The second time I ordered with Uber eats.one time half the order missing and yesterday wrong order. Uber Eats and they don't care.

Update: Tried this location again on May 29/23. This location fills the cilantro chicken bowls half full and the cilantro chicken wrap is also a laughable rip off! Reaffirming my review from three years ago. It is the worst location in Canada! Congratulations Signal Hill Tim’s you’re keeping up the bad image!

Three years ago: Probably the worst location in Canada. Very light on the meat in the sandwiches. Donuts taste funny. Always a nice selection of really dumb people who work the drive through window, who always speak terrible broken English. I hate having to repeat the order 10 times for one donut and a coffee.

Literally the worst tim hortons I've ever been to. 30+ minute wait at drive through, my sandwich was missing mayo + tomatoes, literally half the ingredients. My London fog was missing milk and sweetner, it was just water and a tea bag. Also didnt include the ketchup i had asked for my hash brown. Service was nice and friendly but my meal was literally ruined.

Management please have more quality control next time

Everytime I go into.tims and order a tea I get it cold every single time. Im getting very tired of this. Make it hot or don't make it.

If you want to drink coffee with some flies go there. The store’s so dirty, worst staff you can see. The supervisor so tough and impolite

Using skip the dishes, I Ordered 2 steeped teas with milk, they put cream in it. Ordered hazelnut iced coffee latte, missing in the order? Ordered breakfast wrap, while eating it I bit into egg shells. Brutal! All I can say is follow instructions ppl. I give you zero out of ten!

Poor costumer service. At first they over charged us and my mom kinda questioned that lady in the drive thru, and she smirked and told my mom in a rude way “you want me to show you a receipt? ” So i said no, it’s fine. To cut it short, they got the order wrong (instead of just 2 drinks, they got 3). And when we pointed it out, no apologies or whatever, she just shut the window when my mom’s still talking and opened it after few secs to tell us “ok we will just refund you this amount” the heck!

This Tim hortons doesn't have four kinds of their menu at 9: 30 pm so it's better to close shame on you, I left without ordering anything. I want to add very important note, today I noticed that there is Flys on the bagel and the people who working over thier they don't care.this is disgusting.

Every time I come here, there is something wrong or missing with my order. Today I ordered a bagel belt breakfast sandwich and they forgot the egg… Tim Hortons in general isn’t great for consistency but this store has to be one of the worst.

Watched the person in front of us get served, server walk away aimlessly, check a screen and wander to help drive thru, while three of us waited at the till to be served. No hello, no one moment. Nothing. So after a couple minutes standing we left. When we drove off we saw the gent behind us still standing appeared to not yet ordered. So best review can be well it was clean.

Also store is very clean and fast service.

There is no fast service in evening time at this location and specially for mobile order. If you’re ordering ahead of time for mobile order, you still have to wait for 10 mins in store for your order.

My wife and I ordered 2 sausage farmers wrap with extra Chipotle and it showed on the screen my order was correct but then we received our food and it had 0 Chipotle so disappointment

It used to be worth the wait even if the line was long at the Signal Hill Tim Hortons because the customer service was always top notch, but today the person working the drive thru rushed my daughter through her order, didn’t repeat it back, then when we got to the window and the order was wrong and we asked for the correct drink they were unapologetic and initially flat out ignored her. They then had her do a refund and charged for the upgraded drink. I don’t have a problem that we had to pay for the correct drink but when I said that I thought it was odd because it was their mistake the two staff members at the window started talking about us in front of us. We weren’t rude or belligerent, and to be honest I wouldn’t have pointed out that it was their error had they not been so dismissive. It’s just sad that the customer doesn’t matter anymore. There are enough locations that we will just pick a different one next time. All it would have taken was a “oh sorry about that” to keep this customer.

It’s so close it’s criminal. Not really designed for anyone not in a car but not many places are

Asked for a double double and was given something else when going threw drive threw again I swear they put a diff lid on same coffee and passed it back grrrrr

No kidding! We ordered 3 XL French Vanillas and the cups came empty! This is medium! The cup is the size but the coffee is just medium or almost Large! Do your business properly and professionally! Extra money with no extra coffee? !

Typical Tim's. Had their donuts and coffee. Their specials of the time donut was cream filled. Hit the spot just right.

The interior of this location is lovely however the drive through sucks. By far one of, if not THE slowest Tim’s drive through in the city. They’ve messed up my orders numerous times, whether it’s forgetting an item or giving me the wrong item. Employee’s are super rude despite kindly asking to have my order corrected. Was once told that I was in the wrong for ordering using the incorrect name of an item despite my receipt clearly stating what I had asked for.

Bad service, slow rude customers. What's the point in an espresso machine it'll it's always being cleaned.

Great staff, but management needs to deal with the homeless folks standing and begging for money right before the take out window. There is a jog in the building you have to drove by after ordering, and it needs a barrier in there so a person doesn’t have to drive down the takeout road and be 12” away from someone who isn’t masked and probably isn’t vaccinated during this global pandemic. I do have compassion for those living rough, but I really don’t appreciate having to run that gauntlet every morning.

This is the 5th time I've ordered a steeped tea and got coffee or some weird mix of coffee and steeped tea from this Tim Hortons

I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and mocha iced Capp in drive thru.the girl who took my order was not very attentive and when I was in the pickup window a guy was there and asking me what did you ordered I repeat it again and he gave me iced capp instead of mocha iced Capp. I said I ordered mocha iced Capp he snapped at my face and told me you just said iced Capp. I don’t understand why do you ask my order two times and get confused between your team. As he already made my order with iced Capp I was ready to take that but he didn’t even listen to me and made my mocha drink more messier, all toppings were outside the lid and it was dripping. This place is my go to everyday as I’m working near this Tim hortons. I will never ever visit this place again.

