Tim Hortons

I pulled into the drive thru. Took at least 5 minutes sitting at the order board before someone working the drive thru even acknowledged I was there. I placed an order. They didn't have what I wanted. I ordered something else and again, they didn't have it. I was frustrated by the time I finished my order. I paid at the drive thru and got my coffee. I was told to park. I'm frustrated at this point. No apologies or anything. Sat in my vehicle with my window open. After waiting 15 minutes, someone from the drive thru throws the food at me and walks away without saying anything. Never again. Either tune up your staff or no more business.

Rude staff. Made me wait for no reason with nobody else there and then continued to tell me all of the items I desired they did not have. Why even be open if 75% of your menu is unavailable?

What is the point in paying extra for a latte when it’s never actually hot? Out of the five times I’ve recently purchased a latte from this location four out of five times they make you wait for three minutes minimum at the speaker while they check if they have the latte then when you do get it it’s barely above room temperature. Plus most of the staff always seems so miserable to be there. Going to start going out of my way to find a different location at this rate.

Went through the drive through and had the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Tim’s. Waited I wanna say around 20-30 mins for 2 hot drinks and one of them wasn’t even filled to the top also had to repeat my order a total of 3 times and had to keep waiting for them to come back.

Don’t go here if you want good service

This is the slowest Tims in Calgary. They don't want you to stay at the window for long to run up their timer so they make you wait at the speaker to "check if they have everything" until everything is ready, even if there are a long line of cars. Even when I place an online order for pickup, I still wait 5-10 minutes when I arrive.

The absolute worst tim Hortons i have ever been to.literally the amount of times they have gotten my order wrong or straight up don't give you what you paid for I could feed the homeless for a month. Absolutely terrible.

The staff are sincerely the rudest people I have ever encountered. The one lady, the “manager” (even more pathetic) was so arrogant and rude. Whoever owns this dump may want to teach their staff how “customer service” works.

This is the slowest drive thru ever. The girls are always chatting and screwing around when you get to the window. They will have a huge line up and no one taking orders no one at the window. Worse service service ever! Use to be so fast use to be my favourite timmies in the morning now I go to 61st cause they are way faster. Not sure what’s going on here but the manager needs to step up for sure.

Ahhhhhh Google caught me again. My buddy and I were out on our bikes, needed a couple things from Wal-Mart. Decided to pop into the Tims for coffee and a breakfast sandwich. I tried the steak and egg breakfast biscuit. It was ok. More like shaved roast beef.
The service was great. Friendly and out going. Which worked for me. I'm generally a happy guy. Should have got her name for a shout out. Red hair, you know who you are.

Every time I go to this location they mess up my order. I could understand if it happened occasionally but it happens almost every time. If you go through the drive through they don't type your order in as they're talking to you, so you have to wait for them to type everything in at the end and they always miss something and your order doesn't show on the drive through screen for you to make sure they took it properly. They also can't hear me at the drive through in the winter time for some reason so I have to shout and most of the time I just give up because they can't hear me and my throat becomes sore. I've tried going inside but ironically when I do the person working the front is also the person talking to the drive through so it takes even longer and they still get it wrong. I'm not sure why they do it this way, there's always a handful of staff so I don't understand why they don't have a dedicated person for the drive through like every other Tim Hortons does.

I don’t understand what’s the point for you guys to have timer at the window… When your staff make us wait where we place the order. If we make them wait for 45secs at the window to find debit card it’s a big deal for them and they will literally yell at you for not having payment card ready. Specially Miss Taya and her supervisor. Honestly they both need more training when it comes to customer service.

Top-notch staff who cares. I had two cold brews mis-made, by accident, and I quickly called back the location, the manager answered, said I could come back and fix it no problem. Not only did they do it swiftly, but also showed great care, and provided a complimentary baked good. Well done team.

Undeniably the worst Tim Hortons in Calgary. Every single time I have come here they manage to screw up my order

This is the absolute worst Tim Hortons in the city. You ask them for a coffee and they forget how to think and need to make you wait for 5 minutes to see if they have coffee. To make up for this ridiculously slow time they try to make it up by firing your order out the window as fast as their arms can possibly move. Avoid this location if possible.

These guys are terrible. If you have any sort of mod to your food they straight up ignore it, Order a double triple, you get a double double, order BLT with extra mayo, they reach back and grab one that's already made. They are rude, This is the worst location in the city I think. This is a good example of a place that got too busy, I always ask for no plain tim bits and they always mess that up. I even repeat it after the repeat my order back. Rediculous lol

Nasty attitude from drive thru worker, simple misunderstanding and the sheer condescending nature when replying.

Customer Service is great, specially Christine (Always Smiling Girl), Jaspreet & James are awesome.

One of my worse experience ever. I went there today …. And i order large coffee firstly the girl working here name jaspreet give me the wrong size when i said to her she give attitude. And she was too rude. I really wanna give suggestion to management firstly trained her how to treat customer. And what is the actual meaning of customer service.i don’t wanna visit again here.

The lady that served me was kind of rude but the donuts were fresh and the coffee was good

They just renovated, and it's super nice inside.cozy and has a really warm atmosphere.

I been stopping here for my coffee and most of the time using the drive thru, staff are friendly and smiles on their faces everytime. Keep up the good work and attitude. You guys deserve 10 stars.
