I’m not usually one to complain but in the 4 years I’ve been going to macewan this has gotten kind of ridiculous. I’m used to waiting 30 minutes for an iced coffee, at this point I am. But when the quality of food is becoming just as bad as the wait times it’s honestly so annoying to pay for food you can’t even eat. Today I ordered a breakfast wrap and on my first bite was met with eggshells, on top of the they handed it to me half out of the wrapping, and it wasn’t even busy yet! Other days I’ve had wrong orders, disgustingly long wait times, and there have been times where I’ll finally get my stuff only to have it be wrong and I just deal with it because it’s class time. Again, not usually one to complain but I’ve worked at Tim Hortons and understand it can be overwhelming, but there’s just no way that this particular location is THIS BAD, ALL THE TIME.
Also think it’s important to mention that their only 5 star reviews were published 5 days ago. Several of them all posted on the same day. Instead of trying to fake reviews, take the real ones into consideration and fix your service. Simple.
This Tim's in building six has always been so terrible. I am constantly hounding them for my items after I order. For some reason, every time I go and order a baked good, it is forgotten about. But then I see other customers being handed theirs off the bat at the register. Every single time I go I have to ask for an item I ordered and sometimes entire orders. When I asked an employee about it, she gave me a disgusting smirk and scoffed at me before handing me my muffin that I ordered 15 mins before. I was late to class, like I always am despite going early to ensure that I am not. I do not and will not ever recommend this location. Go to the ones outside but near school, their services are always way better.
They are out of everything 24/7 do not come here. They yell at u for your order. Been consistently trying to order food and somehow they only have bagels.
I went 20 minutes before close and they had already closed all of their food stations. The only thing they could offer me for food was a cinnamon raisin bagel. She originally said she could make me a wrap but then said she already cleaned the panini press and so wouldn’t make it for me. Very unprofessional. If they are open they should be able to serve everything they have the stock for and it’s not like it was only a couple minutes before close, it was 20 minutes
The food is yummy, but every time I go they have almost no donuts. The only donuts they have are the plain donuts with nothing on them that only old people eat. Who wants a plain donut anyway? Like just get a bagel.
As always, customer service and professionalism that goes over and above (especially for those of us who wander over just before close). Thank you for all you do to keep us happy and caffeinated, Gurdeep, Talwinder and Rajpreet!
Hi there, this review is for the workers that were on shift this morning (April 13 2023). My friend came into store to order what he THOUGHT would be a lovely simply sausage biscuit. However, he was befuddled to learn that his breakfast (which I may add is the most important meal of the day) was ruined. He expected there to be cheese on his biscuit and there was none to be found! He is quite disappointed with the service and the next time he OR ANYONE comes in for a Simply Sausage Biscuit, I hope that you put cheese on it without a second thought.
Not my best experience. Waited almost 30 for my food then got a wrong order. However, I noticed that they are severely understaffed. If there’s something wrong with this Tim Hortons, it’s the managers! Don’t blame the poor staff, they are also probably overwhelmed.
