Updating service to just a 1 star because they get my order wrong so much of the time.

Returned a few days ago and they got my order wrong, I ordered the Reese cup cookie and received an m&m cookie.it's not the first time either. It's actually happened a few times this month alone.

Updating my review again because they are selling the Reese cup cookie with no Reese cups on it. There was the pecans and chocolate chips inside but totally missing the 3 little Reese cups on top that make it a Reese cookie

The staff with Coloured contact lens today October 6, between 1: 15pm-1: 18pm lunch time, moves super slow, and she needs to stop rubbing her gloves for food on her clothes.

That just invited more bacteria on the food.

She also blamed the customer for taking the crispy Chicken Habanero, even tho SHE DIDN’T say it was chicken habanero, she said Steak habanero. And with that mistake, she blamed the 2 customer.

Unprofessional in all areas.

Very bad service. Order taker was rude and they handed me timbit wrapped in a paper. Didn’t put it in a bag. Did not even ask if I need a bag. Disappointed.

There food my opinion is dry old and from next day there was a time we told them there fruit Flys nesting in there garlic pastry thy didn't take it out when it was contaminated from the fruit fly nesting in it. We told them but did nothing about it and just waving the fruit fly away I didn't want to come and eat there after that. And there carrots cake muffin was dry
Another time it was cold like it came from the fridge I like it fresh from the same day it's made.
And last opinion sujester you need windows where you're donut s and sweats because flys fruit flys go in donut and make nest s and we eat it that is a heath haberdashery not healthy

I was at the drive through this morning, the girl totally messed up my order, she gave me a lemonade instead of Orange Ginger quencher, chocolate Timbits instead of Honey Dip. When I told her that she is wrong, she gave me a look, no apology at all.

They lack passion, I always get XL 3 cream 3 Honey. They seem to rush it and when I take a sip it’s always bitter and I don’t taste honey or the cream at all. One staff there always gives me a dirty look too.

One of the best Tim Hortons in Edmonton! Especially because of how kind/nice the employee's that work there are. It genuinely feels like they want to be there and care about how the customer's day is going.it's very easy to start a conversation with them.all of this goes a long way and can really impact everyone's day.

On top of that, your order always comes in a timely manner. God bless you guys.

They refuse to serve coffee 10 minutes before closing time, not happy with the treatment we get.

I placed a mobile pick up order and waited 20min for it and nobody let me know when it was ready. When i finally received my order, they got my order wrong (i ordered a farmer's sandwich) and they completely forgot the hashbrown and sauce inside the sandwich. I went back nicely to let them know they messed up my order and the lady specifically told the cook to place a hashbrown and sauce to my sandwich. After getting the new sandwich, I realized they forgot the sauce again. It shouldnt be this difficult to make a sandwich right. Dont come to this tims:)

This place used to be good. I have came here twice recently and they got my order wrong. I ordered a french vanilla and a tea but got a coffee. The staff are also interesting.one was directing traffic out of the drive thru window, telling the cars to stop before the window then telling us when to go.

Closed 15 minutes early. Previous customer experience was horrible as I waited for a peach quencher, but they gave me coffee and wouldn't do a refund.

The cashier treated us as disrespectful and expressed negative emotions towards us. Tim Hortons

We came here 10 minutes before closing time which shows 6: 00 pm. But it was closed.

Went there 10 mins before closing! And they were already closed at 5.48 on sunday but they were supposed to open till 6.00 pm! Didnt expected that from tim hortons! Worst experience ever!

I am always asked for a sleeves for a hot coffee it supposed to be they know it coz its hot, right? And in the drive tru I need to put the sleeves to my coffee and told you to move my car.if they put the sleeves to my coffee already before they give it to me I am drove away immediately. BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.specially in the drive thru
