Bad service. The service guys were really rude and wernt responding. Service took too much time and didnt like it there at all

I ORDERED SAUSAGE AND BACON MUFFIN TODAY And my stomach is aching right now you have to check your foods that you are serving

I ordered the turkey bacon club w potato wedges, and a drink. Not to bad, nothing special either. Kinda just blah.

Order was quite messed up.
Medium coffee double cream.
Tea with honey came with cream.no honey. Donuts in one small bag.no napkins.

Everything was nice except that being too busy, the grilled cheese was not grilled properly, cheese dint melt inside the bread, my regular coffee had some black residue, don't k own what it was, as grains of tea from a tea bag.dint expect this from tim hortons, staff was courteous, prompt and on Their toes. I dint complaint to them, hope going forward the kids working there are trained well before putting them on floor.

Right now line is out side their door for dine in and all their focus is on the drive thru.there is only one cashier taking dine in orders.pathetic.taking advantage of their location

I don't normally write a review for Tim Hortons, but after seeing all the 1 star reviews, we were about to find a different Tim Hortons, but decided to try it anyways.
I have to say that our experience was overall positive.

The staff was quick to take the order, they were nice and welcoming. The order was quickly prepared, everything to our liking, and as per our request.

The place was clean, and the staff was working hard to clean tables as they empty, and cleaning the outside windows as well.

We were there in the morning time, so it was busy, so there seemed to always be a lineup near the washroom.

Overall, experience was positive.

Bad service, i ask for chocolate creamy chill but I get it like water with cream in top it taste very bad i ask for the manager but the guy who give me the order says that he was the manager and didn’t accept to give me a refund or to do another one for me. That was in june 26, around 4: 30pm

Very slow service. Not caring customers. Tim hortons just black mailing the customers. There is need of one more Tim hortons.

For a place next to a highway they see super not ready to do their job properly. No logistics. We were there at 1130 am on a Saturday and they didn't have half of the menu. Pretty bad service. Food is also not good.

Ordered a tea biscuit toasted and buttered.sandwich station was too busy and the lady asked for help, then i heard the other staff say " I don't care not my drive thru times" decided to take my tea biscuit bulk.fairly slow service.

My 2 items were good.

DO NOT STOP HERE, worst service, please check your food before you leave.
Management please hire staff who knows how to work.

Complete Garbage service, long wait times. Lack of customer service skills. Rude employees. No hair nets, hair in food. Exact opposite of what it should be LOL.

I got a French Vanille which was good but a little sweet. The reason I am only giving three stars is mostly because of the Bathroom. They do share with a Wendy's but still it was pretty bad

I understand the need to keep the drive through moving, however at what expense? When you have every staff member working the drive through (which had 1 car in it) and the in restaurant line up out the door there is something wrong! Not a single person was manning the tills in the restaurant. Perhaps a reallocation of staffing resources.

Worst service i had today in tim hortons. They make your coffee so slow, and they dont care if your coffee is overflowed and spillled on the cup. They just give it to the customer with the messy cup. Also their washroom is really disgusting!

Literally every other Tim Hortons in the country has all day breakfast. But not this one. Had to leave on a empty stomach: (

Stopped here at this Tim Horton's today on our highway road trip.went in to pick up a coffee and food and use the bathroom. After waiting outside the ladies bathroom for about 10 min (had a cleaning sign on ladies bathroom door and door blocked) I finally asked how much longer it would be, I was rudely told by two staff the ladies bathroom would be closed for at least 40 more min for cleaning? There was 2 of them in there, and this time frame indicates it takes them minimum 50 min to clean a bathroom, really? In 50 min you could repaint the bathroom in that kind of time.wow. The staff member i talked to rudely told me (she could stop men from entering the men's room if I wanted to go in the men's bathroom instead.) totally unacceptable.if they were doing a (deep clean) why would they do this at 1pm on a holiday weekend, on a major highway when of course they will be busy. I will never stop at this location again, never had such horrible treatment at any other Tim Horton's.there was a ton of staff in the Tim Horton's side of restaurant (didn't look on the taco side) with this much staff on a holiday long weekend, I would never expect this kind of treatment, if you are looking for a nice pit stop when heading through Red deer, DO NOT stop here.go pretty much anywhere else.

They need to update their hours of service. They close by 10pm (possibly earlier) even though it says they are open until 11pm. I wouldn’t have wasted time pulling off the highway to stop here if there hours were updated.

Tim Hortons is terrible and this one is especially bad. Under staffed and over worked employees. Took 45 min to get coffee as there were 5 people working drive through and 1 poor young lady helping in store. Fake Canadian identity plastered everywhere as always.

Disgusting bathroom! One toilet was practically clogged with s**t and absolutely disgusting and the other 2 had no toilet paper at all! Then went in line to get our coffee order and they had to dump out one pot because of coffee grinds and the newly made one was full of coffee grinds as well so they just started serving the coffee grinds to drive thru. In the meantime the lady taking orders for inside was busy making my order and had to wait for fresh coffee. Once a "better" coffee pot was found (no coffee grinds at least) my coffee order got made, however a line up to the door formed because no one else had been able to put their order in while 2 people covered the drive thru! Long wait and not the greatest coffees. Disappointing day and we always make this stop on our trips to Calgary and this just happened to be the most disgusting and disappointing yet!

No Customer Service at all. Very rude, rushing and shoving HOT drinks out the window (where it spills on you). And no common sense at all. Who wouldn't want sleeves on there HOT beverages.

Worst experience. Came through at 6 am. The employee decided it was okay to serve cold soggy hash browns from the night before.

As a franchise the whole place has lost my business just NOT what it use to be and I think they survive on hiring foreign workers McDonalds are even starting to make better donuts

The other day I was grabbing a double double and breakfast wrap. The staff member (I think her name was Astrid) that helped me through the drive thru was very happy and pleasant to talk to. I found that awesome because not everybody is pleasant to talk to. Loved the speedy and helpful customer service this place offers and the wrap was perfect and so was the coffee. Thanks Tim Hortons for being a positive place during this time of crisis. I really appreciate the food and the awesome staff. Keep it up!

This Tim Hortons needs to learn the concept of customer service before their ridiculous concern for their drive thru times. Being parked for 3 hot drinks is ridiculous and usually coffee is burnt and/or not stirred

Tired of getting burnt food and half filled coffees, dont go to this timmies. And you have your new lids there's no excuse to not be filling the cups all the way. And most of the time I get burnt food I waited 20 minutes after going through the drive through so thanks.
