Tim Hortons

I usually go everyday to Tim Hortons but today I believe this is my first time I have seen such an excellent and kind Tim Horton employee’s Customer Service who spoke very sweetly and kindly. I was their around 1302 hours, honestly most of the Tim Hortons employees who served me with coffee, always had fake smile on their faces and treat like they do not even want to talk.
But this young lady Nav served me a Large Coffee and gave me a compliment. Thankyou for being nice and kind. I hope Tim Hortons should Hire Employees like her.

I was given this burnt garbage this morning. Start checking your orders before you leave this is ridiculous and not edible.

The staff done seem to care that they are taking my money that I worked hard for and selling me trash. This is theft as far as I’m concerned. TRASH

I have gone 3 different times and the same girl can not get my points on my app to work the second time she had it work and then messed it up and then I couldn't use my point cause I had to wait for half hour but had to be at work then go back today not to my surprise the same girl could not get it to work she just stood there with a irritated face wow is that bad customer service I really think I will pass on to others about the bad service and I'm in customer service for a living.

I order honey cruller in skip the dishes order … they just gave me a stale donut.atleast if they did not had it they should have contacted me for any substitute…. Worst ever experience

Worst Tim Hortons Ever! This morning ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and wanted them toasted, left and on my way to work open one up and not toasted, so I looked at the second one and same thing. I went in and ordered so they are not timed like they are in the drive-thru. Last week I ordered a bagel in the drive-thru, checked it before I left the window and wrong bagel, so they remade it while I waited at the window, got the new bagel and left, got down the road and wrong again so back I went and went inside this time and the front counter and the sandwich maker started arguing about it. So done.

Friendly service. Usually pretty fast to clear the drive-thru during peak times. Very limited seating inside, though, so better for a drive-thru coffee than a meet-up.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich this morning, a hash brown and a hot chocolate. The food was good but the hot chocolate was literally water and now I'm at work and had to stop and get a new one at different location, which means I had to waste more time and more money. Wasn't very happy. It's not normally like this.

I got bacon grilled cheese Sandwich but there was no bacon and it took 20 minutes and the building was very packed and there was little room to wait for my food.

The drive through is always busy but the service is very quick
The staff are always very friendly and helpful.

My experience was terrible! I am a very regular customer at this Tim Hortons, and yesterday evening myself and a friend went through on our break. We ordered a tea and a peach quench, when we get to the window we ask for less ice in the quench and only 65% full and we asked for more lemonade and they said no, we can only put more ice so we said okay, when she put more ice there was something on one of the ice cubes and she picked it out with a spoon and gave us the same drink.she also didn’t have a name tag so I couldn’t get her name. Went to the manager about it today and all she did was replace a drink from yesterday.very unprofessional and very disappointed!

I enjoy the jalapeño bagel BELT's with a double double. They are consistently good whether I'm in Vancouver or Spruce Grove. This reliable quality keeps me coming back. I can't think of ever having an issue with the service which goes a long way to endorse the professionalism of the staff and their training.

We ordered 2 ice coffee and 2 steak wrap asked for one not to have Chipotle sauce instead put steak sauce

If you have to choose between this place and the dons up the street, atleast here your coffee won’t Taste so foul even with sugar and creamer to mix in the burnt waste they call coffee

This is a typical Tim's, but only two stools and one table in restaurant. It is take out mostly!

Service was friendly but the food was really bad. I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and they both came out like this. Really disappointing.

To top it off they were barely warm and the bread was so dry.

The lady working the drive thru was rude and did not let me change my order seconds after I said it

I wish I could leave zero stars. Not sure how new Jessica is, but normally, you don’t deflect your stupidity onto the customer. Listening and taking responsibility is apart of the service industry. All of the staff working July 1st at 10: 45am. Do better. That was embarrassing.

The young lady in the drive through was very very rude and should step down from her job as she clearly hates it. I will be following up with a complaint to Head Office as she refused to provide her name when it was requested. AVOID THIS TIM'S

They got my order wrong at first, no walnut crunch donut (their bring back of the month) The sandwich was a BLT, two tiny pieces of bacon that I didn’t taste, two tiny tomatoes and giant leaf that took up half the sandwich. It was mostly bread in my bites! Coffee is burnt and costumer service was quick but not right, this place needs some serious management Overhaul! I work around the corner and will be driving longer distances from now on for my coffee and sandwich.

I go to this location all the time but not anymore. I was served a mouldy grilled cheese melt. Apparently their staff are trained to check dates of expiration and not actually look at the food being served. So gross! For compensation I was offered a $20 gift card.
“Always fresh” more like “Never fresh”.

I was the only vehicle between ordering and paying for my coffee which on the order board was correct 3 cream 2 sweetener I then paid and drove away to down the road discover it was 3 cream and 3 sugar. As a diabetic I now have paid for something I have to throw in the garbage or cause myself medical issues. I know for some not a big deal for me it is a huge issue.

I came to pick skip order, around 5: 30pm. Really hard working staff, took them a minute to prepare tho, they need more staff.

Drive thru
They ask for your order, they don’t listen, you repeat it and they don’t listen again. They interrupt to try and up sell you.
You then get the wrong order. I received a bagel that was stale.

They are absolutely brutal. They can’t complete the bare minimum of customer service.

Stopped visiting this location because they cannot get a simple dark roast right. Not sure if they are skimping to make what they think can pass as dark roast or just don't care and always give me regular coffee but people who want dark roast are going to know the difference, I will never return to this location.
