Tim Hortons

The toilet in the woman’s restroom has been leaking for 3+ days now. We told the workers 3 days ago and there’s still toilet water all over the floor. This is unsanitary and unsafe; don’t even have wet floor signs up.

A few of us usually come to this Tim Horton's after our nightly walk. The staff here are very friendly and attentive, unlike the newer one at Manning Town Centre!

No service for ~5-10 mins iniside with the staff deliberately ignoring us but happy to serve the drive thru. We made eye contact more than once. There was nobody in front of us when we came in and multiple workers behind the counter. Both servers made eye contact multiple times, then served a customer who came in after us instead.we did not get served. We were friendly with the staff, they kept ignoring us. I asked the worker passing by the till to serve us and she claimed she was going on break.so get someone/manager? Its understandable that we got frusterated and left to support a different food chain. Funny that we had no issues with them. If they didn't want to serve, ask us to leave politely. Will be spreading the word not to come to this location. Thank you.

My food was good and I eventually got it but while waiting with no lineup at all I did start to wonder what I might do with my powers of invisibility.

Love this timmies! I go like twice a day to get coffee and every single time I'm greeted with wonderful and lovely people! They always get my orders right even if the orders a specialty order! I love that there a 24/7 Tim hortons, and it's very rare that they clean there icecapp machines in the early Ams, they usually start that process around 430/5am! 10/10 I'd recommend going to this location!

Every day Quick coffee stop for me. Would like to request staff please be nice with new employee in-front of costumers.i ordered coffee and by mistake new boy add 1 extra sugar in my coffee.the lady looks
senior staff.she was very rude with him.i felt bad for him.

The staff are usually friendly (ish) my biggest issue is they never have the doughnuts I want when I come in. Other than that it's identical to every other Tim Hortons out there

Good service, preety girl, nice location. Beer was coffee and I asked for a cold brew and there was ice in a sweet cold coffee. How can a brew be so weak? I can't believe they don't have alcohol in the beer! Nice place though

Unfortunately, Tim Horton's App.has not been working for several weeks now, unable to make rewards, access their rewards nor offers, moving on to something else.

I ordered a chili and asked for a white bun, not whole wheat. The lady asked if I wanted an artisan bun or the old one, I said the old one. Got home and got the wrong bun, okay I get that mistakes happen. I drove back and they corrected it. Kind of. I got half the bun with my large chili, it should have been a whole bun which is specifically why I ordered the large. Please educate your workers on their job. I know this may sound like a miniscule problem, but it is not. I am giving you my hard earned money, I would like, at the very least, to get what I asked and paid for.

When one asks for a large turkey bacon club sandwich 6 times and they still don't get it right. They don't confirm the order. And before I paid for it I confirmed. Is this price for a large turkey bacon club? And the teller said "Yes" I go pay for it and get handed a regular. I said I asked for a large. They said you only paid for a regular. I go through the spiel again, before I paid for it I said whether this was for a large and I was acknowledged with a yes. I am not going to pay extra for a mistake that the cashier made. All this extra debit card usage is not good due to mistakes from the cashier. To be honest more proper English speaking with good elocution staffing are needed with good communication skills so that these careless mistakes aren't made especially when confirming 6 times with the cashier. Tim Hortons in other locations are notorious for this. I figured I would try this one, but to no avail. This is an honest review. Communication is needed. Products are good at times and even then hold times are a must. Back in the day when I worked in a Tim Hortons/ Wendy's establishment. Staff were fired or sent home early for pulling this type of mistake. And then counter arguments on top of that and shifting the blame throwing the customers basically under the bus is not a good thing. The customer is usually right. Management should be more aware of this. Customers is what keeps your business afloat. It's all about quality not quantity.

I dont know whats wrong with this location i ordered threee egg and cheese farmers english muffin and they sent it on a biscuits they dont care about customers preferences at all

Ordered a bagel BELT. They forgot they egg. Haha simple mistake, wasn't busy nor necessary. However it was good. I told them and they took the sandwich and replaced with a complete one. Easy fix.

Just another Tim Hortons, the only thing to comment on was this place was busy for a mid-afternoon visit for a coffee.

Food is good. Hate going through the drive thru. I always have a bit of a panic attack when they're throwing your order out the window faster than you can grab it.i also hate that they allow panhandlers to sit right in the drivethru lane begging for my hard earned cash. First of all, I work hard for my money and I give to recognized charity organizations. These folks should not be sitting right in the drive-thru where I'm trying to order my breakfast. Management has the right to not have them on the property.

Typical tims. Don't try to talk to them at the window because they can't hear you with the Plexiglas barrier

Good coffee just wish they would learn how to clean a public bathroom but it's not just this one it's almost all of them

I'll just wait for them to tell me what to get since nothing on the menu is ever available
