The female employee as t this location doesn't understand customer service. The first time at a Tim Hortons where I truly felt not valued as a customer. Will be avoiding this store like the plague. The Male employee tried to make it right but then was disciplined after on doing the right thing. I feel that their roles should have been reversed.
Worst experience I ordered everything bagel with extra toasted and butter but I received cold bagel even I called in store for that I want extra toasted and butter worst experience I will give 0 rating for my order
Oh. My. God. Half the baked goods were gone and they weren't making more, which left little to no choice for selection. The had only 2 flavours of timbits to pick from. Two.
The bathrooms were a disaster. No soap, no toilet paper. The tables in the dining area were all dirty. At least 3 employees standing around. Doing what? Who knows? Not cleaning anything, that's for sure. Avoid.
Horrible customer service, tried to buy some breakfast for my crew before heading to work, big line up so I tried using the machine m, had a big order so it took a bit of time but at the end, the machine didn’t work, tried talking to someone about it and they just sent me off, talking about technician and what not, just take my order right? No they sent me to the back of the line up and said “just go to another Tim Hortons” Like WHAT? Horrible horrible
I do go around anywhere in city all day and every day doing Uber, so I order whenever is my nearest Tim’s! This store has always met my expectations. Staff is always nicely approachable and respectful! You don’t feel rushed when you need to take your time to figure something out, change mind, and also for some reasons when you screw up with (online) app order, they are understandable and do their best to help you out.
Once I ordered through app and forgot to schedule the pick up, by the time I made it to the store my icecap was already melted. They didn’t give me the drink the way it was, but without asking them they made a new fresh one in stead. Another occasion I ordered with espresso, the worker forgot to ad it in the drink! I simply asked them to make sure if the added it or not because I don’t seem to notice it. No further details needed, a new one with espresso, a smile, and a warm apology. That being said, they care for their customers.
One of the worst Tim Hortons I’ve been to. They never have supply of donuts, cookies, and Timbits. They also close way too early. What kind of Tim Hortons closes at 8pm?
I came to this tim Hortons on June 26 2023 and was horrified. I decided to use the men's washroom before ordering and was faced with the worst public washroom I've ever seen. No toilet paper (or paper towels btw), no HAND SOAP even, large graffiti on the walls depicting profanity, disgusting dirt and grime on every wall and inch of the floor. I told the cashier when I decided to order and she said "that's really the customer's fault". I'm sorry, it's MY FAULT that YOUR washroom is a complete mess and out of the bare minimum toiletries. Yes I'm so sorry, won't be going back.
This location was quite dirty. Garbage on the floor. The corners on the floor were black and don't get me started on the bathroom. Just horrible. I did mention something so hopefully they will clean it. As for the food, it was just ok. I will never order the everything breakfast croissant again. Was mushy and very oily. Oh, no service with a smile at all.
Doors are the heaviest I've ever opened and always bounce back. Watched a couple older people struggle. Place is always dirty, areas in there look like it's been a year since cleaned. Service is the slowest in the city. The girls seem to talk and joke around with one another and finish their conversations before say what do you want. There seems to be no care in the world here because of the name and that's that. McDonald's here I come
Painfully slow. Over 15 minutes to get a single coffee after 10 am (not even a busy time).
Today I decided to try this location over the closer 130th location to test if I'd actually save time by avoiding all the lights and traffic on 130th. Boy did that fail.
This lady had a very unappealing attitude towards me and my friends while we were ordering food. Not only was her attitude unappealing but her blatant in neglect towards her job was too. When my friends and I repeatedly kept asking for a specific item, she refused and said it wasn't there when it was clearly there. She had also shown a very rude attitued towards and elderly man as well. For better or for worse I'd like to see something done about this. Do better next time.
I stop here once or twice a week, as this place is convenient. Never had an issue with the food. Unfortunately I have received horrible customer service with (aka. Karen, the blonde-assuming manager/owner) street clothes, no hair net and hair not tied up. She is extremely rude to customers. -Tables are barely ever clean. Always cleaning one to sit at. -Womens bathroom is absolutely disgusting, and rarely ever any toilet paper and the toilet never flushes properly.
Very filthy, they never get your order right, very unprofessional, if you order more than one thing they mix it up and serve it in a dirty bag, mixing all your meal in one bag. The staff are disrespectful to the customers, when their attention is called to mistakes they make. It's hard for me to order here because I just want a simple meal but I find that I have to go back and forth because they've messed my order.this is every single time. It's rather unfortunate.
Disorganized waste of time. After placing my order and waiting several minutes, I was told it’s actually not available available and would take another 8 minutes to make, unless I want something else. I requested a refund, but won’t get back the wasted time. Avoid, there are other locations around.
