About like any other Tim Hortons, although this one is often quite busy, and not the fastest service, resulting in occasional significant waiting time.
If I could leave a 0 star review I would, the one staff member at this location should think about changing jobs. As someone who works in customer service when I customer politely tells you that her coffee was cold after just recieving it, you don’t throw a fit like a toddler. The way she threw the cup into the sink and stormed off when asked to make us a drink that was hot was extremely unprofessional. 10/10 don’t recommend this location.
People who work here are snobs not friendly at all and I was supposed to order my fave honey dipped donut but what's that insect flying around the donuts? Eeeeew! And my wrapped was cold when I ate it
People who work here are not friendly, sometimes they cannot follow rules on how you want your drink/food. Where they keep the donuts and pastries has fly this morning.
Very very slow all I ordered was a chicken wrap and the line wasn’t even that big waited almost 10 minutes but the people who ordered after me got their orders within minutes of ordering do not recommend if you are in a hurry or hungry cause you will be waiting forever!
Day staff at this location is alright, but once 4pm hits the service is atrocious. Ignoring customers, no communication speaking amongst themselves instead of taking or completing orders.
The morning staff is usually hit and miss at this location. Once it hits mid afternoon, the service, as well as the quality of the food and beverages also decreases dramatically. The staff seem not to care at all, and when they do mess up your order, they make it feel like it's an inconvenience for them to fix the order.
Can't get a single order right, asked for blt on bagel with coffee and hashbrowns, ended up with a bagel with margarine and mayo? Simple order just never get anything right anymore