Nice and friendly staff. The service was quick. Only four star because my steeped tea wasn’t hot when I got it.

Drive thru is usually very busy. If you are in a hurry it is quicker to park and go inside. Friendly staff, newly renovated, and very clean.

Nice reno. Faster to go in then sit in drive thru. We had turkey sandwich and roast beef one. He went back next day for another roast beef sandwich! Iced coffee was as good as always!

Customer service at this location is the best I have experienced at any Tim Horton's I have been to. The staff see me in the lineup and go ahead and get my order ready before I even get to the window to place my order. They are doing a great job with contact tracing and also are very quick at sanitizing tables between customers. It is nice to see that the team members are actually happy and appear to enjoy working here.

No access to washroom for essential service workers. They laughed at me when I tried to get into the washroom and asked about it. I wouldn't waste my time or money here.

Friendly people lovely drive through really nice layout Wendy's right beside it I mean you really can't go wrong

Awesome staff, safe and clean fir customers but DON'T FORGET YOUR MASKS OR ELSE YOU'LL REGRET IT just kidding but yeah don't forget, I wish i can work there but im FIRST NATIONS no one will hire me when i ask people look at me like im from another planet but im ok

I went there few times even before covid some of there stuff was old like bagles and doughnuts. But the best thing is that there is Wendy's there too.coffee and burger in one place.staff is friendly and place is always clean. There is few homeless always there.

ABSOLUTELY MORTIFIED. My girlfriend was halfway through her farmers wrap this morning (01/20/21) and the bit into her wrap to find the finger part of a glove in her wrap! How disgusting. Not only is it dangerous because plastic is in her food (she almost choked), its also a food safety hazard.someones sweaty finger was in that glove! YUCK.

Will be calling the inspectors on this disgrace of an establishment. I also expect a response from management.

Wanted to grab 6 assorted donuts for my coworkers and they WERE OUT OF DONUTS lol. It wasn't even busy and wasn't in the morning or afternoon rushes.

Imagine going to Subway and they're completely out of bread. How bad does someone need to be at their job where an establishment "renowned" (but not really anymore) for their donuts is completely out of the main thing they sell. Lmao.

This is a wonderfully operated Tim Hortons. One of the best locations on fulfilment of mobile app orders.

Ordered 6 coffee and half a dozen assorted donuts at the drive through when got there received only five coffee and no donuts when looked at my receipt they had charged me for 6 coffee and the donuts, drove around, went in showed the receipt they gave the donuts but no coffee.

Ordered ahead. Received everything incorrectly; substituted with lower value items and they can’t comprehend what decaf means.

Sorry, for me every Tim's is the same. That of course can be good and bad. This one is one of the better ones:)

Worst service.basically make my order wrong every time. I ordered the same thing everytime. 3 breakfast sausage combos with one extra medium black coffee.

Love Tim Hortons usually but it is depending on location. Some of them like this location at signal hill states drive threw open 24 hours yet I pull up at 1130 to find crates in front of the drive threw meaning its closed! They've also screwed up my order more than once. When I ask for milk in coffee tea or ice cap it means MILK!

Come on guys. I orders an ice cap which you asked twice cap or coffee and I said cap. Then I ordered an iced coffee no sugar. We drive away and come home to 2 iced coffees with sugar

I have literally never gotten the correct order that I ordered once from this location it’s wild

Expectations from a Tim Hortons certainly aren't high, but this place needs some work.

It is hard to say that this place is anything but almost okay. The order is quite constantly incorrect, especially in the mid-morning time frame when the line isn't long. I am consistently double-checking every order to ensure that an item hasn't been missed or incorrectly prepared.

I do not recommend this place as I would suggest an On-The-Run Tim Horton's over this place until there is a substantial boost in consistency and accuracy.

Sidenote: this place has a cool sub-culture of paying it forwards. It happens quite often and it really is nice to see.

The service is quick, the staff is nice, however consistency in quality seems to be an issue unfortunately.

I had a terrible experience at this tims. The workers were very rude and got my order wrong 3 times.

Very friendly fast service, good prices. Nice seating area. I would rate them higher but some items are sometimes out. But this is a nice place!

Awesome place for coffee and nice lunches. Soups and sandwiches. Great place for even on the go.

Many times, many Tim Horton's locations make mistakes, but today, everything went perfect at this location. We had a large, complicated, order, and they nailed it! Plus the lady taking the order didn't get flustered with the order. And by the time we finished ordering and paying, everything was already ready for us. Wow. Well done guys!

Updating my review since they renovated. Sorry to say, I think it sucks. The two seater tables are way too close together. There is less seating. If you are facing the windows, be ready to go blind from the sun. They have no curtains or blinds to shield you from the sun. It's all too clinical looking. So sad. Can't believe they didn't try a focus group on this decor. Hope they don't do any more like this. It's enough to drive away customers. GET some Curtains!

We entered the drive thru on Thurs Nov 21, only to get trapped in a line that took 30min. We were late for work because of this. They had closed the store for constru tion, but there were zero signs for a warning of how long this would take until we were trapped. Then once we were in the middle of the line (15 min later) there was a sign saying limited food. If there had been a warning sign at the entrance, we would have never gone through. We were there for fast food and quick coffee to go. If we wanted to wait half hour, We would have sat down in a restaurant. The employee at the window was very nice though. ONLY positive thing! I haven't been to Tim's in over a week because of this. Shows lack of care and laziness:/

Great customer service;miss the window shade. Coffee is hot enough without the sun shining on me. Blinding me and my friend.
