And staff refuse to let an old lady use the bathroom and cry in pain
uppity staff who have real supercilious attitude.look down on the less fortunate.

Cleanliness is lacking in all areas. Needs some improvement but product is as good as always!

They never give you your right menu that you order. So many times I have to returned because my beverage is not what I order sometimes I ordered one pastry and got two. Most of the staff’s not focus… always on their personal phone.

I go there every Sunday morning. I tell the girl I want a large double double darkroast and I want it hot because 3 times they served me luke warm coffee. Again today she served me luke warm coffee. I saw her just turn the burner on for the pot on top. After about 30 seconds she poured my coffee. Maybe they should turn the music down and do there job properly.

What a joke Tim Hortons

Today (28 May 2023) around 4.15pm went to this Tim Horton front of the Jasper place Trao get my lunch and coffee. Person came to me took my order and I paid with cash and gave me the balance cash.wait for the order. He was wearing gloves when he took my money and went to food prep are to do my sandwich with same gloves that he touched the money. I took the sandwich and move to other counter to take a lottery ticket. I was looking at him while I am paying for my ticket and I saw he is counting money on the drive through area cash register and went Back to back area and came back to front and stand with same gloves on his hands. I wonder how long he was wearing his gloves speeding the germs. Money is the most un hygienic and it goes how many peoples hand been what a dirty places. After that I went to him and said you cannot use the same gloves when you touched the money. It’s the protocol. He did not even apologize or offer me a new sandwich. I worked for city of Edmonton as a Transit Operator! We are come every day to pick our coffee and food. After what happened today never come to this place. Bad experience

Most of the staff is fine. There's one that clearly hates her job and all of the customers she interacts with. Don't expect sunshine and rainbows, but atleast fake a smile while you're handling customers. Also seem a tad bit racist towards the native population. Given there's plenty of riff raff, often times they'll even treat the "nicely" dressed aboriginal people poorly. Example someone was buying a homeless guy some food and instead of bagging it she tossed a paper bag at them. No other guests besides myself so it wasn't like she was in a rush.

Coffees standard. Barely have food here, go to the one up the road.

Today was a complete shock to me. As I received the best customer service from a lady at this Tim Hortons (160th St & Stony Plain Rd.) I wish I would have asked her name. But unfortunately I didn’t as I was so impressed by the service… Thank you Lady for restoring my faith in Timmy’s and their lack of customer service lately…

Order takes long to be prepared.and my last order was missing an item. I didn't check on the spot, so I tried calling them after, no answer.

Make sure any food products you order from them is fresh. I just got a turkey bacon club and the bread was literally rock hard. I didn't know until I got home and was about to eat it or I definitely would have asked them to remake it.

I like the little has stations with Tim's accessible. It's a little bit of a funny store set up to fit everything but I've never had a line at Tim's. I think the majority of people avoid these Tim's so much so they are never busy.
