Tim Hortons

I am a regular customer of this location. Most of the staff at this location are very nice, expect 1 filipino lady in her 40s who treats me very rudely compared to other customers. I have felt very discriminated every time she is their and today’s experience was the worst, she makes me feel that I am not welcome their as soon as I enter the shop, rudely giving me my order and not greeting me ever. I usually ignore this as I just want my order and leave. But today I have gotten the worst experience in my entire life at any Tim Hortons. It was unbelievable. She told me the french vanilla machine was not working and then she told me the coffee machine was not working. How can it be possible for a coffee machine to not work at a coffee place and others can be seen sitting down drinking coffee. She may have a problem with me using a new survey coupon at this location but thats not against the rules. It is obvious she is discriminating against me, maybe because of my race or my physical appearance. No one deserved to be treated like that. Some other employees I have interacted with here were very nice and professional. It’s just this one filipino lady in her 40s that discriminated.

I liked the service a lot rick was the one serving me and he was super friendly and understanding will definitely visit again.

What can I say! It Canadian! One of the things that is Canada! It's a great country with great coffee at our level, and it serves Canadians from all walks of life rich and poor, lol we love everybody in our country and give everyone a taste of a good life.lol

The flickering lights in here are literally a health hazard. They make me feel nauseous and I'm not even epileptic. They have done that for months that I know of. This should be fixed. Everything else is fine but I feel bad for your staff working with those lights all shift

I ordered a sandwich a coffee and a cookie everything else was fine but I didn’t get the sandwich i actually ordered. I wanted a chicken crave-able and i got the roast beef one i’m assuming?

Always a positive experience at this location. They were busy. I got hot coffee and service with a smile. Keep up the good work will definitely be returning.

We love this Cochrane Tim Hortons. We drove from calgary almost every week and enjoyed tea and coffee here
