Tim Hortons

My boyfriend had gone into order about 30 to 40 mins ago and we ordered 2 sausage and Eggers, one was on a muffin which was supposed to have extra bacon that we were charged for, it did not, our eggs had also been green, which from my 6 years working in a kitchen tells me they were sitting in the hold for longer than the 30 mins allotted food safe time. We also ordered a large Chai tea with 3 sugar and no sugar was put in. We will not be coming back to this particular store as stuff like this has happened before.

Timys is the best coffee ever and since they brought timys to this city that's best thing they ever did

Very quickly become the worst Tim's in the city. Drive-thru accuracy is atrocious. Not only did they get my order wrong, the gave me just a bagel and forgot every other ingredient on the breakfast sandwich. That should be embarrassing for whomever runs that place. Not the first time either.

I had to wait for a cab one evening so I went to this tim Hortons to wait. I saw on the door that it closes at 11pm and it was 10: 15pm so I went in and got a coffee. Then while I was waiting, I got a phone call so I stepped outside to answer and while I was on the phone, they locked the doors and it was only 10: 30. I saw there was still 2 people sitting inside and I noticed the side door was open so I went back in and I asked if I can order something to eat and the young lady said she would ask her supervisor so she did and he said no to my order.
Not sure if this is common practice for Tim Hortons but it would have been nice to know ahead of time, say, a sign on the door to let me know they were closing early. This happened on May 29th 2023.

The experience is terrible. I have never experienced such poor service in timhorton. The staff were lazy and even gave me an eye roll and a look of disdain. The staff didn't seem to have been trained, because I kept repeating what I ordered, and there was a hair strand in my bagel, which was disgusting. I'm never going to this house again.

Orderd drive through grill cheese sandwich top was melted but the inside wasn't more like a Cold cheese sandwich there goes my food. I didn't have time to go back and complain didnt Evan finish it. They were just too busy to get the food out the drive through rather than preparing it properly.

It's a good place with easily accessible bathrooms. This is extremely important as I walk with a walker

Tim's is Tim's, it isn't anything special, their drinks are ok. It's a solid place to visit, you always know what you're getting. It's far from being the best choice out there, but it's ok.

Spent a ridiculous amount of time in the drive thru waiting for one drink.and they got the drink wrong but we didn't notice until we were home. Definitely won't be going back!

Took literally 20 min to get 4 coffees. Asked three times and nothing. Occurred Nov 12 2022 @ 150pm. Not good customer service.
