It was a really bad experience, i was being served with steeped tea that was no longer good, it turned completely black after cream was added. Even it wasn’t hot. As well as zero on customer service
There were many issues associated with our order on oct 22 2022.1. The restaurant was filled with flies and they were everywhere. We saw them in the pastry display case, in the preparation area of our order, on the walls and literally everywhere. 2. Our order took an excessive amount of time to prepare and I rejected the first because of the flies. 3. Not one worker would acknowledge or do anything about the flies when we mentioned it. 4. We called later to speak to a manager and someone was supposed to return the call but it didn't happen. 5. At four pm they did not have soup or chilli ready and would not have the rest of the night. That's unacceptable and not the way to serve the people. The server had no smile and hardly talked to us as she handed the fresh wrap after we waited over 30 mins to get a fresh one with no flies on it! We just stood there and observed what was going on in disgust. This was the worst restaurant experience of my life. Just gross to see it and I had to write this.
When my order was wrong I was met with attitude and a mentality that I’m right you’re wrong. Just save yourself the grief and go across the road to McDonald’s.
Last time I went there they messed up my order and gave it to someone else. Then when I asked about it this older woman was giving me attitude, when they dont check the bags before bringing them out to a car
I feel so sorry for the people of Tim hortons St. Paul. ZERO stating and it shows. I have been to the store 5 times passing through. The drive through would get a 2 star nit as bad usually but going in is a disgrace! Where are the owners of this place! Get your staff training. I will not accept the labour shortage excuse, this is training! Go and see how other store operate like Tim hortons slave lake. Very efficient and professional. And this place was dirty with used dishes all over, old dirty soup containers. Floor was gross!
Worst multi-occasion experience with a fast food establishment in my life! Orders are completely wrong, food cold and lazily put together or outright not even cooked! If you’re eating out in town I suggest anywheres but Tim Hortons
The St. Paul location is very hard to go to, as every time i have gone recently they have gotten my order wrong. Definitely not good with customized orders. Also some of the staff that work at the window are very rude. I asked a question today and the ladies customer service was horrible. Definitely would not recommend to go some where else instead.
Ridiculous, the drive tre and parking lot are horrible avoid if driving a car, the wait is long, food cold, and would rather give change that cook something fresh
Tim Hortons StPaul, you really need to have faster drive thru service, as well as get a plow to clean the high ridges in drive thru. There is no reason why you can’t get that graded down. Not everyone has high vehicles that can go through the drive thru. My car almost got stuck on the ridges, then it’s scraping the bottom of my car because those ridges are so high. Then my car slides towards the drive thru window when you get stopped. Why not get it scraped down before someone sues for damages on their vehicle. It’s ridiculous how high the ridges are, quit being cheap and fix the problem.
If its Tim Hortons in st paul alberta, very slow service wait time in drive through is average 5 to 15 mins.need to clear snow and ice from drive through dangerous by order board and pick up window you slide towards building
What’s the deal with they’re drive thru? They never plow it… I can’t get my car through…it’s so rugged that my car gets stuck on the ridges… And you slide into the curb trying to navigate through…. It’s the same every year! So cheap that they can’t dish out a few bucks to get it plowed? Makes no sense!
Done with it. They will park you on the side of the buildings to cheat on their drive through times, and forget about you, most of the time you will be parked without anyone waiting behind you in the drive through. Staff is unmotivated and rude. When you finally get your food it is usually between disgusting and sub-par. Very thrown together, and those hashbrowns are atrocious at any given time. This review is among many other scathing reviews, but thats how it goes when you show no attempt to care about the customer! From start to finish, terribly unsatisfied with most visits over the years. Close St. Paul Timmies down!
