Love it. Great coffee. They are one of the Tim's that make the best coffee it perfect everytime I go there.

This was absolutely the worst experience ordering coffee at a Tim Hortons! As a fanatic from the states, I was excited to visit the original Tim Hortons. But, upon entry, employee named “Sam” was rude, short, and told us we didn’t know the menu (although she did say it was her first day). We asked for a cold brew at which point she said they don’t offer that despite it being on the menu. She said they have iced coffee. When asked what the difference was she said “ I don’t know, I don’t drink coffee” which seems rather unfortunate for a coffee employee…. By the end of the order, I got my coffee without fault but they forgot to charge me and asked me what I still wanted? … at which point I said to pay? So… beware: the museum upstairs is cool but not the employees. Someone train Sam better!

Decent Tim Hortons location, but the wait times can be a bit much.

Other than speed/efficiency, the coffee shop is a nice location to come and grab a hot drink and snack/meal.

The staff are pleasant enough and the food is what you'd expect. But getting service here is a nightmare. This has literally got to be the slowest Tim Hortons ever. Its not just once or twice but almost EVERY time it takes forever to place an order even if there are staff basically not doing anything or doing tasks that can wait till AFTER you serve customers, its not hard to prioritize tasks, if it can wait then customers first. Unfortunately this locations staff seem to be lacking the ability to critically think or are intentionally ignoring customers. If I was the owner or manager I'd be embarrassed with my teams performance.

A destination location for my brother and I who call New York home. Canadian Customs totally understood why two old retires needed to take this trip.

I loved the treatment I received on this Tim Hortons. The lady getting the order was funny and polite. I had a croissant with eggs and bacon. It was so good! Good breakfast with superhot coffee mocha.

The location on Ottawa Street in Hamilton Ontario was the first to open, and the upstairs houses a "museum" displaying old uniforms, an original display counter, menu board, and more. At first I thought there was only a small seating area, but there are more tables and washrooms on the second floor. They also have merchandise (mugs, aprons, etc.) available for purchase.

One of the best Tim Hortons I've ever visited. Fast, friendly, courteous service and top quality food and drink.

Hubby and I stopped here for a quick iced coffee and donut on a hot day. The atmosphere is nice for sitting, staff were nice and quick and food was good. The only downside to this Tims is that they do not have a drive thru and parking was congested.

Ordered a Crispy bacon chicken wrap with no sauce add cheddar cheese and there’s literally an insect crawling out of my sandwich. Absolutely disgusting.

Ran in for tim bits. Big line up. People making sandwiches but not a regular till person. I almost left

I asked for a vegetarian wrap, there were a couple of caring and friendly girls serving at that time and they prepare my wrap asking about my preferences for flavors and ingredients. I loved the wrap and I was so impressed with their attitude and service.

Sandwich didn't have enough sauce or cheese. Also didn't get a straw for my drink.

I live nearby so give zero hoots about the lame meusum. You'd think with the effort the company put into making it a proper "first tims" that they'd do the same with the staff. 2 years consistently of the worst slowest service from any tims I've been to. They really need to just rehire EVERYONE. Do not come here if you don't have to.

This Tim's is only good for the museum part. If you actually want to eat, go to a different Tim's. The staff are super slow and disorganized and there is always a line up out the door because of it, not to mention they're usually kind of rude (although that seems like the norm at all Tim's these days). They dont even have alot of the selection that every other Tim's have eg. This location doesnt have cold brew or any of the crispy chicken items. You would think they would use this location as an example of how good tim hortons can be.

A few times they couldn't serve decaff coffee. And when I buy refill my mug is never filled even though I paid for medium. (medium size fills it at other Tim Hortons locations.

The wait time here are terrible. Online order is never ready. But more importantly, Do you water down the steeped tea at this location? I get the same thing every morning at center and again in the afternoon in Burlington and if I take a chance and stop at this location, it’s not even worth drinking. And it’s every order.

Espresso machine broke and they don’t fix for week every time. Put note for ppl. It brakes often and no one cares. I wait in line to hear that it’s broken really? How many times should I come to realize that it’s waste of time. U make me go to different Tim but why can’t this problem be solved. Or warn ppl at list. Says workers in the morning

Was greeted with attitude and would not recommend going again, i wish i could say it was a one time thing

I just went to this Tim’s and no one was around or in line and the woman was so rude. She told me to step back over the line because she was gonna be awhile before she could help me. If she had said that in a nice way I wouldn’t have minded. But she was clearly annoyed that I stepped up to the register. She didn’t help us for several minutes and I was so put off that I left. This Tim’s is also the slowest around. If you have a place to be I would go to the other one at the esso. Which has the nicest and quickest people serving there.

