Convenient and reliable Tim Hortons spot. Service is always quick and staff are friendly. The coffee and snacks are as you expect, although the Tim Bits seemed a little on the stale side. Overall, I’ll return again.
Freshly renovated store, but I think they must have saved money by taking the worst and slowest employees from other stores in the area. I waited over 10 minutes for a breakfast sandwich and hashbrown. And the samdwich wasnt even good! The staff from the front counter kept disappearing for no reason.
Disrespectfully customer service.coffee was 3-4 hours old when I requested to a Lady to make a fresh one she refused and made an argument. Overall It was worst experience ever.
Menu says a ham and cheese sandwich is $5.99 + tax (which is $6.30). But at the window they are trying to over charge me and to boot don't have any buns left with the only option to have it on a bagel. Wouldn't accept a discount from the $6.30 since they didn't have any buns left and tried to overcharge me with no remedy. I had to decline the purchase just based on principle.
I think they think you’re a hobo when you’re a trucker who just rolled out of bed, so I was waiting for my mobile order 20 minutes before I asked where it was. They had it waiting behind counter, given to me after giving my name and looking me up and down. They should call it out then ask for name confirmation, no? Iced cap was just completely separated. Wasted my time and quality of food degraded. NICE
The coffee that Tim Hortons was famous for now is mostly very inconsistent where once it is very strong or slightly coffee favored water. They no longer leave the pot brew fully before taking some from the pot. It seems like one guy gets first part of pot while the rest get the leftovers. They need to do something to bring back the good coffee for the customer who is paying for good coffee. Some places are quite consistent but most are not. Unhappy customer. Funny they don't ask to comment on how the coffee was.
We came to this location to buy coffee and we noticed a lot of flies inside the store and food cabinet I have videos on flies crawling in the food. Disgusting!
I ordered from the drive through and it literally took me 5 minutes to order 2 sausage on a biscuit combos. I had to correct the order multiple times and at the very end when everything was understood, well now there’s no hashbrown so we gotta do it all over again. Perfect. Brutal service.
EDIT: I usually go to the one on baseline in the morning and they can take my order AND get my food in under 20s.
Didn't really like Tim's way to many locations. They need less. You shouldn't be able to see a tims location from the one your at. I honestly think its a scam for new Canadians to get trapped into working for pennies with the promise of permanent residency.
Muffin and coffee ok Went inside and waited and waited and waited and waited. And waited some more. When I did get service they were friendly and accommodating. Seems like if you don't go thru the drive thru, and instead go in, to try to beat the line up, you are rated as a second class customer and they don't seem to mind making you wait. There were enough staff to have at least one person only work the tills, especially when one is walking around using her phone and not acknowledging the customer. If she was in her break, stay in the back. Guess you need to use the drive thru. VERY VERY SAD. My waited time, probably close to 10 minutes.
I ordered a beef and cheddar sandwich and it was pretty good. The drive thru reminded me of the scene off of Dude Where’s My Car. Spoke way too loud into the microphone, constantly cut me off while I was trying to speak, and didn’t use any language associated with being polite.
I ordered veggie habenaro wrap in drive thru but they gave me chicken wrap. I am pure vegetarian and have never had chicken in my life but i had it because of them. Worst experience
Maria was our awsome worker. She was so sweet and so happy to see we had our pup in the vehicle! She not only let us add stuff to our order at the window, but my drink was made perfectly as well as my sandwich!
If you do drivetru, make sure you double check your order before you hit the road. They love messing up orders. Happenned to me more than one time. Just frustrating when you expect bacon and you get sausage.in a BELT.
This location has the worst doughnuts I have ever had at a Tim Hortons. I have tried over and over again but they are never good they are always dry and don’t have enough glaze on them.
