This is the worst place to get mobile order out of my last 10 visits I had here.all of them I waited 20.mins or more for my mobile order and it results in me telling them I'm waiting and they finally make it
Never been disrespected by a guy serving in the drive through. He raised his voice and closed the window because he said he was angry that I changed my order. I hope this is a one in a million occurrence but definitely never going back to this location.
Seems like they had all new staff on. Plus the sink beside the takeout counter was a quarter full of dirty water in the tap was leaking. Everyone who picked up their order could see this.
I was drive through by the time I was trying to pay it and get my coffee. One of lady working there yelled to me like she was rushing. I was polite to her but I think she wasn’t had a good day. I appreciate if you look down your employees working on the drive through. And let them be patient for the customers especially morning.
If you're not in a hurry, this is a great location. Maybe the drive thru is faster, but I don't know. When you do get your order, it's correct and done well. Decent amount of seating for the space.
Always getting my food order wrong. It’s very frustrating. The drive-through girls are always rushing me to leave and when I check my order it’s wrong 80% of the time.
I had the most horrible experience at this location today. They did absolutely nothing to even attempt to solve my issue. So I will be following up in a different way.
The staff are friendly we all have to be patient cause often it takes a min but considering? What the staff are up against they get it done quickly and in an orderly manner. I tried the app to order it's slow very limited in selection misleading. I often at night just call the guy and he tells me what I can order. Timmy's get your app together.lol
It seems like they never have anything. No donuts, not a single one. We even had to wait for coffee. Like coffee and donuts is what they do. It's their main focus, or was once upon a time. But yet they had none. So tired of this.
This location is a hot spot late night hangout. Have some good damn inventory.
Why is it so hard for a person to make a coffee correctly? I honestly don't see how it's that hard to put in the correct amount of cream and sugar asked for,
Dismal, wrong order, screwed it up in the drive thru.points scanner not working (again, seems to happen a lot here) app not scanning and charged full price even though I showed them the discount activated.fed me a line of it's for "mobile orders only" sorry but this place is the pits.and how difficult is it to get 1 coffee wrong? Seriously
Shady area with badly designed drive through and exit leads to front doorways blind spot so accident waiting to happen there. Staff are ok, food was ok.
Terrible service, constantly being ripped off for wedges or such from them, won’t give proper change back or any way to verify through receipts. Worst place period. Staff are stuck up. Company should shut this location down or find better employees.
This location is horrible. They don’t LISTEN! Literally the worst! Food always comes out wrong, packaged poorly, wraps are not even wrapped, constant issues with wrong items, wrong sizes, poor quality and staff that literally don’t LISTEN and lie about things when you call them out! They need better training
Ordered an Apple Cinnamon Fog with 2 sugars. Waited at the drive thru window for 10 minutes. My tea was not hot it was warm, did not taste like apple cinnamon at all, no sugar added and a tea bag was popped open. Constant bad experiences at this location. I'll go out of my way and take the extra hike to another location from now on. Prices go up and the quality of service goes down.
Was about to enter drive through lane seen 10 cars so decided to go in instead.upon entering i noticed 1 customer leaving and 1 waiting to be served.stood in line for 10 minutes while the person in front got served he ordered a chicken sandwich thats it. 10 MINUTES LONG STORY SHORT DONT GO IN DRIVE THRU IS WAY FASTER. By the time i got out the drive thru was clear.
Waited in a line of 8 cars for 20 minutes just for them to get my order wrong, I handed it back to them and they got it wrong again. Need to hire new staff that know what they are doing
I did a mobile app order and they got the wrong order 100% they do not answer the phone at this location at all.i want my refund.they sent me 3 tea and a ice cap and a muffin and scone.when i ordered a ice coffee 2 med hot coffee framers wrap for 2 a bacon grill cheese and 12 donuts.
I have got to stop giving this location a chance just because it’s convenient. This morning I spent 10 minutes in line. And there were only two people in front of me when I arrived. I ordered a cheese bagel H&G cream cheese and a xl 3x3. $3.45 was the total I was given. Everything was correct on the screen.
