Tim Hortons

I’m sad to have to put a bad review for anyone but avoid this location if you can.

I specifically called yesterday evening and spoke to someone to find out where it was actually located because it is incorrectly marked on the maps (I submitted a correction but it baffles me that the Tim Hortons corporation doesn’t keep track of such things). The person that answered told me where they were located and that they are open until 9: 00pm, however, they kitchen closes at 8: 00pm for food.

I arrived at about 7: 50pm and was told that they were out of everything except sandwiches so I order one since it was all that was left. The counter server was friendly but then told me they were unable to take my gift card manually since their machine was down.

I’m not sure why this location would be open late if they don’t have the inventory, their machines don’t work and there is no access to seating inside at this time.

The area isn’t the safest in the evenings and I’m beyond frustrated that I came out of my way to get dinner on my way home, only to be leaving without.

Simreet is wonderful I come here everyday and she greets me with a smile and takes the order. The whole team is also good

Service is fine and have been going there for years. It now feels unsafe to go in due to people with substance abuse or mental issues loitering in and out of the store.

Be cautious at this location as I have witnessed numerous incidents of intoxicated street people passed out or harassing staff and customers.

This may literally be the most nightmarish Tim Hortons in all of Canada. Good on the employees for continuing to work there. The lights flicker like a horror movie and there’s always one or more people from the street sleeping inside right next to the lineup. Reeks like urine and is never clean

They have doble charegd me the manger was reqisted to fix the charge from corporate and refused to refund

Good breakfast great prices.but every seat was occupied by someone of the vulnerable population forcing us to find someplace else to eat the food we bought.

Don't bother. Your coffee will be old and sitting in a thermal carafe for over an hour and rather then make a fresh pot theybserve you the old Luke warm coffee. Thanks for brewing that fresh. When I asked for a fresh cup they said no that it was fine and I was being fussy. Better off finding literally anywhere else for your coffee then this location.

I got a carrot muffin, frozen lemonade, cold brew, and farmer biscuit sandwich.
The sandwich was the best one I’ve ever had from Tim Hortons because the eggs were fresh! My cold brew was delicious and the cold foam was perfect. Yummy frozen lemonade and carrot muffin. I did wait a while for my food but it was because the eggs were being made fresh (: I wish they told me it was my sandwich instead of just tossing it on the counter and walking away, but it’s ok because it was awesome.

Yesterday i went to have a coffee and use washroom. There was a homeless man askinf for a coffee. I asked to buy a two caps of coffee and one cheese biscuit. Whe she, an East Indian like looking girl, She changed me some amount of money. She didn't say how much and the machine didn't show how much. I tapped my card was waiting to be offered my receipt. She didn't offer the receipt. She give two biscuits instead of one. I walk to use washroom. But their washroom was out of service. Walked away with full bladder and thirsty. I can't even drink my coffee because of having a full blood. I took a bus and came home after 2 hours at home I realized I was charged $9.50. I really do not like the service. The restaurant was really dirty looking too. Even though it was a quiet morning, the restaurant floor was looking dirty.

The cashier this evening on March 4,2022 at 8: 00 pm, customer service is terrible, made my 3 Large coffees wrong. It was an easy order. Triple Triple, Double Double, 4x4, the woman also repeated the order back to me like she knew what I wanted and how I wanted my order. Coffee tasted burnt and no sugar added. I STIRRED MY COFFEE, MYSELF. Tasted no sugar and burnt. I would usually stop in this place with my family for coffee and hot chocolate, but this evening was my worst experience. This cashier that is the face of the company, made me feel so unwelcome and uncomfortable. Terrible service.

Got an icecap after seeing Sandra's attorney. They make the best icecaps! I get mine made with milk instead of cream and I add expresso.

Ordered a vanilla iced coffee and caramel; neither of them had the syrups added, they both tasted bitter.
Also got a sausage and egg breakfast sandwich, asked for no cheese, but cheese was still added, when I went back they gave me a sandwich with just sausage and I didn’t have the time to go back for a 3rd time.
Quite disappointed, the only thing that was correct was the toasted three cheese bagel with butter.

On Saturday Morning 7am January 22,2022 has to be the worst service I have experience at this location. I waited for over 10mins for my order and it wasn’t busy at all. Poor effort by the crew

The location is to be avoided only because homeless people hang around the entrances. They harass the Tim Horton's customers and passers-by, including the women walking to work at DynaLife. This is not a safe area.

Good staff. Good hot drinks. Slow on hot food otherwise would be easy 5 stars.it will take a few extra minutes so don’t expect to be in and out if ordering hot food.

Watch out for East Indian customer that steals food from hot service area.

I ordered an iced capp with whipped cream. I was waiting for 6 minutes, my name never called. Then when I asked the employee had it and she was like "I've had it for 5 mins already" rudly and I said well I dident hear. Then it dident have whipped cream on it so I asked for my whipped cream and she argues that I dident ask for whipped cream and that she won't put it on, I'm already in a hurry and I just wanted to enjoy my iced cap but this rude employee completely ruined it for me.

If i can rate zero i will.they have extremer very bad customers servicers l and get wrong order i order turkey without bacon and i repeat my self many times but still got turkey bacon and person came head of me and got his order.and bad adultoids

Never go to a place that refuses a child her food after you messed up with taking our payment.we will never be back.

No bathroom for paying customers. Where the hell else am I supposed to go? Would you like me to pee on your doorstep? Terrible service. Never going back.

