only sometimes who promptly took my order and got to work fixing it up right away, had to tell him he was killin' it and asked for his name. He said something like "Veron" I think. So very nice and efficient, it's too bad I only really see him when I come in at night it seems (not like everyone else isn't pretty great too when I come in the morning). Keep it up Veron! And to the Tims management at this location, give this guy a raise cause he makes this place a 5 star experience.

A couple customers were screaming at each other while having there coffee pretty sure either one of them had there hearing aids in

I didn’t expect any service in Tim, but they has no respect to customer. I ordered a Iced coffee through the App, when I saw my Coffee was ready, but no staff is willing to get me the coffee from the counter. I stand there for few minutes and asked to staff for few times for the order, they just, no response and ignore.

Idiots. Who can’t even do a simple order right. I wanted 20 powdered strawberry timbits. Since we don’t get these ones in my town and my kids love these.
Didn’t realize till we got home they did assorted. Very disappointed kids.
How hard is that? I ordered that and a coffee.

Coffee was always consistent. Nice ambience and quick service. Sometimes bit crowded as always and we can attribute it to popularity than being worried about it. Lively place.

Can you believe They didn't have any timbits? Because they didn't. Might as well not have any coffee with that attitude.

Has drive through but parking lot is poorly set up. The drive through line often blocks the parked cars and overflows into the street. Location is busy but a bit dirty

Been here at least 4 times a week. Just want to say some of workers are super nice such as Leo, Nancy, Loraine, Sara and many more but I don’t know their name yet (will update). They made amazing iced cap and smoothies
But some workers aren’t nice enough tho: (
Food and drinks are great most of the time, except when it’s too busy then I had to wait for long time and quality isn’t that good especially iced cap or smoothie (not smooth enough, too watery or too icy…)

Usually order dark roast black but it has been a few days now and we’ve been getting awful coffee and their breakfast has just no consistency.

Still got a love/hate relationship going on with Timmies. This location by the Crowfoot CTrain station is about as good as it gets. Timmies corporate quality, we can each form our own opinions on that, but hit up the drive thru just about anytime of day and you can still get most or all types of #TimBits.

Did this place undergo new management or something? Used to love eating at timmies but now the food is so poorly put together its an embarrassment, somehow every single day they run out of chicken before 10 pm, and one night (Thursday July 8th ~10: 30 PM) when i went two ladies were working and were impeccably rude to me and were acting as if they were high (slow response or needed me to repeat everything several times in person, didn't complete my order until i reminded them i was at the window.get new staff or new management.good show of the "quality" here is a stack of lunch meats stacked down unseparated with uneven sauce and crumbs of bacon instead of strips?

Very fast and friendly service at this location only thing was the guy that was panhandleing for change by the drive though not cool

This place never gets orders right. Multiple times I’ve gotten to work ready to eat my breakfast and my order is wrong. Even when there’s no one else in the drive thru. My order was made in about 30sec and it was thrown together and completely not what I wanted. Will not be coming back here.

This Tim's is very inconsistent with you order as they will often get things wrong. Your vanilla latte will often just be a plain latte for example. An iced coffee ordered with light ice will generally be a full glass of ice. Not sure if this is a training issue or not

The staff taking the order and at the pick up did not come out cheerful and friendly. So what if you are busy. Its should be the staff to be cheerful friendly and thank me for my order. I was very disappointed at the pick up window that the staff shoved my order while I was still putting away my change. And not even a thank you. I say very poor customer service. Of all TH's I find the crowfoot location is the worst when it comes to customer service.

Good service and friendly. Consistent quality. Except for one franchise which refused to take the lid off my coffee for me to put stevia in. Paranoid bs.

Only got my order right once going through the drive through, been at least 5 times. Definitely sacrifice quality for quantity

Great.always the same great coffee and service. Ask about recycling and save. Do something awesome for yourself and our wonderful planet where there is plenty for all. Oh and be sure to pay it backwards. Make someone's Covid day a little brighter.we all need a coffee break!

I bought a xl french vanilla for a mentally ill homeless man next to Tim's.
Honestly why isn't he in the psychiatric hospital ASAP.

Will never get your order right. Seems like they train people here which is okay but please have someone double check orders. I hate getting half way home and opening my sandwich only to find it's someone else's muffin order or something like that. Never get my coffee right either AND I ONLY TAKE 2 SUGAR, one ingredient is not that hard! Get it together Tim Hortons- Crowfoot!

Unpleasant. There were homeless people inside.
I couldn't get out of my parking stall due to the drive through line up. Won't be going back to this location.

I just hot coffee from there and the person took order was very ill mannered. She laughed at my pronunciation. I asked her name and it was Trisha.

I think it’s great you let homeless people escape the cold when we are in a deep freeze! Kudos to you, don’t let the Karen’s make you feel bad for being kind humans.

