Slow service, food was cold by the time the coffee was ready 15 mintues after ordering. Avoid this location

Friendly service but extremely slow. Place an online order and you still have to wait in the restaurant.

I stop by here every night and order the same French vanilla coffee and as much as you would expect it to be, it never tastes the same. I have no idea what they do differently but considering a comes in a bag, in powder form you would think that it would be consistent every single time but unfortunately it isn't.

Accidentally ordered at the thickwood on mobile order. The eagle ridge location took the order details and did the order without charging me twice. Thanks for the customer service:)

I have never been to a Tim Hortons that doesn't want to serve you what's on the menu. I've been to this location a couple of times and every time I order a new item they don't have it. Today, it said on their menu to make any sandwich into a meal and it said soup was a side option - plain as day it says on their board - but they argued with me that soup was not a side and didn't even check to see where I was indicating the options. Needless to say, not the best place to get food but at least you'll get your coffee.

Once again… my order arrived with problems. I have been phoning them for an hour and no one is answering the phone. I’m very ticked off.

Parking space is too tight, can't park at 1st attempt, and rude guy yelled at me when I was reversing the car to park.
