Tim Hortons

3 minutes. Thats the average time it takes from the moment I leave my vehicle, walk into the restaurant, order my food, receive my food and enter back into my vehicle. The food and service at the location is impeccable. I take my daily morning break here every single day of the work week. Thank You staff for you quick and efficient service consistently. I hope you all know how much your appreciated.

I'm just not a fan of Tim's coffee and their food. I do like some of their donuts and muffins. This location is better than others. I find that their staff is a little friendlier than others.

I bought couple of sandwiches from here, the staff would just leave the sandwiches on the shelve and leave and would not even let me know if it is for me or not!
I waited for few minutes and I thought I should ask if it is for me or someone else.

Always go to this place on afternoons usually use drive through black short African girl has a very bad attitude towards customers disrespectful if owner doesn't take any actions against her sooner or later will end up loosing customers

Needs to be cleaned much better.
Ladies Washroom was in terrible condition.
Bagel was mangled.

The employee working the drive-thru March 24/2023 at 6: 35 am was extremely rude and has an attitude problem. I voiced my concern with the shift manager about her attitude and hope that she is coached on proper customer service. There is several Tim Hortons close by and I would recommend visiting them and boycotting this location.

Never heard of a Tim Hortons that doesn't carry chocolate doughnuts. They don't have croissants, either. They said they do not stock those options.

I don’t recommend going to this Tim Hortons. It could be because of the recent renovations for some of the issues, but I think it boils down to the workers. It took forever to get 2 coffees, a bagel, and a muffin. The muffin was the wrong one, the bagel had literally no cream cheese, my cup was cracked and leaking. Someone else ordered a chicken soup that wasn’t warm, which also too forever to get. While the staff are kind, there is something lacking here.