I hand them a $5. I received a plain bagel with plain cream cheese. I thought there was way more than 3x3 in my coffee it was so sweet, then I realized I was holding a medium cup, as compared to the one I had yesterday on the floor, and was given. 65 cents. Which I realized later, as well, since I just threw my change in the cup holder instead of putting it away. Something small but annoying happens every time I try this location. The one on 97 st is a little out of the way but they never seem to hold people up, in and out in no more than 5 minutes. Even with customers wrapped around to the front and they don’t make annoying mistakes like that, that you necessarily wouldn’t go back for because they are all relatively small issues. They just shouldn’t be happening that often when you are paying for the food to be hot and accurate.
Over the course of the last 3 months I've visited this location 5 times and got 5 HORRIBLE ice capps. Even just not I came by at night when it was not busy and I still got a really runny ice cap that tastes like sugar water.
Open minded staff cause I was on my bike and thay served us through the drive through and we fine with it and even made a co.ment as to how nice our bikes where
Just went through the the drive through only to have the attendant grab my phone from my hand to take it inside to scan it without asking. I shouldn't have expected any less seeing as not one word was spoken from her. No total, no hi, thank you, just the interac machine shoved in my direction.
Today around 2: 20 pm, we were buying a small coffee double double and while I was putting my debt card back to my wallet, tim hortons worker (Indian lady) told me to hurry up and drive quick even though I was alone at drive through no one behind me. I was tired and i didn't have a time to call the manager. I never ever experienced that type of behavior from timmy workers omg. I will never go back to this location
Done with this location. It was awesome the first month I was visiting than it started going down hill fast. Now it's just an absolute disaster. Too many new hires, your ice capps are always runny and way to sweet and quite honestly the outside of the store is disgusting. It smells like there is a body or a bag of poop decomposing in that flower bed and why are there ALWAYS so many grown adults hanging out around the door like a bunch of high school kids.
This Timmy's has a unique feature to it. It is the community meeting spot. Its pretty cool to see people out tailgating it with a Ice cap or a double double in there hands. Its cool old school
The absolute slowest drive-thru in the city. Looks like they average 3 minutes per vehicle, so you're looking at over 20 minute wait with just 7 vehicles. Yikes.
This Timmy's has got to be the slowest one in the city! They definitely need to get their act together! If I was the owner of this place I'd fire everyone there and replace the workers with people who want to work with some zip in their step. I just can't understand why they are soooooo slow.
The last two times i ordered a blt extra crispy extra bacon. The last time there was extra bacon but it was not toasted and not crispy bacon I threw it away it was disgusting and soggy. Today I ordered a blt extra bacon extra crispy again well guess what it was NOT crispy or extra bacon that I payed for! Just know when I go back they are not gonna be to happy to hear from me I’m specifically pointing out the sandwich lady! I even made sure to ask her befor I left if it was crispy she said ya it is. I hope you C H O K E on crispy bacon lady
Went in to get a coffee and bagel. Person making my phone not wearing a mask. I asked them to remake it and have her wear a mask and she pulled it up over her mouth leaving her nose open. We are in the middle of a pandemic and the are not following proper safety protocol.
Frequent coffee run are made from this location and unfortunately with the drive thru being fast paced, quality service is being left out. Recently placed an order of 7 drinks and a muffin. Problems were: 1 lg DD was missed out on the order 1 lg Earl grey tea, ordered DD but was given pure black, and was drinking the tea and some grinds of tea was in it. Checked my drink, tea bag is ripped and contents were inside the drink. Called the store for the missing coffee and was told only got charge for 6 drinks and I said thank you then. But checked my drink and found the tea bag ripped open. Disappointing service from this store.
