Went to pick up a goodtogo box.the staff were so great and friendly for 7am. Fast service, items were great as well. It was my first time in the store. Very clean

Worst location of tim horton.worst customer service and worst food.always teast and smell bad.avoid this location.

I would give ZERO starts if I could. Staff will make eye contact with you and ignore you at the counter when you are waiting to order, they are rude and passive with customers, and when they finally do take your order they RUSH you through! Not to mention this is the only location that STOPS SERVING HOT FOOD AT 8PM!

Very slow service for the drive thru. They don’t take the order (15 min wait) so it won’t count against their time

On the 23rd of August at 12: 45 pm the lady who took our order at the drive thru was extremely rude we asked for 2 plain bagels with cream cheese instead she gave us 2 4 cheese bagels with cream cheese when we clarified our order she gave us attitude yelling that’s what we ordered. When we received our order we told the one at the window to remind her co worker not to be aggressive and rude towards costumers. Thankfully she apologized

Such a cold, vacant and not very clean place. Someone sleeping on the bench as you stand in line. Missing tables and chairs, etc. Both the Tim’s side and Wendy’s side are in bad shape and have declined so much and I’ll not go back.

It has been the worst tim hortonss. They should hire more people. Or something. A one should stand 10 minutes just for a single order.

Wilted lettuce soggy tomatoes under cooked bacon that’s what you get here. Everyone that works in that building should be ashamed of themselves for serving food like that. It’s not the customers fault that you work a minimum wage job. More effort required. And the manager should be fired for food going out like that.

8/10 times the staff can't get the order correct.
2 times today they got a grilled cheese melt wrong! It was to be double Toasted. It did not even brown the bread or melt the cheese. When asked to fix it. I swear it was microwaved.
When asking for an item they often key in the wrong item.
Ask for no whipped topping and they rarely get that right.
And those who handle food are also touching money with thier gloved hands.

You should give option for leaving no star. This location is horrible, actually a lot of them are. I use Tim’s a lot but this location is very bad. From the constant beggars by the drive though, to the extremely rude service to subpar food to wrong orders to staff who don’t speak a lick of English. The Filipinos are the worst. They’re bad no matter where they work, but in this location it’s so bad with them I can’t even find words. Everyone needs to be fired. The Indian ladies are No better. Not being racist, just a fact.
But…. A few nights ago and I’m talking the middle of the night I encountered a young man at the drive through who spoke perfect English and he was so polite he sent me into a state of shock. Then I get to the window and he apologizes profusely because he didn’t know how to make a couple of items. Not his fault. He was so sweet I could have crawled through the little window and hugged him. One person after using that location for 20 years.
My orders are also usually wrong as with every other kind of drive through in the city. What’s wrong with people? If you hate your job just quit.
I’m done with Tim’s.

Overall the environment and service was not bad. Iced Cap was good as usual. Breakfast wraps and biscuits didn’t taste good

Everything was fine till i got to the window after i pay i waited for 5min and after i got my tea i relised it was lighter then the other times i get it so i parked and looked and thank goodness i didn't drink out of it without looking cuz the lid was gross as it had something on it from where you drink from so after that misfortune i looked in the cup and it was only have full like thay took a small cup and dumped it in main question why did it take 5min to fill half of a large cup Like you might as well fill it in that time frame

Donut was okay, it was actually filled up nicely.

But I am not sure how to feel about when I ask Dozen donuts with no old fashioned, cashier goes what? And, have to explain what is donzen of donuts is as well as what is old fashioned means and ask for ice capp and person goes that's.ice cappuccino right? I am really not sure how I feel about that.but overall good

Very bad, coffee is cold and they need a lot of time to give you your coffee, no one wants to wait 5 minutes to get a cup of coffee on drive through while there is only one car ahead of you and they wait for 2 coffee cups only. Very bad service.

Served me old bread with my broccoli soup (it was stale and crusty on the edge where they cut it) and then when i asked for a different one they still gave my old bread

Training staff here is terrible, left the new guy all alone to take orders during a rush. He was very kind and polite but the manager was very rude towards him and customers.

We were at the drive thru. Trying to order food and the indian lady who was taking our was very rude. She was cutting us off and questioned us three times if we wanted order. Of course we do! Why else would we buy it? On the other hand, Cindy was kind enough to apologize and it was not even her fault. This happened at 11: 24am, somerset Tims. Cindy apologized again for one last time and even was kind enough to ask if we wanted extra cutleries and napkins.

Poor customer service. I told her that i have tims app and blamed me that giving it too late because transaction closed.

Worst service in history. A line of 12 people get ignored to do kiosk service. 20 minutes in line we left. Fix your service

My local Tim Hortons, I'm there every day for a coffee. The drive thru is fast and the service is kind and professional.
Only downside is that beggars sit in the corner of the building right before the drive thru asking for money, food, and coffee.
Every. Single. Day.

I am giving one star only because I cannot give a lower star. The staff working the drive thru are very rude. I attempted to use a deal from the app but she said it did not work, I would have to try using it the next time I ordered. In addition they almost throw your order out the window. Deal with each customer as if they are your only customer, like the staff at the Midlake location. When I arrived home I discovered that they had not given me what I ordered. I also noted that my transaction had not gone through my app and I had not received my rolls! I wonder where my rolls went? Just saying! I will never go here again and will share this experience with everyone I know.

Haven't been to Timmy's in 9 years as we were out of country - went for the first time today - coffee way better than I remember and food pretty darn good. Guess we will once again be loyal fans of Tim's.

It’s so frustrating that I paid about $8 just to receive breakfast with no egg and bacon when i clearly asked for a sausage and bacon english muffin sub cheddar cheese double toasted.this isn’t the first time this happened.the staff should double check orders since they always give the wrong order.im not gonna drive back and waste my gas.

Tried it again lately, slow and disorganized.
Managers and owners need to step up and bring the FRANCHISE back to a quick and efficient standard.
