Tim Hortons

I just have too say I was absolutely floored (in a good way) with my food experience here yesterday. Don't get me wrong, it's still just Timmies breakfast, but I have been to a lot of Timmies and I know what to expect. I don't know if it was a particular worker that day that made it good but I think it may have been better more than just one.

I ordered breakfast, as I was in from out of town at an appt. I was first surprised that someone actually took the time to cut my egg in half to put it on a croissant, egg in every bite had me delighted. Not to mention somehow it tasted better and fresher than I normally get elsewhere. The last croissant I had from a Tim's was chewy and hard like it had been left out all night.
I then grabbed my hashbrown, which, for the first time ever, was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, as opposed to the normal soggy, greasy undercooked hashbrown I am used to.
I was also given, not none, not one, but 3 whole napkins for my 3 items, without asking!
My donut that I saved for that afternoon had been nicely preserved in its neatly FOLDED bag. When I opened it hours later to eat, it still tasted fresh not stale! I think it was actually made fresh that day!

Obviously my expectations are not high for most of my Timmies visits, but the one in Devon really did a nice job. This is how all Timmies visits should be. You should be eating fresh, tasty food when you are paying for it. I just wanted to say well done to the staff and owners of the Devon Timmies, it's great to see people take pride in their work. And I felt humbled and encouraged enough to post a review about it. Your hard work did not go unnoticed yesterday. Keep up the great work!

Went thru drive thru, wrong drink was given. Cheese savoury twist was given instead of everything. Very unprofessional

New Chicken Noodle Soup has tons chicken and is different flavor which is awesome. Best you can get!

If you ask for a bagel with cream cheese it won't be toasted, and if you ask for double toasted to make sure they actually toasted your bagel it still won't be toasted. JUST TOAST THE BAGEL PLEASE. There's nothing worse than getting home and unwrapping your "double toasted" bagel only for it actually to be 100% untoasted, soft, not even brown around the edges. They're so focused on getting the drive-thru line done as quick as possible that the service is bad and so is the food quality.

Sunny and Gurpreet always have my order ready promptly, are friendly and service is provided with a smile. It's a regular stop on my way home and I appreciate the welcome ing atmosphere. Thanks Greg.

I had asked for a xl French vanilla with 1/4 coffee. When I got to the window it was only a LG and no coffee. She says to me, we didn't charge you for an xl, but yet the total didn't change. How hard could it be to have a dead drive threw, and get a coffee right, then charge me for an xl.

Just need to be a little faster and a little more talkative I was sitting there waiting for my water after we got our food and nobody looked or talked to us so we just said forget it and left
But the I think she was manager or supervisor she was super amazing helpful and for sure was running a good team

We stopped here for breakfast this morning, I was surprised how quickly I was able to get thru the line up. Server was friendly and food was delicious

Definitely the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. Service is a disaster! Incompetent staff!
If you do not have to go to the Devon, AB Tim Hortons do not!

Rave to the restaurant, especially Sunil, I worked there about 2 years ago and every time i come in he remembers me and is very friendly and my order is always very good!

Always perfect, the food is always fresh especially evening staffs are very helpful and friendly.

Stop supporting this place over two years now due to lack of consistency and terrible unfresh food.

They're always rushing to get you through the drive thru. Count your timbits, they love ripping you off too.

This place was out of absolutely everything when we went.it was almost to the point of me asking them what they did have so we could stop being told they were out of this and that. Never again

Granted i only know one employees name the customer service is excellent im typing this as im leaving, i walked in and this one person looked at me, made my go to order and brought up as i have a $5 ready

We go there every morning and most afternoons. Generally we mostly buy coffee but on the occasional days we do get donuts, bagels and ice caps. Their normal every day staff are great, coffee tastes fresh. There speed is fast to, i mobile order every morning to beat the traffic there and they always have it ready. But on the off days when normal staff isn't there, I can tell sometimes some staff don't take the time to stir the coffee. I'll restir the coffee afterwards and it'll be stuck in a clump at the bottom. Hence why the 4 stars not 5.

Never been to a Tim Hortons this dysfunctional. They have two order screens but they only use one of them, you wait forever in line and two people in front of me also had their orders messed up. Went to pay with tap and I went to tap the card the lady said I was done but then realized I wasn't even after I asked her if I was. Comical. I'll just keep driving next time or get my coffee from McDonalds instead.
