Tim Hortons

I really only go for a dark roast coffee, it's always very flavourful and has a stronger flavor the last few time iv ordered, which in my opinion is for the better. Maybe new grounds or they use more? It is quite good. Nothing like the old home brewed though. Timmy's you can't go wrong when it comes to dark roast, except when it's wrong.

Really need to update their website with hours. States 24 hrs open. Annoying when we got their with the family of 7 and then they wouldn’t serve us because it was closing in 4 minutes.

I had a great experience at Tim Hortons on 119th 111ave, especially with Jazmine and Hicham they both were very clean and used a new globe at each station and both were very nice and polite they take their job very seriously and I really appreciate that so if anyone in Edmonton is looking for Tim coffee the I would recommend 119th -111ave any day of the week

This is the fourth time I’ve come to this location and asked for extra mayo on my Turkey bacon club and they gave me very little, how hard is it to put extra mayo on a sandwich, also don’t have to be so cheap on the meat, there is barely and bacon and Turkey on this…

This place focuses on drive through, making people inside wait a long time. 3 staff working just drive through. I am the only one in line inside, stood for over 5 minutes waiting.

Ordered two drinks at the drive thru around 21: 17 large icecap and large dark roast double. They parked us and said we will bring it to you outside waited more than 10 minutes no one came out to hand it out the second drink; then went Inside the coffee was in the table getting cold. Then this lady sweeping the floor said oh we sorry we are busy now I don’t understand, why parking cars if you not giving them what they ordered by the way I was not the only one there was another car parked before me that ordered three drinks

We just had a bad experience!

First, we ordered on the app on the way over. The app did not give us the option to purchase a bag.

Second, they stared to hand us our food items one at a time. We got food for three people with hot soup and chillies. They didn’t offer to give us a bag.

Third, the chilli had some on the outside so I had to clean it off before handing it to my wife. I was still at the pickup window for at least a minute more as we juggled our food trying to find a way to carry it all safely home. I’m sorry if we held up the line but we had to secure HOT food before driving.

Fourth, as we where still trying to organize ourselves the window opened again as they got ready for the next customer. Then as we drove away I head him say something like “holy” under his breath. My wife also saw him mouthing something at us. Not a professional employee. Tall bigger white presenting guy.

We did call the store supervisor to complain about the bag issue with mobile orders.

July 16th stores like this need to be automated.just real immature staff like I just came from work. My hands dirty a little bit. My clothes are dirty little bit. Don't treat me like a homeless person and I can't afford a cup of coffee that's ignorant

Frustrated with the service I recently received at one of your Tim Hortons locations. My experience was nothing short of unpleasant, and I feel compelled to bring this matter to your attention in hopes of improving future customer interactions. First and foremost, the customer service we encountered was abysmal.
The staff exhibited an attitude that was far from courteous and welcoming. Instead of being greeted with a warm smile, we were met with indifference and rudeness. The cashier appeared disinterested in serving us, which set the tone for a disappointing visit from the start.
To make matters worse, upon receiving our order, we noticed that we had been double charged for certain items. When we tried to bring this to the cashier's attention, not only did they dismiss our concerns, but they even had the audacity to insinuate that we hadn't paid for the items at all. It was only after we insisted on receiving a receipt that the error was acknowledged, but even then, there was no apology for the inconvenience caused.

The staff are always good at this location and make it better than other locations. We have left other locations due to the rude staff and the fact that other locations close their bathrooms. You have good stuff here and thank you for keeping the bathrooms open. I have a medical condition and at certain times I use the washer more often. Other Tim Hortons locked their bathrooms and don’t give the key to me. Disgusting. But! You keep the bathrooms open here and very clean. Thank you. We love coming here to have a coffee and play a game of crib.

I came in today, I just want to take time and say an extra thank you to guy name Gurman, he was so sweet and fast. I also like his name.

There are no tables to sit at, and the bathroom is out of order. As a disabled person, I find it very hard to get through multiple doors. But the food is good.

Extremely rude staff. No communication skills whatsoever. No supervisor or boss on site. Took 30+ minutes to make my wrap. Then made me a bowl instead of a wrap. (After serving multiple customers that had walked in after me.) Then they FINALLY made my wrap but at that point I had asked for a refund 10 times. AND THEN took them 15 minutes to give me my refund. No staff was paying attention to the front counter and most customers were being ignored without even getting a "Give me a second please. " Just completely invisible to employees. Unreliable staff, useless, rude, and completely all around a humiliating experience. Please DO NOT go to this location if you like friendly staff and fast service.

Cafe is clean, service is quick and my beverage is hot! When are you bringing out the patio furniture?

Went there this morning for breakfast. The lady at the drive thru was so rude and short- I asked for a bacon and egg breakfast sandwich got a ham one? Which I didn’t notice till I got to work and the hash brown chipped my tooth it was so hard: (I’ve been here couple times now over the last year and they’ve never got it right.

Well it is very clear that the New guy in the drive thru (isham) hates his life. I usually have the most pleasant drive thru experience every morning but now I get a “hi” on the monitor. No welcome to Tim hortons” no “can I take your order” no verbal communication of what your order total is, he just shoves the machine in your face and blankly stares at you while you request your total. Then passes you your items as if you are some huge inconvenience to his day. And obviously there is no well wishes for a good day or even a goodbye just a window closed in your face while you are still talking.

Food was good. Service was slow inside probably due to drive thru traffic. Floors very dirty due to outside conditions. Bathroom was clean.
