Coming from a logging/oil community where people work crazy hours.a 24/7 Tim Hortons is beneficial. This one is closed from 11pm to 5am. This one has a “staffing” issue that needs to be addressed. As a truck driver that starts early in the AM we depend on such establishments to be open. Please figure out your staffing. Pay people more to work nights. Give incentives or whatever it might take. But you make enough money during the day to cover any nighttime wage deficit. Thanks.
Sincerely a pissed of trucker.

Only the drive through opens at 5 dine in doesn’t open until 6! So if you’re a truck driver or operate any vehicle that doesn’t fit in the drive thru you gotta stand in the drive thru like a fool. Why not open everything at 5am? ! Oh and nobody pays attention to the mobile orders coming in, stand and wait a long time for any mobile order.

Jessica in training didn’t call us to take an order until we walk to her. She took our order, took payment and said nothing. I requested our receipt, she just grabbed it and gave to my face without saying anything again. She gave us wrong beverage, but she said “oh okay”, no apologies
I just have not got much positive experience here in this location

I wanted to see if I can use some of Tim Horton reward to purchase donuts and coffee, so I asked this younger cashier boy. He just laughed at me and told me “buddy that promo is over long time ago man. ” Okay, fine. And I now wanted to use my point to purchase the beverage, so I made an order and told him if I can use my point. He banged the counter, and call his manager and said “hey, now this guy want to use his point”. I totally understand that he did not know how to redeem points for the drink, but he didn’t have to treat customer like that.

Being friendly is different from being too frank and too casual. I hope he can treat other customers better and would have a better experience next time.

Experience was the standard mediocre experience Tim Hortons everywhere provide. Staff seemed like they would rather be anywhere else. Can't say I blame them.

Not even 9 am and you have 0 plain bagels. Terrible experience for breakfast when driving through

This is probably the slowest Tim Hortons in all of Alberta. You can expect to wait 15-20 inside of in the drive thru. The staff is slow, they don’t know what they’re doing and the service is poor. I hate coming here, but have to for work events. They always have one cashier no matter how busy it is inside. Horrible Tims.

Most inconsistent Tim's ever, coffee is burnt, tastes like they never clean pots, dounts come stale, try any other Tim's it is a excellent order, this Tim's miss the mark big time, order a coffee, taste it, toss out the window and drive away, I will give it another break for a while and see if the quality changes or just stays at the low standard

Dining room is NOT open 24 hours.
The drive thru is open 24 hours but the restaurant is not. We just watched 5 truckers try and go inside to get coffee at 5: 30 am and the door was locked. They all left without purchasing anything. Kind of hard to take a semi through the drive thru.

Definitely one of the worst Tim’s in Alberta.
Since I moved here a few months ago I have never once got my order right, and they make no effort to fix it because “we have to make a new order” staffs words

When you leave your drive thru costumer waiting for their order at the back of your store for 20 minutes, and that costumer has to come inside and watch you make their order, the least you could do is say "I'm sorry for the wait" not just "here is your order". Poor costumer service.
