I would not leave any stars! I went thru the drive thru about 1: 10 on February 5th, 2024. I am used to having to repeat my order several times when I go to this location. This day was different because the young man at the speaker and the window was so rude and lacked customer service skills. I was asked once again what my order was and i asked him if he was dealing with me now? He started to talk like a baby and almost singing his responses to me and mock me through the speaker. I really wanted to yell at him when I got to the window because after him telling me he was dealing with me he still got the order wrong. I can take the wrong order and the fact that 4-5 people are standing near him and can hear him but did anyone say anything? He continued to be a smart a$$ right up to the point I drove away. I work at a job where customer service is #1 and I was disgusted by this encounter. I am so mad I want to go back there and let him know what it means to run a business. Whomever is manager here should know you have 3 stars, there is a reason.

This location has consistently terrible customer service. I have went to this location quite a few times and the ladies in the drive-thru have always been rude and answer questions with horrible attitude.

If I could give zero stars I would. I was with my friend waiting in line, we were at the front and we saw a fly, not a tiny little fruit fly, but a large house fly crawling all over the donuts we kept talking to eachother about the fly and the lady at the counter did nothing. My friend ordered ordered an everything twist to which the lady said she was out of but then turned around, took one out of a small wooden closet then my friend had awful food poisoning right after. This place is extremely unsanitary and don’t recommend for anyone who doesn’t want food poisoning.

This Tim Horton’s is consistently horrible every single time we visit. This is the third time this week that we have had an issue, since it’s the closest to our house and on the way to our daily commute we go back for convenience hoping it will be better but nothing ever changes. Received a bagel with cream cheese which I never asked for, today had a donut that was still frozen and therefore inedible, and also received a coffee instead of a steeped tea. These are simple things that should not be getting screwed up and it is consistent. Something needs to change here because this has to be the worst Tim Horton’s in the city and it’s a shame since it’s the only one in our area.

Don't blink you might miss it! In the morning if your rushing probably don't come here it can be a little nuts in the morning with everyone looking for their coffee at the same time but there faster then fast with service for as tiny as they are on the inside pretty great service I'd say.

I was a daily drive through customer at this location. No more. Enough is enough. If you have one bad experience at a restaurant- you can chalk it up to a bad day. 2 or 3 times.well maybe I'm coming at a bad time. This branch had problems EVERY SINGLE TIME!
Tim Hortons has a great culture of customer service wherever you visit them across Canada, I think- but this location has management problems that you can smell from a mile away. Although Today's episode of "What will suck at Timmy's Bonaventure Today? " was not the staff's fault (Cash only at drive through. NO sign indicating that). They are clearly not being trained in proper customer service. This is a MANAGEMENT issue.
I have routinely had workers engaged in personal discussion while "dealing" with me. Not at all out of the ordinary to find menu items not available. With the exception of one very nice Lady there.never a Thank you, see you later or anything. I actually had my order handed to me by one of the Girl's outstretched arm while her face was COMPLETELY turned 180 degrees the opposite way while chatting to another worker. Not even an attempt to turn around and smile or say good bye. Just the SLAM of the drive though window.
Do yourself a favour and go down to Midnapore location. The staff there actually took the time to watch the customer service training videos!

My breakfast sandwich had no egg and my coffee had tons of coffee grinds in it. Absolute disgrace, Tim Hortons keeps getting worse and worse.