Took away the maple donut and yes that absolutely angers me as this is by far the best donut and it’s been made optional why opt out? ! Honestly sick oh the constant menu changes.

OK, this is Tim Hortons so we all know that the five star rating is not for food or coffee.
What it is for? The service is always amazing, the staff are always friendly and I do not think I have ever gotten a wrong order.
I’m used to living near other Timmies that take so long to serve food that the egg on toast arrives as a chicken sandwich. Not here. Thumbs up to them.
And the owners are pretty cool too.

I was just at this location of Tim Hortons and the new cilantro lime chicken wrap was made incorrectly, they forgot the chicken. I went in and what could have been an annoying situation turned into an incredible one. The way I witnessed the staff interact with one another, the way the manager was calm and patient and understanding, the step in from the manager to get this rectified was what some major companies strive for. I working in one of those corporate jobs and am constantly bombarded with messaging in regards to respectful management how to lead without shame
and without ridicule, these corporate jobs struggle with these concepts. I watched your team and management execute this like it was nothing. Kudos to that entire team and that Rock Star Manager!

Ever since the old manager left and they had a change in staf it’s been terrible. There in such a hurry, even thou no one is behind me. I’ve had three items that were wrong so far. And not to mention the new staff doesn’t even say hello when I wish them a good morning. Time to start going to another location. The only good thing left there is the friendly red head guy.

Had an amazing experience at the drive through while my requests were met by professional service.

Great coffee. New type of apple fritter, more apples and more gooey.
Great place to meet friends.

My family usually orders through the Tim Hortons app and a lot of the time our order arrives just fine but there have also been multiple times when they would forget a part of our order.

Sure would be nice if any tims anywhere in the country could figure out how to have more than one person working a till.

Not the first time my wrap was not toasted properly and sticks to the side of the box, causing it to turn into a salad. Employees need to learn to change their gloves, as the box is covered in oil.

I don't know if the staff here knew the difference between cream cheese and butter. I ordered 2 classic cream cheese bagel but they gave me 2 buttered bagel

I enjoy their Cappuccinos. GREAT muffins. BEEF ON A BUN Too.
Oh yes, Their Chilli con Carni is always and tasty and hot.

Flagship store and very very very rude people working there. Was yelled at because I couldn't hear what was being said due to mumbling from the cashier, mask and plexiglass.

My donut is undercooked and doughy inside and it looks like it started to rise and you took it out early.disgusted you'd think that being such a fancy looking store they'd at least cook their food for as long as it needs to be cooked.

Me and my friend who live out of town wanted to see the first Tim Hortons location had a chance to out the history he was thrilled and surprised told him long ago that it bigger variety of donuts and even pies at one time that was history.

It's a nice Tim's, pretty standard fare. They were out of a few things and I couldn't get my usual, but that seems to happen somewhat often at Tim's locations. Otherwise, the staff was kind, and the layout was nice and cozy. It's a convenient location, too.

Mr. Dallas - Rude, callous and ignorant Manager - I had an unpleasant encouter with Mr. Dallas today, who came across rude, patronising and showed a total disregard for even basic customer service, let alone good or oustranding service. I am a vegetraian and ordered an egg and cheese on a biscuit, I got meat on it, so went back in. It was replaced without even an apology and when I tried to express my distatifaction, I was constantly interupted and spoken over by Mr. Dallas. Again, not even an apology? Some serious training issues here, that need to be addressed forthwith, possibly through some 'retraining at a management school'? Astonishing!

I like the coffee here. Would recommend as I get it almost daily. I am little bit of a fussy eater so cant say anything about the food, but the coffee does not disappoint!

Going way downhill these days, donuts aren't made in house anymore and the food is getting on par with McDonald's level of quality (that's bad)

Ordered a large coffee with a quarter of a cream. Get home and discover it was made as large coffee and 4 creams. Not the first time either.

I no longer go to Tims after reviewing there sources of palm oil and employee treatment. My fathers doctor told him DO NOT drink tims coffee.one point id like to make on top is im mild ibs so anything with chemicals in it will upset my stomach.thats everything on the menu at Tims, full of chemicals. Take it or leave it but do your research on Tims and live a moral life, support better restaurants and owners.

On Monday morning around 930am we both ordered the egg sausage muffin and a coffee. Well we haven't been able to leave the house in 2 days! Must be close to a bathroom. Feel tummy gurgling. Dehydrated now.
We will never go back to this location.

Going down hill since aquired by Burger King Group of Companies. Coffe nèver consistently taste rhe same and having storage coolers outside that are spit on to me is defined as disgusting even if they wear latex gloves to open the door get the frozen product out, they are still touching the nasty handle.

There is absolutely no baby change tables here in men's room, and as per my wife, the women's room also. Nothing whatsoever!
