Tim Hortons

We go here quite a bit but it is a bit frustrating when they have a new person that does not know what there doing during rush hour if I was a manager setting up a training period for people at the drive thru I would get them trained during the day rather then first thing in the morning when it is the busiest time of the day. We get the same order asking for no bacon they say oh it doesn't have bacon I say well there have been times I get bacon and I ask for extra mayo and they don't put any on the sandwich see photos below. I would suggest if someone isn't familiar yet or still not understanding customers on their preferences to train new workers through out the day. I feel bad for giving a two star rating but it is frustrating when you're not receiving the proper ordered food.

I bought a couple of Holiday cookies and ended up with chocolate chip I am happy I could support a good cause but I recommend you let customers know if you do not have what they are ordering. I am fortunate enough to have checked because one of my kids has an allergy to chocolate: (

Foods rated a 3, I just get coffee from here everyday pretty much

Updating my review:
When I first moved by this tim hortons, they had bad service, bad coffee, and they didn't watch the mobile order. I actually gave up going to this tiks for a long time

Now however, something has changed and this is one of my favs now. The mobile orders are so fast they usually beat me there. The restaurant is pretty clean and the service is good too! I'm really happy about it:)

Had an iced Capp at Tim's. They make the best iced Capp around. And I love the apple fritters - so delicious. And I usually need a box of 20 Timbits to take home. Love this chain of coffee shops?

I just wanted to say the woman working didn't get up to serve us in the drivethru. Was absolutely ignorant when called out on it. I suggest the management fire her and pay attention to what the staff are doing.

Went to have breakfast here today. The cheese and sausage biscuit was cold. The cheese wasn't even melted. The hash brown was barely warm an had a strange medicinal flavor. The only good thing was the donut.

I guess I'll stick to donuts and pop.

Every time, i come here they will just give you the drink without the straw? Whenever i ask for my straw they get annoyed? How about put the straw outside or just give it with the drink as well.

For this wrap, they didnt bother cutting this.

The food wasn’t the best but pls cut it.

Old lady Dorren does not know even how to talk to a costumer. Just asked for salt and pepper for lemonade and she refused it and said you didn't buy anything else so she won't give it. Won't be here next time. I live very close to tim but would rather go somewhere else beacuse I can't tolerate these cheap things

Loved having my double double in memory of my former fiance, who passed away April 21,2011.

There is a lady who is from India, very terrible and has no way of how to treat the customer, I like this place but it hurts for this person, she is always in the food preparation area in the mornings.

I like the London fog sometimes when they nail it but that is inconsistent at best, coffee is okay if you like bad coffee, half the time they get my order wrong, asking for a farmer's sausage wrap and getting it with bacon and no sausage.

The old white lady, She was very very polite. We took a little bit more time, She was very patient, Unlike other tim horton employees. Best customer service experience. Thanks

Avoid this store. An employee hit with with something. Never said sorry. I said something. I complained. Nothing. They don't care

Ordered soup. Just 2 find out after that there was no crackers. Maybe tell people that your not getting crackers before u sell them soup. How broke and hurting r u when u cant afford 2 give crackers. Maybe cut back on some of your slow lazy workers and u can afford 2 give condiments again.

This location is quite nice. The staff are efficient, the space is clean and modern. Food was fresh and quality was better than other locations. Honestly I’m quite surprised! Seems like the perfect little neighbourhood coffee spot away from more of the hustle and bustle of the general Millwoods side of town.

Y'all are going to think I'm nuts. But I swear to G°d this is the best French Vanilla Coffee you will ever have!
