Tim Hortons

Just went there asked for tea and they give me coffee instead. Underwhelming staff. No one seems happy.they always mess up my orders and it’s pretty hard to do so as you can only go inside in person.

Slowest service ever! Avoid that Tims! Not as much as a simple hello or good morning? !? !
Very poor customer service!

I love my timmy’s but this one has the most rude people working, food is not prepared consistently like the other Tim’s. The only consistent thing here is burnt coffee and rude employees.

This place sucks so much. There are only two to three doughnut choices, only ever two employees that share a combined IQ point and no management in sight. I have been here many times and it always sucks. Every order I put in is always wrong, the cashier couldnt even figure out the credit/debit terminal and I can't even order a bagel when they are in the glass. I can see them right there lady let me buy one!

Google says they close at 10, but went there around 8 and they had no more donuts left, they still have 2 whole hours left and nothing to order, they need to do better how can I have a cup of coffee and no donut to go with it.

Tim's tastes the same from one location to the next. This one has a few less crackhead than the ones downtown.

Very bad customer service. They filled a drink full of ice so there was hardly any juice. I asked if they could add a bit more juice and the lady told me next time to ask for less ice. I told her I would make a complaint and she said you go right ahead and do that. Just horrible customer service. It would have costed them 2 cents to fill it with a bit more juice and they would have had a happy customer. I made the mistake of going there again and the same lady with glasses made Potato wedges and didn’t even fill the cup half way. I didn’t bother saying anything because of the attitude she gave me last time. Horrible customer service. I used to work at Tim hortons and this would never be acceptable at the locations I worked. Definitely go somewhere else. You pay full price for half filled products.

Workers are great! Building could use a good cleaning. Owners don't seem to care. Windows were washed last spring, this is xmas now. Heat keeps going off. Was 9 degrees the other day. Tim Hortons should look into this!

Staff is always friendly and helpful at this location. Always try to go here when I'm in the area.
