Great coffees and ham and cheese sandwiches. Perfect taste on the palette. Hope they come out with more items that are so tasty on the palette.

Worst customer service ever. They screwed up my order twice today. They were not too busy so I can't even say that in rush they messed up my order. There were 2 girls working on one person's order and still it wasn't right. I would recommend that before you pay, make sure you aks the receptionist to repeat back your order, because definitely they don't get it right at first.

Great service. Tim Hortons app is a little dolly if your ordering for more than 1 person can't use more than one deal.

I am working on weekend on a nearby hotel and I always get food using the drive thru service. Yesterday feb 8 went to order French toast sandwich took me 5 mins so I’m not late for work. This morning Sunday I was there 550 am expecting a good and the same service as yesterday. Unfortunately it took me 10 mins to finish everything so I’m late for work. Couple of mins so it’s fine. What disappoint me is when I was about to take my sandwich I don’t have egg on my breakfast French toast sandwich. So I called the store and this lady who answered the phone was telling me it’s ok that they can replace it for free as long as I go back. Ok! I forgive the lady e Jane was her name who take care of the service because as per the lady I am talking too told me that she was new. But the lady who answers the phone doesn’t know how to deal with a complaint. It’s not always people are asking for free stuff. Maybe they just want an empathize.
Train your staff better.

I think before this location puts up signs to demand customers respect them by extinguishing their cigarettes before getting to the window they need to work on their staffs customer service & respect to their customers - I WILL NOT respect anyone who doesn’t respect me and every time I come to this location they are rude and more interested in talking amongst themselves then dealing with the customer In front of them this is NOT the first tim hortons I’ve stopped going to because of ignorant staff very soon I will stop going to Tim hortons all together!

This place is the slowest one in Edmonton I stood inline approximately 10 min there were others inline n only one cashier trying to do everything come on guys u we’re pretty good at one time will tell people how bad u got
