COOP took care of filling my tires and putting gas in the Jeep. Stephan took great care of me.

Ordered a Large lemonade and they left a good inch of top of the cup empty if I wanted less frozen lemonade I would have asked for a medium.

Google says the store is open 24 hours, but when I got to the store, it was locked, and nowhere were the hours posted. And when I called the store, I found out that only the drive through was open and that I wasn't able to get a coffee. The store lied about being open.

I went to the shop at night time, all employees were so nice and helpful. Especially akash who helped me with all the drive thru menu and helped me to chose the best food. He’s the best

Literally cam in for a coffee and farmers wrap. Coffee was cold and farmers wrap had eggshells, next time im going to the mcdonalds

Please be advised al your staff washed their hand before they start to work. I both 3 coffee this morning and all smell like some kind of perfume. All coffee went to garbage because of the smell.

Ordered food at the kiosk. The signs above the kiosk said "Skip the line and Save time" after they served all the people standing the line up I got my food. A line up of ten people.what a joke.

Come here nearly 3-5 times a day sometimes more, (because it’s in my area otherwise I try to drive to 17th ave) the coffee can be hit or miss and they NEVER stir a coffee, sugars at the bottom. But today I was verbally assaulted by an employee in the window, even the other staff working was blown away as they know I’m a regular and don’t deserve the disrespect. I have a feeling it’ll be brushed off but maybe the owner will see this review and look deeper into it, but because of this you lost the rest of my business.

This is the most slowest service ever. I've been waiting for 20 minutes for service, and my lunch break was over by the time my order came in. They better get their service up and going fast

Horrible service time and time again. This time literally waited 10-12mins with only one customer in front and no one in drive thru. Ended up just leaving without being served.

This place is horrible, the staff is rude and management, or should I say whoever is claiming they're a supervisor at that time. The only decent person they have working here is the night shift, she's a sweet Phillipino lady. Literally went through the drive thru at 2pm had one taking my order, she vanished and another came on the mic and told me the first one had put through one order and now I'd have to do another. So, I had 2 orders instead of one. This place is a mess and the staff needs to be overhauled, starting with management. How can a place have this many bad reviews and nothing is done with their staff to fix the problem. Customer service should be first and foremost. Have 6 people piled in one spot and 1 person working. I'd rather drive out of my way then go here and be mistreated and have my order messed up.

Will no longer spend money at Tim Horton's. They have chosen to stop serving whole wheat bread and buns and their coffee is disgusting. Tim Hortons was once a great place to go. Sadly it is no more.

Good service and tasty coffee served. Lots of various doughnuts and pastry served. Also new Flat Pizza served. Was delicious and tasty. Yummy

This morning I am very pleased the way Tejinder took my order. She asked what I liked she got it right at one time.

I always take my coffee from this place, but unfortunately the team there is rude and they don't speak nicely with the customers.

These guys are amazing at extremely early morning times, but after about 08: 00 the drive thru slows to a crawl for the rest of the day. And yes, they do have A LOT of traffic in those early hours, they just can’t seem to get a crew that can handle it at other times. Although the service is slow most of the day, the staff is polite and friendly, and they don’t often mess up the order.

There is one lady taking order from us she is so rude not respecting customers this is not way to treat guest and we order black coffee it was so bad and not even she asked needs sugar or no? Very disrespectful

Absolutely terrible.ordered on the timmies app 3 times and they said they ‘couldn’t find my order’ when i had literally ordered from them earlier.called them and they are the most disrespectful business i’ve ever come in contact with.

2nd morning in a row they got my order wrong and gave me watered down coffee do not recommend

Lineup didnt move.
Only 1 Cashier servicing the line up and there were almost 6 people in Line. Dated 31-DE -2022 at 14: 15. Took me 25 minutes in the lineup to get to the Cashier.

I have been thrre many times, my order is never rite when I recieve and leave, today I ordered two nreakfast sandwiches with 2 hashbrowns and two extra large coffees, they through my hashbrowns in bag then proceeded to shove one sandwich in bag smashing my hashbrowns and then handed me bag quickly, so I get home only to find not only did they squish my hashbrowns to be unedible they only gave me one sandwich I'm tired of the thievery, not first or second time this has happened but a phew now

I just got a French Vanilla coffee, which I always get. It could have been a little bit hotter.
