Takes them multiple tries to get your order right And when you get to the window you find out it's still wrong. When they miss something that you didn't pay for Because of their mistake And you say you'll pay for it. They tell you we can't because we have a lineup. Absolute worst tim hortons service ever

Their debit machine is lousy. I tried paying at both terminals but it didn’t work. Machine adds an extra digit when entering the pin. I tried so many times that my card got blocked. Just saying to all businesses don’t install the debit machines which they have in your store.
I think it is verifone.

Too good to go order - food was so expired it should not have been served and the gall taking orders did not know what Too good to go was.

The drive thru is slow at best of times but would be worth the wait if the staff at the window were actually polite 2x now the girl same one has been so rude

Great customer service by KATHLEEN.one of nice employees this TIM has.the way she greets, takes order and make you feel comfortable is A-mazing.

The frustration of being treated in such a way is that, it should never happen to begin with.

I respect the reduction of waste, but if you feel that your customers are so terrible that they cannot control the amount of napkins they use (and I do believe there are people who waste all types of food establishment supplies), but to not even hand out ONE napkin.with FOOD that was ordered. I felt like I was 2 and could not be trusted to do it on my own.

So, the apology, is appreciated, but I didn't post this review to get anything from the store.

Dislike having to basically BEG for napkins after ordering FOOD! And they look at you like you asked for a lap dance.it's really disrespectful.

One staff was kind enough to give me hot water for my baby’s food to warm. Thought we did not order yet and just waited for my husband. I appreciate the gesture. Thank you.

This place used to have great service about a year ago, but the past few months the service has been terrible. Employees are rude, food is terribly and lazily made. Even the drinks are made awfully and lids are never on.

Always come here, this time the half FV/ coffee was very plain taste.is like the person made the drink add hot water diluted.not cool.

Went back home without my meal. The lady told me everything was in the bag. I think she needs to go home and rest. Just a waste of time coming back to pick up my meal. I'm not coming back on this location for sure. Very disappointed.

Kirandeep, the supervisor here doesn't even know how to greet customers. Didn't even say hi, or even asked what to order.

They don't have most of the items what we order. The order goes through the app. But when we get there the staff say they don't have it without a shame. No apologies. One of the worst Tim's in the area.

Such a bad experience bcz i heard for the first time that we can't use paper cup while sitting in the tim horton by law i was like seriously? Plz print your guidelines & show it to customers bcz people wanna know the protocol please specially after this incident.

They always run out of bagels. And never refill them. Staff is very rude and uninterested at service.

It takes forever. All businesses including Tim Hortons are cutting down hours. That doesn’t help reputation of the company when you can see the economy sense in business. Employees have to work faster and harder with no life balance and decent breaks.

Great spot, service is good and usually not too busy at lunch time. Satisfied with the coffee here.

Went there for a donut but no stuff member was available to take my order, so I left. This place must be bad because employees pretend they don’t see the customer and don’t make any efforts to get your business; and it is bad for the business if they don’t have time to sell you a donut. I waited for someone to take my order around 10 minutes and I think it’s very disrespectful to any customer.
