It was really nice they had literally everything except for one thing that what is but it’s a small gas station one so if you’re planning to dine in there is only two eatings but other then that so nice and sweet employees couldn’t have been a better experience
In my hand I won’t give them even 1 rewards. Alissaa who is the co worker of this Tim Hortons, I asked her you did not give me fresh wrap and she started arguing with me. Not even replaced that. I spent 15$ and not get good quality. It was wastage of money to come at this location. She was very rude. Should be terminated
I was just at this location and the lady that served us had zero customer service skills. Terrible service. Ica cap was watery, the coffee had no sugar and the other no cream and sugar…. My order was terribly served. Nov 26 5.20pm
This location does not take their time to attend their customers properly. I went in the drive thru and the lady didn't close the lid of my coffee properly.she burned my hand when she gave me the coffee with the open lid. They should make sure they do not burn people if they do not want to get sue. I had to go buy cream to apply it in my hands.
Very bad experience. I waited in the drive-through for about 10 mins to order, which is okay as it was a rush time. After paying for my food, they give me the wrong order and told me to park the car at the front. I waited there another 10 mins, but nobody was coming out. So I went inside and asked about my order and they don’t even know which order I am asking about. Very poor customer service ever.
My favorite Tim Hortons in the whole city the staff are polite, They make my coffee right, lots of glaze on the donuts and apple fritters which are baked to perfection. Clean and comfortable atmosphere.
4: 30 a.m. Waited 10 minutes at drive-thru window after putting order in. Absolutely nobody in front of me. When they finally came to the window to accept payment, they couldn't figure out how to work the debit machine. They decided they could only accept cash, which I am not carrying. So had to leave my food and get to work late and hungry.
The service is slow as seems to be the same for any fast food location lately. Walk in customers seem to take the least priority after drive-thru and Uber eats.
I bought two steep tea with a donut and muffin…. I forget to ask for honey on the side and then I go in person and there is a manager with the name of Reggie and I ask him for honey. He charged me $1.22 just for 4 honey by punching in 4 timbits. I ask him honey must be free and he said we charge for honey on the price of timbits. Why you have to charge me on the price of timbits if you have the price for honey. I dont mind paying if you have specific price but he did’t have any answer. He was quite rude and I wont come back. He needs to fix his ego issues before serving a guest. Even dont deserve a single star
They were having a very bad day yesterday. They were smiling but a few customers in a row had order mistakes and at least 10 minutes for my coffee and bagel and the guy ahead of me had a mobile order and waited 12 minutes for someone to hand him his bag of sandwiches. He was smoking mad. In the past, they have always impressed with service and quality.
So are there any Tim Hortons involved in the exemption program? This one isn't.
Thought I'd enjoy a meal while I wait for my windshield to get finished across the street. I just had a rapid test from Alberta health done the day before.but after ordering all my food and drink some rude old lady chased me out like a stray dog. This location will never have my business again. Food was good.but FU
Very phenomenal customer service. I asked steeped tea D/D but I got coffee by mistake. When I approached and explained them about the coffee. They immediately served and replaced with the tea. Good service.
Foods great. But i was just there and the lady at the drive through kind of gets snappy at customers in the drive through. Kind of makes you not wanna go here. Shes very pushy and just doesnt care about the service she is delivering to customers. Its rude.
An okay place to go. However as I have worked at Tim Hortons I noticed that they still have the very outdated uniforms at this location only. It is peculiar!
Very bad customer service. We went to ask for donuts and my husband told her 3 times our order during drive through but she gave us the wrong one and she didn't want to return it back untill we insisted to bring us the correct one. She was so rude and unhelpful at all. Totally not recommended this branch.
Have been ordering the same meal every day for months, was only now told that parts of my order cost extra when an employee forgot to ask if I wanted it. When I asked about it after I was told it’s extra. I was never once made aware that the item costs extra as everywhere else it’s included in meals and no employees ever notified me of the extra charge. Employees should be trained to notify customers of extra charges with every transaction rather than assuming it’s okay with the person. I will be going to McDonald’s across the street for my coffees and lunches from now on, as I’ve had nothing but good experiences with them and they’re completely transparent, Unlike Tim Hortons trying to find sneaky ways to get extra money. Food was fine. Nothing special.
Very rude window worker who used grabby hands to get me to hurry up an hand them my 5$ bill. I also work in fast food service and I wanted to speak to the manager because she glared at my passengers as well
Small, not many places to sit and needed to wait for the table and benches to be cleaned. I then needed to wipe the table and benches with napkins as they were left wet from being wiped down. Otherwise, it's okay, it's a Tiimmies
Went in to grab a cup of coffee. Three other people came in after me and none of them wearing mask. Staff and management not doing anything to enforce facemask policy.
