Tim Hortons

I was asking for a god damn 8 pieces of old fashion timbits and 2 chocolate ones they gave me 8 honey dipped timbits and 2 chocolate ones and they refused to change it, THEN I ASKED FOR 1 LARGE LATTE WITH GOD DAMN SUGAR THEY DIDN’T EVEN PUT THE GOD DAMN SUGAR IN A CUP IT IS NOT THAT HARD SERVICE IS 1/5 STARS! AT LEAST THEY GAVE RIGHT DONUT.

Eggs were not well cooked. Had shell. Used different bread than asked for. Put a turkey bacon club in a wrap, didn’t ask for. Asked for no tomato. They removed the mayo instead. When sandwich returned, straight up called me a liar that I had asked for a wrap.
Will -never- use this Tim’s ever again. Suggest attending one of the other three in town. This location is brutal. Bad service, bad food, bad personalities, and bad service.
Where is the 0 star rating? I’d give them that.

Family members and I went to eat here as we went to pay the cashier asked two employees to check and verify the money we have him was real, right in front of us, and then put our order on the other side walking away while trying to ask for something else, disrespectful customer service.

Peach quenchers are my favourite but for some reason every time I get it from this location it tastes rotten, like something died in it. Today I finally asked them to remake it and when I handed it back to them they looked at me like I had 2 heads and said “you want me to remake it or something? ”. The attitude I received asking someone to fix the drink was appalling. I asked that they make a strawberry one instead since they always seem to mess up the peach one. Got my new drink and left without trying it which was stupid on my part, it tasted like water. Thanks for the waste of money, I’ll be going to a different location from now on since this doesn’t seem to be a one time issue.

I went through the drive through today and was in and out in probably less than 1-2 minutes ordering and receiving my order, they ran me through fast with great service, I was served by Olena! Very kind staff, great job you guys!

It feels like the coffee are long overdue, been getting stomachache after drinking their coffee unlike the other location I went. Orders are sometimes handed out wrong or missing, would recommend other store location.

Bought a grilled cheese, bit into a stack of 3 cold cheese slices that could easily be pulled apart. Apon returning it the next morning when we were back out, explaining the cheese is still completely cold and in perfect form. The reply was " of course it's cold, it's the next day ". On par with the " toasted " biscuits and English muffins I suppose. Customers would rather wait an extra 10 seconds than receive cold unprepared food.

I love Tim Hortons from almost 10 years that I arrived to Canada. Tim Hortons is cheaper with quality! My favorites are its breakfast, the Chilly soup, Ice cap, and others delicious food!

Young lady at drive thru was so sweet and fast but I received no spoon for my soup and a ham n cheese bagel that was more of a ranch dressing soup and unedible. Check your bag before driving away.

Tims are not our 'go-to' place when we are on the road (yep, 'we exist') but we were pleasantly surprised and added it to our lost of places for quick lunches during our travelling days! We tried their new menu and it was all good!

Terrible service. They don’t treat their handicapped, paying customers with respect and judge people by how they are dressed. Apparently they have a policy that says if you look homeless you can’t eat there. Will never be giving this Tim hortons my service again and will be telling everyone else the same!

If the staff is working they are great but often times they are busy chatting and mess up the order. So on a good day great and otherwise not so good.

Just came here to order two wraps, a Chrissy chicken ranch wrap and a crispy buffalo wrap. Lady at the window told us there was only one crispy chicken left and told her to put it on the ranch wrap as. Instead of telling us to wait 15 minutes for new chicken or thet they already made the buffalo wrap with the crispy chicken they used the same chicken just transferred it over to the ranch wrap. The wrap was for my girlfriend who is ALERGIC to buffalo sauce which was still on the chicken btw. If she had unknowingly bitten into it, it would have had to rush her to the hospital. Would have given 0 stars if I could, this is ridiculous and completely unacceptable by any sort of restaurant standards

Pinu took my order and made my sandwich.
She definitely deserve a raise for the way she works. 1st person to take my customised time consuming order with a smile. She was so nice nd kind.other staff is also very nice but she is the one i delt with. Definitaly coming here again when in lloydminster.

Slow and can't get there orders right. Plus all the staff to busy chating to each other! Just pass and go to the next one.

Def the worst location in Lloyd. Workers weren’t doing there jobs laughing over the intercom, had to speak my order a couple times before they finally got it and got to the window they didn’t have the item I ordered. Workers weren’t doing there jobs, manager gave us our refund.
