Tim Hortons

So placed my kiosk order, waited over 20 mins and still dont have my order, instead just keep worrying about every new person in line. Honestly, what the hell are you folks doing? I see most of them standing around not doing anything.

Well it's Timmies but the lacombe location 27 min in drive through and when you luch is 30 min and noway to get out of the drive through is horrible never agian and to top it off they were out of hashbrowns by the time I got to the ordering point. Won't be going there ever agian MCD's better service anyways

The lady in the drive through window was extremely rude as I payed in cash and was putting the change in my purse and she basically told me to leave right away, not the best service as I would rather go somewhere that has good service. Definitely the worst Tim Hortons I have been to ever as she can not even fake a smile while serving you.

The lady in the drive thru has the sweetest customer service voice/skills. Definitely made a quick stop in feel very welcoming and shows a good image to this community.

Today is the last time I will use this Tim Hortons. I travel to Lacombe often and while it makes sense for me to grab my daily Tim Hortons there, they are by FAR the slowest and rudest Tim Hortons I’ve encountered. Today it took 26 minutes to get my bowl that I ordered ahead on the app. I’ve learned to give them lots of time so I order my coffees AT LEAST 10 minutes in advance but they are never ready. I think the worse part is that there are always sooo many drive thru staff sauntering around that don’t seem to be in any kind of hurry, but they won’t make eye contact or acknowledge the customers that are standing there waiting. One front counter person is NOT enough to handle the line and the mobile orders. From the looks of all the negative reviews - it’s time to up your staff and maybe give them some updated training on what good customer service is.

I stood in line for 15 mins and no one help me or anyome else in line, they would keep looking us and they didn't do anything, I went up and asked, and she ignored me

9: 25pm ordered one coffee, sitting drive-Th for 20min watching 4 employee walking around with hand empty, chatting with F word that I can hear it. And the girl handle coffee to me feels like I own her Million dollars….

I ordered a London Fog with almond milk and they gave me oat milk instead. The taste and smell was NOT pleasant. I understand it was a simple mistake anyone could make, just wasn't very impressed.

I got what I expected. When I go to Tims I expect a fluffy soft hashbrown, sweet soft timbits, and a strong fruity quencher. At this one there was no line ahead of us and our order was for 4 meals. (one for myself wife and 2 kids) we quickly got out warm food, but as I was watching other customers get their beverages and pastries before us I had to ask where ours were. The young gentleman behind the counter had missed our order he did quickly put them together for us and sent us on our way.

Don't drink coffee and I don't really care for Their food, they always under cook my sandwich

Not sure they know the war is over, it was our first and last trip to Tim’s in Lacombe. Ordered two turkey bacon clubs one had no tomato and both had no honey mustard. Service was slow even though the place was empty.

Stop here early morning to get coffee on way to work it’s watered down half the time coffee is not made so you wait 10 mins at drive thru window waiting to get coffee night staff don’t care I’ve driven thru multiple times just to get the right coffee owners don’t care highly recommend going to Blackfalds or Red Deer for a coffee

Wait times at this drive thru are ridiculous. Staff is clearly over worked. Snarky and grabbed my money.

This has the slowest shittyest drive thought that u can't get out of even if you wanted.

This is whats served here notice all the Bugs and when informed told theres nothing they could do.

Used to be really good but has sadly gone downhill severely. Service quality, speed and order accuracy has plummeted over the last couple years.

Unfortunately I no longer choose to go to this Tim Hortons.

This was awful, instead of helping people in front they would rather do drive thru so close your dining in. Waited 10 minutes to be asked then half hr to get food. Had to go back to ask for rest of food. Need to be better managed and organized. Felt bad for workers.

I love their new wraps. But everything else has gone downhill. The donuts are usually very stale which I don't understand since they seem to sell out soon. And although I love the wraps, I've found a fair amount of grizzle in my chicken which is never fun.
However I do love the coffee and ice caps. I keep coming back for them!

I, like a lot of people, use the drive thru, more times than I can count. Staff are always friendly. I like it when you know how much your bill is going to be before you get to the window. Awesome job everyone

Female Nightshift drive though order taker that was onshift at 10: 15pm on Wednesday June 8th is a disgrace to the Tim Hortons franchise. Me as a customer dont need to find out if its your time of the month just give me my food smh. Never had such a terrible customer service experience.