Asked for a london fog and received a regular tea, if you don't know how it's made or can't, just say so, don't charge me for something you can't give me, tried calling the store and nobody answers. Person at the window couldn't get rid of me fast enough something tells me she knew my order was wrong happens too many times, but today I had enough. No I'm not judgmental, I worked the nightshift for 12 years at tims, there are some expectations and standards
Poorest customer service, coffee never tastes like other tims. This location is on my way to work, But I’ll never buy again from here. Very disappointing.
People are very unkind and they have wasted my 20 minutes because she gave me a burned bagel. I wish I could upload the picture it was all black and when I went to return they fully ignored me and throw the new bagel and when I asked this is how you do customer service she was being rude and sweared on me.
Terrible! You have a better chance of winning at roll up the rim than them getting your order remotely right. Even if they do, it’s cold or burnt. The customer service is non existent. It’s clear they don’t care about the customer or the quality of their products given.
During this time where we should be taking extra precautions; the workers at this tim Hortons seem to care less. The one who works at the front window is wearing gloves to take the money and give back the change to people, but with those same gloves they are putting the lids on the cups and serving it back to you. They need to make sure they are NOT touching the lids where I’m supposed to put my mouth on with the same dirty gloves they been taking dirty money from people all day
I hit this one at a busy time in the morning and the staff were definitely struggling to keep up with the volume of orders. Service was average and it took a while to even make a simple tea.
So many times I am disappointed by the service of this location. I ordered a croissant breakfast sandwich combo and the sandwich was so poorly made I have to completely take it apart and actually remake it. Not to mention the fact that the drive thru service is so rushed they have multiple people shoving your drink your food and the debit machine in your face all at once. If you want even some semblance of quality go to the McDonald's a couple blocks away.
Staff by the name of Rekha was very rude. I went to pickup an order by drive thru on March 28,2020 @ 9: 11pm and she said I need to come in. I told her that I don't see any customers inside and saw a sign on the door when drove by so I assumed all orders are to be picked up from drive thru similar to McDonald but her response was: " We need to see your bag so you need to come in. " I said I'm already in the drive thru line and will show the bag and app and her response was "You can talk to the manager in the morning". Ridiculous. I went inside and ask her again why and she said I need to call skip. It's like every response from her is not to diffuse a situation but to continue an argument and she got one.
Its Tim horton's. There is nothing else to say. But just remember its a starting job for most youngsters so you can't expect a 5 star service from a coffee shop.
Been to this Tim Horton's quite a few times, as always the coffee is the same but the customer experience is something to be worked on, personally I think they need to be a little less pushy and a little more customer friendly at the drive through.
I got the wrong bagel and filling. I asked them again what I had ordered thinking maybe the cashier heard me wrong. She recited my order 100% correct then I showed her the bagel that I received and she shouted out loud “who gave this bagel? ! ” Also there’s a really bad pungent smell from the drive thru window of all the gasoline being burnt. It’s horrible from the inside.
Lady made my drink wrong and gave me some wild attitude when I asked her to correct it. Why you working customer service if your going to get upset when you make something wrong and someone brings it up. I didnt want to be talked to that way at 7am in the morning after a long weekend. She was so mad she had to get another lady to make it lol. It's not my fault you made the drink wrong. I just want what I paid for so I can leave and go to work.
Poor management. You complain about someone taking your coffee from your table and he does nothing about it. He said call or email head office. They lost me as a customer.
Do I really need to say anything here? Any coffee lover will be familiar with timmies and all their wares. All around best location to go to is the one on 82 street and 130 ave in the Delton square. Always fresh coffee, fun and awesome staff, and if a mistake is made always first to make it right.
Nice staff, but close during the night now, not open 24 hours like most Timmies restaurants. Also, you can't get anything but sandwiches after 10pm or so. Grill is off, no soup, no chili, no wraps. Not until open, which I don't know what time that is. It's close to my house and I used to go sit in there and read or play games on my phone and drink a couple of coffees sometimes when I couldn't sleep or was bored. Now they close, and that sucks. Also, don't go there if you're hungry at night.
