I had a disappointing experience at Tim Hortons recently. Unfortunately, there was hair in my drink, which I found to be quite unacceptable. The presence of foreign matter in my beverage significantly impacted my perception of the establishment, reflecting poorly on their hygiene standards. Moreover, the incident highlighted a lapse in customer service, as it wasn't addressed appropriately. This experience has left me hesitant to revisit the location, hoping for improvements in both cleanliness and customer care. This tim Horton in particular so bad do not go there unless it improves.
This must be the laziest Tim's in Canada. I have been stopping there for a few months between 6am and 7am. At that time this location has nothing available, but drinks. "Sorry, but we don't have X at this time. No, we don't have Y as well". I finally got enough, going to other locations now (there are 2 near by), where they have no problem with having full morning menu in the morning. P. S. I also used to be a frequent guest here in the afternoon. The same story - bakery is not always available, other menu items are not available at random.
Visited this location for breakfast this morning. Iced Capp and farmer’s breakfast sandwich was fresh, the ambience was clean, friendly & attentive staff.
We order from the drive thru and order for 2 farmers wrap. 1 sausage and 1 egg with extra egg on each wrap. When we open it, there was no sausage in the other wrap. There’s not much car and seems not so busy. Please check your item before handling it to the customer. Coz we paid for it. Not a good start for the day.
Went to get doughnut after supper waited at coiunter 5 min for counter service one employee trying to serve the counter and drive through with drive through being priority second employee sweeping the floor couldnt care about customers we walked out followed 4 others friday about 1930 hours March 10
This Tim Hortons has to be one of the worst. They basically throw your food at you through the window every time. I also asked for a red eye iced coffee which comes with cream & when the lady handed it to me it was black & I asked if it comes with cream (that’s as it is advertised on the drive through screen) & she was so rude with her reply to me. Do better Tim’s

Horrible customer service. Today lady working on the drive through gave Horrible service. I asked her that i wanted my stuff heated up she said that there is already something in the microwave and i told her im not in rush. I was shocked that this was their excuse for not doing it.
I was only guy waiting for around 5 minutes but the girl ignored me three times while looking at me even didn't ask.worst experience ever at Tim Hortons
Gave me a coffee with soured cream, and she knew it too Bee-auch! Was wondering why she was watching me so intensely, when I pulled up a bit and stopped to check my order. Did find out til I got to work.
Have been there numerous times before Covid 19. Typical Tim's, not great but nothing bad. Since the relaxation on rules, we were there on Sat. Jun 6th. The sign on the door said max. 10 people. No staff was monitoring and at one point we counted 22 people with little physical distancing practiced. While we were there, people left and others took their seats. Absolutely no cleaning of the tables after each table became unoccupied. Unbelievable.