Saw a cashier be rude the other day at this locations on Saturday to a women and a child. Something over a payment that was already paid for. The look on that child's face as I walked in I can never forget. So sad To the kind man who helped that women out God Bless you, We need more people like you in the world.

Staff were friendly and nice. Good locations too for bus commuters but the dining is packed and seems to be a homeless shelter.

IT was good wanted to sit but had to wait for chairs but other then that it was a good sitting fast severs I'll go back it's timmys.

Has a public restroom, the staff seem to keep it clean, but it is probably the only public washroom available, all in all, a pretty important location on Jasper

Street level City Center Tim Horton's doesn't allow sick days. Even during a pandemic or states of emergency.

I believe they should have more security. I was harrassed twice and no one said anything. Avoid this Timmy's as much as possible.

I work downtown so I am always looking for places to get my lunch. I walked into this Timmys just hoping to get a crispy chicken sandwich. The staff here is amazing.they are always going over and above in recommendations and quality of service. Great job you guys.

Service is fine and have been going there for years. Used to be the most efficient location in the city. However it now feels unsafe to go in and out due to the increase of people loitering outside that appear to have substance abuse or mental issues.

Just came here. Very rude staff. Tried to charge me extra for bottled water even though it was included in the combo. After I argued with the server about how it specifically says bottled water is included in the combo she finally processed my order. But she made the sandwich very sloppily, handed me the food and said she already gave me the bottled water which I actually never recieved. Then she went and got one and slammed it on the table. Completely unacceptable behaviour.

Very busy place its always a wait time but even the coffee machine wast working but they still manage to get me my order on reasonable time frame.

I actually don't like the taste of double double. But rest of the appetisers are very yummy n definitely i will suggest you for it.

There coffee is so inconsistent. Sometimes I get dark roast and sometimes they give me what ever they feel like giving me!

Staff who took the order was not friendly. The staff who prepared the meal didn't change gloves in between making food for different customers.

Croissant was 2 days old, this location doesnt sell fresh pastry. Scammy tim hortons city center low level

ZEN is doing amazing job here. We were in line and someone was shouting on her but she was so calm and handing it with smile. She the best example of good customer service. That made our day. This one for her only all the way from Surrey BC customers

They are cold and distance. They just leave the drinks on the counter to have everyone else figured out which is whose.

Jen and Manpreet are doing incredible job. A great customer service by Jen and a very helping attitude by Manpreet. Much recommended stop for a coffee. Nov 23,11: 45am.

The 2 stars are for getting my order right and they were delicious. The 3 stars I didn’t give are for both the staff and the store. The store was dimmed and not welcoming at all. The first person I spoke looked tired or not interested in what she was doing. I tried to order a “bacon cheese melt” but she thought It was for a “bagel. ” I hear the judgement from her tone. She was also talking with little to no customer-service. This is the same for the person making the food. No smile. No thank you. No nothing. I understand it’s not an easy job. The easiest way for customer service is a smile. Even if you don’t talk back to us, a smile is enough to get a 5 star review.

Gave myself plenty of time to grab a coffee before my bus stop, had to leave before I got my coffee. Probably made someone's day, but thanks for ruining mine.

This place is heaven for me! Fantastic donuts and pastries. I love this place and i visit this place every weekend to grab some cheat meals (hahah)

Rudely interrupted by the manager's wife while talking to an elderly native. We had an extra chair at our table for a friend who showed up. The manager's wife told us to move into the main mall area if we wanted to have more than 2 people per table. Just as well, they got our order wrong, giving us a 9 pack timmies instead of 10. The service is asbysmal, they make money simply bt being a necessity in location. I recommend the Tim Hortons on Jasper Avenue, 2 blocks away.

Love that there are standing tables, the crowd has changed since this awesome change the store has made! Knowingly this store has had many troublesome 'patrons' who will buy one coffee between six and sit there for 5 hours selling their drugs making it super uncomfortable. I appreciate the dedication of the beat cops coming by and making sure that things are SAFE!

Its not as bad as people may say! But too be constantly watched by the police when I'm drinking my coffee -well now, that's just pathetic!

Staff is little rude, I know they deal with a lot of difficult people there but still they need to have some customer service skills. Serving coffee with angry faces and bad attitude is not cool

Terrible location. The service is always slow. I’m always waiting about 10 minutes for my order (a bagel), and they skimp out on the cream cheese every time. Might as well just ask for butter. I gave it a few chances before writing this review.but three strikes, you’re out!

Has to be the worst service you could possibly get, i am waiting at the front of the line, the lady doesnt even show shes ready to take my order then out of no where rudely says excuse me then when i ask for my order she rudely says “what kind” so i say sausage and she says “ what do you want to drink “ i then ask for a peppermint tea with one honey and shes like “what size”? Then without hearing my answer says “medium” then i say “actually large please, sorry” and then she says “why didnt you just say that” then asks for my name and gets mad because she cant hear me then asks
for me to spell it for her then she still proceeds to spell it wrong as shes typing angrily then proceeds to make my tea wrong with no one and only one bag in after i asked for both, and then i get my food and it has bacon instead of sausage and the hashbrown is as hard as a rock and this constantly happens with this lady, this is a normal thing whenever she is working. Shes a bit older and bigger than the rest as well as taller, and she is always angry for no apparent reason and makes it obvious she doesnt want to be there.
