Tim Hortons

Awfully managed. There’s always a huge wait for service, even when the place isn’t busy. Uber and Skip drivers are usually hanging out by the counter complaining. Staff seem completely disorganized, and there’s usually one or two standing around looking unsure of what to do while avoiding eye contact with the giant line of customers. Right now there are 17 people in a line that’s not moving, and three people seated. This place sucks.

Awful. As per usual, they can't make a bagel properly. I should expect it by now as it seems to be a problem at EVERY Tim Horton's, but it's still infuriating. Toasted means TOAST THE DAMN THING, don't give me a slightly warm bagel that's just got some burnt edges but is still soft and not at all toasted. How does nobody know what a toaster is or how it's supposed to work at these stores? Plus, I ordered it with butter, do you think I got any? Well, I got barely any scraped over half of the bagel, and the other half was as dry as the Sahara. Like seriously, to the people making it, if you wouldn't want to eat it, if it wouldn't be enough topping for you and you would be annoyed at getting one made that way (because ANYBODY WOULD), then do better and make it in a way that YOU WOULD BE HAPPY WITH. If you wouldn't be happy with it, don't serve it.

Your regular Tim Hortons service but this has a very dangerous box that you shall not touch otherwise the whole thing explodes. See the picture.

Order was still messed up and the customer service was so unprofessional.

I decided to give them another try after a year and nothing has changed my order was still messed up when I got handed my order I realized it was wrong I didn’t get the extra topping that I payed for when I asked the guy is this my right order with the extras? He said in a very unprofessional way I don’t know, this is how it comes and he was just gonna let me go like that then I as I look closer I realized that actually that was not the item I asked for and he said well I charged you for that not for what you actually ordered as I was saying I have no problem paying he said just wait in the corner, there’s no need to be rude and not knowing how to professional solve a mistake. When my order was delivered by another person I said thank you and I got back a cold yeah as he was walking away.

Previous review: The worst location I am never ever going back there again! They always mess up my order no matter what I say they never get my order right.
I just don’t have time to check for my order every single Time this is supposed to be a fast food place, the staff should be trained and able to handle lots of orders with accuracy. Drive through is awful they don’t even understand anything, after 5 minutes of clarifying your order they still hand your order all wrong.

Firstly, order was not ready 30 min before! I had to wait for 5-7 kin there to get my pre order!
Secondly, when i got the tea and bagel the bagel was burnt and looked stale to me and the tea cup was not properly closed at all. I spilled half of the tea at my clothes!
Never coming back here and not at all recommending ordering through app!
Ordering ahead means your order must be ready on time but waiting for the order that i ordered 30 min before makes no sense at all!
Even the lady and the boy didn’t felt sorry about preparing the order late or nothing the staff was very rude!

The place is really dirty and staff struggles to understand basic English.
Other than that its a basic Tim Hortons.
Spend the 3 minutes and drive to the Tims on MacLeod Trail.
Only positive thing is that they are one of the few stores to have the Glazed Old Fashioned Donut

Been here a few times in the last few weeks and there are flies everywhere including in the food displays. Many customers comment on it and there are lots of reviews stating this exact issue. This location needs a major change of management and cleaning protocols.

They got my last 3 orders wrong in a row. Always check your bags before you leave the store because they charge me for items and it’s missing in the bag.

The place was disgusting! Flies landing all over the food, none of the workers seemed to care! This location would definitely fail if a health and safety inspector came in.
Shame on you Tim's Hortons. Clean your act up before someone gets seriously ill.

Visited to day around 12.30 afternoon. Poor service. The person who took my order scratches his had and then puts his finger inside the cup. Instead of bringing the food to customer chatting with his coworker. Customer had to ask him if he can have his coffee. Don't recommend this location

When you have a line up in store in the morning you don’t need 6 people working one drive thru window.
Poorest service poorest attitudes from staff.
What ever happened to the days when you only had to wait 2-3 mins to get your order?

Staff here will glance at you and do nothing.

So many people come here and still receive poor service all day.
Maybe one day management can take their job seriously and have this place running smooth…
High hopes in a place of low expectations

I walked out. Store was almost empty, another customer walks in behind me, they serve him first. Lady comes up to the till but continues to talk with co workers instead of help me. And eventually leaves the till without saying a word to me. So I went to Wendy’s next door ;)

Love this store so much. Busy but they are trying their best to serve their customers. Kudos to you guys

Every morning I enter a mobile order here and it's always the same. There's a really long line inside that's being ignored at the counter, and a line of people waiting for their mobile order. I wait about 5 minutes before I'm helped and in that time no one has helped the counter. I've seen people just walk out. You might as well go to the location on heritage.
You would think the food here would be good since they are so busy but just a bun for soup is always rock hard.

My husband went to this Tim Hortons location for chicken noodle soup for me. Always when soup is ordered at Tim Hortons, a bun and butter is included with the order. However, the horrible staff at this location not only refused to give my husband a bun and butter, but also said they would charge him for it, even after he explained to them Tim Hortons policy of including a bun and butter with soup. He also had to wait 20 minutes, even though only he and one more customer was physically inside the store, the staff were focused on drive thru instead. It shouldn't take more than 3 minutes to fulfill an order for soup, and the customer shouldn't have to explain to staff their own policy! We are disgusted!

Service is noticeably slow and my order has been received completely incorrect twice now. Go to the one on McLeod

Definitely on the quicker side of turnaround times. I'm always in a rush when I use this location, and I'm always on time to my destination. Long story short, there are no crazy wait times at this location. Both for drive-thru and walk-in
