I live in taradale and the tims by my place is being renovated. So i go to falconridge for my coffee in the morning. The coffee was so bad this morning.it tasted like dish soap. They didn't even give me what i asked for. Its about 15 minutes away so no point in going back to complain. This has been 3 times in a row that stuff has been wrong. So i can't justify going back to this location. The lady dealing with the debit is always so kind and sweet. I do feel bad for this review because of her, she has been nothing but nice.
Theres so many people at the window handing you your order its no wonder stuff is being messed up.
Tim hortons has gone down in quality over the last few years in Calgary. They're too worried about that little timer clock above their drive through window and taking your money. Just have to get stuff out into peoples hands regardless of what it is and if its right. Theres 0 quality control. Im really disappointed. Id love to see quality come back to tims as it once was in the past.

We have an 18 month old toddler and this is a busy branch. So we assumed that this place had a high chair. To our disappointment, neither do they have a high chair, nor do they have proper automatic door buttons. So if anyone on a wheelchair or has a baby stroller has to visit this place, it is so frustrating to have to wait for someone else to open the door for you every single time! A hands down on this store for sure!

26 Oct 2023 at 6: 30AM I went inside to Oder my food just a coffee and muffin (sukh) her name tag she took my order all time of my order she didn’t even said a word to me so rude behaviour of her. Not appropriate for a customer.

Things have been going well and the service is very good however there’s a lot of litter around the location and drive through. I also had a bad Chili the other day like totally spoiled and that was concerning especially after i called to inform them and found out nobody taste tests the food because it has beef. So whatever’s going on there with standard food service procedures is anyone’s guess. I like Tim Hortons chili but not enough to be hospitalized. It was congealed, no aroma, and sour with a disgusting texture and funky mushrooms that’s pretty bad coming from a bucket. Whatever was put aside and saved from the night before is unexplainable because it’s in hot hold serve mode and needs to be discarded every night! …shame ~ shame on that gang…

They took unexpected time to take order and punch in wrong window I can’t even see my order, I was offered vanilla syrup in chai latte can you imagine and end up giving me black chai tea, when I called manager said I just started my shift so I don’t know what happened before come back and we will give ur right drink, no apology or acknowledgment of anything super disappointing

This is too much. Today I ordered cold brew with hazelnut and it tasted horrible! Not he first time, it’s either they forgot to put sweetener on my tea. I guess the order taker doesn’t pay attention. Will. Never go again to this place.

Very rude employee at drive through window. Not a pleasant interaction. Asked for type of muffins and girl gave me attitude instead of being nice and calm about it. Need to teach some customer service manners instead of just employing rude people.

Worst Tim Horton location, need to have their franchise revoked. Rude staff, wrong orders and then they blame you. Don't waste your time here.

The service is super bad. Already two time they give me wrong order and the drive-thru take so long. The employees give you a very poor service. Never come back to this place. I do not recommend. The wait is too long.

They don't understand what less cream means and will fill your iced cap with mostly cream and think their customers won't notice. Staff need retraining

In the drive thru service I ordered 2 ice cream cups with caramel and when the girl gave it to me they had not put caramel in it. I asked her for the caramel and she didn't want to do it even though it was her mistake. It is very bad service. I think the person in charge should train the person.staff to meet customer needs.

Staff is very rude. One of them (Raman) is rude. She didn’t even listen carefully and i have to repeat again and again.

We visited Tim Hortons at this location since it was on our way from north east to our home in south west.

The drive-through coffee house is smaller with fewer sitting arrangements than some sizable THs. It; nonetheless, has a high bench and some high chairs for those who prefer to sit at a higher level, along with regular sitting arrangements. Also, there are three four-seated tables outdoor for those who want to enjoy al fresco dining.

There was only one customer in front of me, so my turn arrived pretty soon. The employee who took my order was courteous and efficient.

He took my order and right away gave two cups of coffee exactly as I had instructed - a sugarfree cold coffee with cream and only a few ice cubes for me, and a regular hot cup of coffee with cream and sugar for my wife.

Although the place was not pristine clean, it was not noticeably dirty. Since THs do not have table services, for most times the tables are found uncleaned in majority of Tim Hortons in Canada, so it is unfair to blame THs at this location.

I wish there were dedicated cleaning staff in every Tim Hortons to keep the restaurant clean and hygienic at all the time.

Not enough people working tills and serving inside customers. They also work without urgency or pace. The drive through is better but still below average compared to others. This one, plus the south fish creek Timmy's gets my nomination for slowest service.

This 2 star review is not based off of just one experience.been going here on and off as unfortunately due to location convenience over the past 2 years.

Hope they arrange more staff for dine in customers and and work on quicker service.

Employees refuse to listen to customers when they're going through drive-thru completely messing up everyone's if the owner of this restaurant to please get ahold of me that would be great I would like to file a complaint against the supervisor on duty

Very bad customer service on drive-Thru, intentionally make you wait on order kiosk, keep on repeating simple coffee order again and again, like let me check if we have this or no just to save their window time, like don’t you people know if you have coffee in store or no.

They don’t prepare your online order until you arrive which defeats the purpose of pre-ordering online. I had put in the order an hour prior to picking up which would have been plenty of time for it to be ready by the time I arrived. But the drive thru worker said they don’t do that, they look up your order number and start your order then. There shouldn’t be an online order function if this is the case.it’s misleading and disappointing when you arrive and the order is not ready. I was late for work thinking my order would be ready upon arrival (as per the app indicating it was ready) but had to wait in the parking lot for it to be prepared. Very disappointed and will avoid this location from this point forward.