Most Rushed Service in the drive thru. I understand they have a morning timer that starts at 6am on weekdays. (8 am weekends). But when workers just rush you to pay or when you need to put your chip card in and all you here is "come on". You dont even have the chance to put your card down, they throw everything at you and get upset if you put your drink in the holder.
I do not think Tim Hortons care for the Customer service. However Customer service is part of our hospitality and let me tell you 3 times I visited your store in evening (between 5 pm to 8 pm) and all 3 times Our order was taken and served by Gary at the window, you as a manager look into the way he takes order and hand over. 1st he doesnt know how to take DT order properly, never repeats back, what ever we order he just say "Anyting- Anything" and never announce the drinks he handed over, he says "Its written on top read it" neither put seleevs even if we ask. You can clearly see he is not the right fit for hospitality.
DT time matters but Customer service also matter. You may carryone the same way if Customer connection is not your focus, or You may train this person and set him for excellence for Service and behaviour.
I want to share one last thing with you While working in Hospitality business this is what i Have learnt " you can hire anyone with right attitude and good behavior and train but can not train the individuals for their Behaviour & attitude"
Went through drive thru and ordered a Wrap meal, paid for my order and as i was receiving it i was informed that they didnt have enough wedges ready so they tossed in a hashbrown to make up for it. At no point was i asked if thats ok or if im willing to wait for more wedged to be prepared (which i would have waited as i did not want the hashbrown), i felt becuase i was in the drive thru that they hurried me on my way.
Cup was almost half empty they were In to much of a rush to get through lunch that they were shorting customers and no I did not have any whipped cream or foam!
Bad service, they never serve correct order.too much sugar always in double double. Bad taste coffee. I do Not understand why is taste is different than other Tims
Not only did they get our order wrong once.but also a second time. Then.to try and explain why it was wrong and what we ACTUALLY wanted was frustrating and slow.
Thankfully this will be one of the only times we will be in this area.and there are other options in the area.
I've always had good service at this location until a recent visit. The lady that took my order scanned someone elses rewards card before I even took mine out of my pocket. On the screen it said transaction 7 of 7 and I hadn't even taken mine out yet. Then I showed her I had mine, she said scan it, so I did and it changed to banked one item or something like that. Then when I went to pay she cleared the screen and walked away so I couldnt ask her anything and I didnt get a receipt. I checked my card online when I got back to work and it said I only had 4 of 7, so obviously my card wasnt scanned. I called and talked to a manager and her excuse was that it couldnt have happened as they dont have pockets and employees dont have cards. Way to take ownership of an obvious problem with one of your employees. Hopefully this person gets caught, until then keep an eye on anything fishy with your rewards, if you are getting them or not at this location.
Great place. Although the man taking the order I think it's the branch manager made a mistake and was non chalant about it. The branch next to the Johnsons sewing institute edmondon SW
Unbelievably bad service here today. People inside were ignored and refused service until the entire drive through got service. An old lady scolded them. Terrible service.
Slow.wow.don't come for supper.takes forever and the workers talk to each other in their own language and pretend you're not there.rude. I will go out of my way and go to a different Tim's.
Absolutely the slowest Tim Hortons I have gone to I work really close to it so it's walking distance been hoping for a year that it will change and hasn't even when two managers are on still so slow they will help four cars before they will help the walk in customers. And their sad which bread is always hard as a rock
Slowest tim hortons found so far. Few kids running the show today evening. Cracking jokes with each other while customers are waiting for someone to take order. Container of paper napkins was empty, asked for it.one server told the other guy and he said back to him 'too busy'. Eventually had to eat without them.
Lipstick on the inside of my takeout cup.lifted the lid to add the tea bag and found pinkish colored mark that looked like lipstick on the inside rim. Had to bring it back in for an exchange. Employee said it might have been color from another cup but I have never seen that before.the color did not match, it was easy to wipe it off, and was only in a tiny spot. I'd like to know who did that.
Both washrooms were closed due to repairs and the only alternative was an Esso service station. There was no available seating for the number of customers present. The chicken sandwich was overcooked and hard.
Tried to order a soup + sandwich combo, a classic paring that's one of the staples for Tim Hortons, and the person working didn't know what I was talking about. She kept saying she couldn't do that and that they were out of wedges for a combo. Made no sense at all, would definitely avoid this location and go to the one in South Common.
