I went to this location to purchase gift cards and the lady that served me seemed annoyed and even rolled her eyes when I asked if I can have a balance receipt for them. (It’s only 3 cards anyways, and I only asked for two receipts) I can’t find anything wrong for asking, since it’s the way it should be and no other customers she’s attending. I even asked her “if it’s possible” in a nice tone”
The way she talked was also rude and like mad. Seems she didn’t like her job at all, and she doesn’t know “service”
Good thing the other lady who made my iced cap was nice and respectful.
I went out of the store with a sad experience and disappointment due to horrible facial reactions and attitude of the server.

Don't enjoy this location anymore. The chilli was watery, they charged me for a big size and gave me half bowl with half bun. The Management is terrible.they treat customers like they are doing you a favour. The employees are the same too. I complained to the head office as the owner was very rude to my 13 year old in front of other customers. She came out upset and did not buy what she wanted. I phoned the head office and complained but no one bothered to call me back and ask what happened. I was a Tim's customer for 20 years but after this incident, they lost my business. I don't think they even care anymore

Ordered 3 chicken noodle soups via the Tim Hortons app. I was absolutely disgusted and disappointed at the quality of food I received. 1 soup had no chicken, and the other 2 were half filled with no broth! Essentially it was all mush, I stirred it around to see if I could find any liquid but it was burnt noodles and soggy vegetables that looked to be scrapped off the bottom of the pot. I called the location because I wanted them to know the quality of food that they were serving was not right. The first question I asked was if they had any chicken noodle soup… and just like I thought she said they were out (that explains my 2 half bowls of slush). I explained my story and asked to speak to the manager, she was apologetic but said the manager wasn’t in and offered to replace it. I asked her with what.she offered chilli but that’s not what I had wanted, I asked for a refund and she told me she was unable to do so through the app. She Didn’t get any of my information but told me she would let the manager know and he would refund me tomorrow. We will see how this all works out. I did try getting a refund through the app but unfortunately weren’t able to do it on there end.

Got the wrong order, I went back and the assistant manager, Cherry or Sheryl, has zero communication skills. Didn’t apologized for the inconvenience and make it look like it was my fault. I wanted the classic bagel BLT (the one that comes with egg) and instead I got BLT sandwich I think (a piece o bread with beacon, tomato and lettuce). I went back with my order and while waiting in line, the manager started talking in a foreign language with another employee while looking at me. After I spoke with the cashier, he redirected me to the manager. The manager told me I should’ve ordered “BELT”. I told her I ordered by the name written on their menu, and she walked away. She came back and asked what type of bagel I want in a snippy tone. They fixed my order and I left. It’s not the first time they got my order wrong but it was the first time I went back. Next time I will check my order before leaving the shop.

When you can't get a gluten free doughnut bring your own! Love the Americano with 2 cream one sugar, it's perfect!

50% of the time they have what’s on the menu in regards to soups, chili, sandwiches meats. No drive thru either.

Not the most vibrant or welcoming Tim's. Often I find the doors and services areas to be a little dirty with finger prints. The coffee and food is all the same but this is not a place I'd hang out for a coffee. Located in a strip mall in the burbs is actually kind of a weird location for Tim's. Service is kinda hit or miss with a lot of things Infront and around the tills I found myself having to repeat myself a few times. Ok for an in and out coffee.

Service is extremely slow. They need more staff. They have not gotten an order right any time I have been there. It seems that they do not listen or do not understand when you give specialminstructions for toppings.