The new dark roast is terrible. It smells like an ashtray full of burned cigarettes. Service was quick.

Average in service, small dinning area and parking lots get blocked from people waiting in line for drive through.

I went through the drive through this afternoon and the person taking the orders had zero manners. No please or thank you at all. She was so incredibly abrupt as to be borderline rude. When I mentioned my experience to the other girl at the window she said she “ absolutely disagreed with me” The staff here obviously has no idea what customer service entails. If you are happy with that kind of attitude, by all means visit this location.

This Tim's is always crazy busy. Constantly waiting around for them to fix my order, or having to ask for the rest of my order. Wouldnt reccomend going here unfortunately

Have come here a couple different times, sometimes early in the morning to grab some breakfast, or just with some friends at some random time during the day. They've gotten my order wrong once and it got fixed, and I've always received my orders in a pretty reasonable time.

Employees accept orders on out of stock items, had to go trough an hour of trouble to get it refunded because they didn’t know how.

Music far too loud. Couldnt hear the employees over it. If I could give zero stars I would. Shame the manager doeant stay on top of the reviews. Used to be a good timmies.

The past few times I’ve been here they just rush everything. 4/5 times even for something as basic as a grilled cheese melt they can’t even make that properly and the cheese is hardly melted at all. How bad do you have to be to mess up something as basic as a grilled cheese melt?

Edit: As usual I got a “cheese melt” where the cheese wasn’t melted. I think I’m going to find another Tims drive thru to go to in the mornings before work.

I was at this Tim on May 28,2020 around 8pm. This tim is very bad in taking order. How many times i said no beacon on the sandwich s and i still got beacon, and this is not the first time it happened. Disappointing and wasting food.

the food is the closest looking to the picture of all of the brands like PUMA Burger Factory and RNS clothes

I got to work to realize they forgot the bacon in my bacon wrap and forgot my bread for my chilli. This location needs to get trained better. It wasn’t even busy.

Gianne is the most ignorant person that I've ever experienced getting customer service from, he was rude and very unprofessional and doesn't deserve to be working in the customer service industry.i wish I could give a 0 star review but unfortunately I can't. So unimpressed by the service that I will not return to this location if he isn't dealt with

A very nice Tims with a nice environment. There is Wifi too! However, one time when I went here, the lady didn't know anything about digital coupons. I ended up getting 2 timbits. Teach your staff about these things please! It was very disappointing!

Went to eat with my family without knowing it was going to close soon. A security was after us to leave. Next time just close the door or at least let us peacefully eat. I know the security guy is doing his job but Tim hortons should at least let us finish eat.:)

These employees have no knowledge of the Tims rewards program. How is it that a french vanilla doesn’t qualify for the rewards? It too is a hot coffee is it not? It’s the only Tims in the city that doesn’t think so. And if that truly is the real deal what is the point of the program at all?

Very nice staff! They are so friendly and today was extremely busy as it is Christmas Eve Day and the staff were still so happy and did not get stressed out where I see so many people take it out on customers, but all of the staff was awesome. Merry Christmas to everyone!

They move pretty fast in the drive thru, it was pretty much out onto the road when we pulled up but we were thru in 3 minutes. My coffee was wrong I ordered 1/4 hot chocolate and it says 1/3 and looks like 1 cream in sted.

Love Tim Hortons! We have been to this location several times. They have nice seating area with fire place and TV. I Love their danish pastry and French Vanilla Coffee. My kids love donuts. They have nice customer service. Whenever our guests come from abroad, we always bring them to Tim Hortons.

The staff are friendly but I have had some issues of ordering items that are out of stock but was not informed until it was the last item I was waiting for. The communication just needs to be more efficent throughout the staff.

Not sure why I went here. Again! 2 stars. One for the speed of service and one for the sweet lady who took my order. The food almost killed me. An exageration of course but gross and barely edible.

The people are friendly enough, but the workers are too focused on pushing people through the drive thru fast as they can. In the end orders get messed up and it’s funny to see how frustrated they get when you refuse to use tap.

If your like me and stop for a timmies and a donut after midnight I recommend knowing exactly what you want if you stop at this store. There is a launguage barrier and the staff get easly confused if you change your order. Honestly it's very fustrating going to a coffee and donut shop to not be able to order a donut just because it's after midnight. Your store was started in the coffee and donut Moto. But in the good side my coffee gas been 85 percent of the time

11: 40 Friday 24th, stood in line inside the store for 10 minutes with 5 people behind me. Meanwhile the one who is on till was sauntering around then making coffee for the drive through while several times walking past the till empty handed both direction. Not a single word as we all stand there contemplating if the coffee is worth the inconvenience. Ever since you guys expanded to other food it's been a shot show. Alot of people I know no longer go because what was once the fastest way to get coffee on the way to work is now 3 to 10 minutes. You had a niche market but now are like any fast food place.nNot everything has to be for everybody, because it's the differences that define us.
